Abstract

The invention relates to a hand cart for shopping, including removable, transportable storage boxes. The cart (1) comprises a frame structure (2; 6) with wheels (20; 60) and a push bar (21; 63), as well as a plurality of loading platforms (3; 7) arranged vertically adjacent to one another. The invention is characterised in that the cart is provided with at least one individual storage box (4) with lateral transport wheels (40), which can be attached to and removed from the corresponding loading platform (3; 7) of the frame structure, said storage box comprising a lid portion (41) and a base portion (42) which can both fold relative to side walls (43) of the storage box, such that individual storage boxes located on two immediately adjacent loading platforms can communicate with one another in order for the bottom box to be accessed.

DESCRIPTION

Hand cart for purchase items with removable and transportable storage drawers.

Scope and prior art

The invention generally relates to a hand carriage that is adapted to carry at least one storage drawer, preferably two or more, for orderly placement of purchased items and that can be removed for convenient transportation.

 The current shopping habits in supermarkets of large areas involve the acquisition of numerous extremely heterogeneous items both by their nature, volume and weight, so for example it is common to make a purchase where food products are purchased, packaged and without packaging, textile items, household items, etc.

 This task turns out to be extremely demanding and tedious for the user both during the selection and loading of the items in the handcarts available in the supermarkets and during their passage through the cash desk and even during transport to the user's vehicle to transfer it to their home.

In fact, during the selection and loading, the items are being deposited in the car, so that when the bottom of the car has been covered, the following items must be deposited on top of each other and so on until the loading capacity is completed of the car. This practice may cause unwanted deterioration of the items purchased. Subsequently, the items must be unloaded on the conveyor belt of the cash desk to make the payment and after being placed in plastic bags, they must be placed again in the supermarket cart for transport to the user's car or to items of transport provided by the user.

 Finally, the products purchased must be downloaded at the user's address.

 This system, in addition to its tedious and demanding nature for the user, generates the use of huge amounts of plastic bags that, as it is known, are extremely polluting for the environment, to the point of prohibiting their use in many countries.

 Through document ES U 240150 a manual shopping cart is known that has two loading platforms in the form of a basket arranged one above the other.

 Document ES U 296639 describes a supermarket-type manual car adapted to transport hung bag-type containers that can be removed from the car.

 Document ES U 262118 discloses a supermarket-type handcart whose loading basket is provided in a removable manner in order to simplify its manufacture.

 In addition, through document ES 2238894 Al, a lightweight supermarket basket is known which has rolling wheels and a pull-down pull handle on the body of the basket.

 These devices of the technique do not allow solving the set of problems mentioned above.

Object of the invention Starting from the state of the art described above, the invention aims to develop a manual car that allows to alleviate the aforementioned inconveniences. The invention is based on the idea of providing a hand car provided by the user either by the sales establishment, adapted to support and transport one or more storage drawers that can be easily and conveniently removed for the user of the carrier car and said storage drawers being easy to transport.

 This objective is achieved through a hand carriage according to the characteristics indicated in claim 1. Other objectives and additional advantages of the invention are achieved through the characteristics indicated in the dependent claims.

According to the invention, a hand carriage is provided for purchase items with removable and transportable storage drawers that includes a frame structure, with rolling wheels and a push bar, which has loading platforms adjacently arranged one above the other. , and characterized in that at least one individual storage drawer with lateral transport wheels is provided, adapted to be fixed to and removed from the corresponding loading platform of the frame structure, and said storage drawer having a portion of lid and a bottom portion both folding with respect to side walls of said storage drawer, so that individual storage drawers located on two immediately adjacent loading platforms can communicate with each other to access the storage drawer immediately below.

 According to an additional feature of the invention, it is an advantage when the loading platforms include a pair of guides for supporting and rolling the transport wheels of the storage drawers, and having at least one of said guides, retention elements which allow retaining the respective storage drawer attached to the loading platform but so that it can be released to allow its removal by the user from the respective loading platform.

