Definitions
- the present invention relates to a blind apparatus, and more particularly, a blind apparatus designed to open or close the blind sheet at a desired position instead of opening and closing the blind sheet only when the blind sheet, which is a main part, is lowered to the end. More specifically, the present invention relates to a multi-blind device capable of variably opening and closing the blind sheet, which is a main part.
- curtains and blinds are installed in windows or entrances of buildings, and are used for the purpose of blocking sunlight, blocking external eyes, soundproofing, and cold protection.
- Such blinds generally have a structure in which the blind sheet is closed to effectively block the light entering the room, while the blind sheet is opened so that appropriate light enters the room when necessary.
- the conventional blind apparatus has a problem that the operation of opening and closing the blind sheet by the need of adjustment of light or ventilation is possible only in a state where the blind is down to the end, which hinders efficient lighting or ventilation and inconveniences the user, As a result, the function and usability of the blinds are relatively lowered.
- the present invention has been invented to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is not to open and close the blind sheet only when the blind sheet, which is the main part, is completely lowered to the end, but to open or close the blind sheet at a desired position. It is an object of the present invention to provide a blind device that can be operated to improve the functionality and usability of the blind. In particular, it is an object of the present invention to provide a variable opening and closing multi-blind apparatus configured to be able to freely adjust the blind sheet in the required position.
- the present invention provides a blind sheet including a plurality of shielding sheets coupled in a transverse direction between front and rear sheets, a first winding roll to which an upper end of the blind sheet is coupled, and the blind sheet to the first winding. Any one of the front and rear sheets of the blind sheet by rotating the first driving unit for rotating the first winding roll to be wound or unrolled around the roll, and the second winding roll disposed in parallel with the first winding roll.
- a blind device comprising a second drive for moving the sheet relative to another sheet to open the shield sheet.
- the present invention by pulling the rotation sheet, which is the main part, in one direction and winding the blind sheet on the first winding roll, one of the two front and rear transparent sheets constituting the blind sheet is moved relative to the other sheet so that the shield sheet Is opened so that one sheet of the blind sheet is pulled more against the other sheet and the open shielding sheet is unfolded in parallel with the two front and rear sheets, thereby automatically shielding the blind sheet by the shielding sheet.
- the first winding roll can be continuously rotated to wind the blind sheet.
- the tilting member is rotated in the closed state of the blind sheet
- the second roll is rotated by the bevel gear.
- the take-up roll is rotated, and the rotation of this second take-up roll As one of the two transmissive sheets of the la blind sheet moves upward relative to the other sheet, and thus one transmissive sheet moves upward relative to the other transmissive sheet, As all the shielding sheets connected to each other are unfolded in a direction orthogonal to each other (specifically, in a horizontal direction), the blind sheet can be switched to an open state through which external light and the like can be introduced through the front and rear transparent sheets.
- the second winding roll is rotated as a result of the operation of the tilting member so that one of the permeable sheets of the blind sheet is moved relative to the other permeable sheet by the frictional force between the second winding roll and the blind sheet.
- An operation of opening the shielding sheet is provided, and a friction member for increasing friction is provided between the second winding roll and the blind sheet, so that any one transmissive sheet of the blind sheet is changed by a higher friction force when the second winding roll is rotated. Since it is possible to more reliably move relative to the transmissive sheet, the effect of more complete switching of the open state of the blind sheet can also be expected, which means that the reliability of the product can be more reliably guaranteed.

- the second bevel gear portion 67 meshed with the second rotation rotates, and the second winding roll 30 axially coupled to the second bevel gear portion 67 rotates.
- the front sheet 12 is another sheet ( 14), i.e., two transmissive sheets 12,14 as they move upward relative to the rear sheet 14 and as one such transmissive sheet 12 moves relative relative to the other transmissive sheet 14
- All the shielding sheets 16 connected to the front and rear ends are spread in a direction perpendicular to each other (specifically, in a horizontal direction), and are switched to an open state in which external light and the like can be introduced through the front and rear transmissive sheets 12 and 14. do.
- the blind sheet 10 can be operated in the open state or the closed state of the blind sheet 10 only when it is completely unfolded and completely lowered, but without lowering the blind sheet 10. You can freely manipulate the open or closed state at any position.
- the blind sheet 10 can be opened or closed only when the blind sheet 10 is completely lowered, the operation of opening and closing the blind sheet 10 by the need for adjustment of light or ventilation is lowered to the end. It is possible only in a state of being present, and thus, there is a problem of inhibiting efficient light or ventilation and causing inconvenience to the user, resulting in relatively degrading the functionality and usability of the blind, but the present invention provides a blind sheet ( It is possible to freely switch the blind sheet 10 to an open state or a closed state by unfolding the blind sheet 10 at a desired position without manipulating the end 10 and manipulating the tilting member 66, which is a main part, if necessary. In this way, efficient light and ventilation can be provided, and it is convenient for users. It is possible to obtain the desired result of overcharging the relative improvement in functionality and usability of the blind.
- a key feature of the present invention is that the blind sheet 10 is extended to a desired position, for example, about 30 cm high or about 40 cm high from the bottom of the window without lowering the blind sheet 10 to the end and in the open or closed state. It can be operated, which is very excellent in the functionality and usability of the blinds, and furthermore, the commercialization of the product can be very improved due to such excellent functionality and usability.
- the second winding roll 30 is rotated as a result of the operation of the tilting member 66, and the friction of the blind sheet 10 is caused by the friction between the second winding roll 30 and the blind sheet 10.
- the friction force is applied between the second winding roll 30 and the blind sheet 10. Since the height is provided with the friction member 90, the one permeable sheet 12 of the blind sheet 10 is compared with the other permeable sheet 14 by the higher friction force at the time of rotation of the 2nd winding roll 30.
- the relative movement can be reliably performed, the effect that the switching of the open state of the blind sheet 10 is more complete can be expected.
- the blind state of the blind is more reliably and securely opened by the friction member 90 interposed between the second winding roll 30 and the blind sheet 10, which are the main parts for opening the blind sheet 10. It can be guaranteed.
- the present invention can not be operated in the open state or closed state of the blind sheet only when the blind sheet is fully extended and lowered to the end, but the blind sheet is unfolded at a desired position without lowering the blind sheet to the end and tilted as a main part if necessary.
- the blind sheet can be freely switched to an open state or a closed state, thereby facilitating efficient lighting and ventilation and providing convenience to the user.
- the functionality and usability of the blind are relatively low. Since it has an effect to be improved, it may be utilized as an industrially useful and preferred blind device.