 An additional advantage according to the invention can be achieved, when the frame structure is alternatively provided as a basket carriage with a bottom wall and side walls having: a lower loading platform constituted by respective first plate-shaped guides, mounted on the bottom wall of the cart; and an upper loading platform constituted by respective second guides, also in the form of a plate, mounted on the side walls of the basket carriage to move from a retracted position supporting against the respective side wall to a deployed position extending perpendicularly from said side walls towards the interior of said basket carriage and in deployed position lie vertically aligned with the first plate-shaped guides of the lower loading platform.

Also in accordance with the invention it is advantageous to arrange the retention elements essentially provided as retention recesses made in the support and rolling guides and having an amplitude adapted to partially accommodate each the respective transport wheel of the storage drawer.

 Additionally, it is an advantage according to another characteristic of the invention, when at least one of the retention recesses has a first edge as an inclined plane that facilitates the rolling of the transport wheel of the storage drawer and a second edge opposite the first in the form of a straight step that opposes the rolling of said transport wheel.

 According to another additional feature of the invention, it is advantageous to arrange the retaining elements in an alternative manner, such as a pair of rotating stop rollers mounted transversely and spaced apart from each other on the guide, each to abut with the respective transport wheel of the storage drawer and whose stop rollers have a height suitable for holding said storage drawer in a fixed position.

 Also in accordance with an additional feature of the invention, there is an advantage of reducing the space necessary for transporting the hand carriage and its drawers when the rolling wheels are foldably mounted on the frame structure.

Even in accordance with another additional feature of the invention, it is an advantage of reducing the space necessary for transporting the hand carriage and its drawers, when the separation between the loading platforms of the frame structure and the separation between the push bar and the loading platform immediately adjacent to the frame structure, are sized to house a drawer of storage lying on its transport wheels.

 It is also advantageous according to another additional feature of the invention to provide the frame structure provided with a support bar mounted in a retractable manner between a retracted position parallel to the push bar and an unfolded position extending at an angle to said push bar. , being able to serve as a support for hanging bags or other items.

 According to another additional feature of the invention, it is advantageous to arrange the individual storage drawer with lateral recesses for accommodation flush with its transport wheels.

 Even in accordance with an additional feature of the invention, it is advantageous to provide additional loading capacity when the individual storage drawer has hook-shaped side supports for hanging tote bags.

As can be seen especially clearly in Figures 1A and IB, the hand carriage according to the invention, indicated in general by reference 1, consists essentially of a frame structure 2 having at least two loading platforms 3, adjacently arranged one above the other and storage drawers 4, adapted to be fixed to and removed from the frame structure in a simple manner.

 As can be seen in greater detail in Figure 2A, the frame structure 2 is provided with tread wheels 20 and a push bar 21 for ease of movement and handling.

 Referring again to Figures 1A and IB and in addition to Figure 3 it can be seen that the storage boxes 4 have lateral transport wheels 40; furthermore it can be seen that each individual storage drawer 4 has a lid portion 41 and a bottom portion 42 both collapsible with respect to side walls 43 of said storage drawer. In this way the individual storage drawers 4 located in two immediately adjacent loading platforms 3 can communicate with each other to access the storage drawer located immediately below.

Referring again to Figure 2A, it can be seen that the loading platforms 3 of the frame structure 2 include a pair of guides 30, 30 in the which can support and roll the transport wheels 40 of the storage drawers 4. Additionally, it can be seen that the guides 30 have retaining elements 5, which will be described in detail below and which allow the respective storage drawer attached to the platform to be retained of load but so that they can be released to allow its extraction from the respective loading platform.

 As shown in FIG. 2B, said retention elements 5 are essentially provided as retention recesses 50 made in the guide 30 and having an amplitude adapted to partially accommodate a transport wheel 40 of the storage drawer 4.

 As shown further in Figures 2C and

2D at least one of the recesses 50 has a first step-shaped edge 500 that opposes the rolling of the transport wheel and a second edge 501 opposite the first one in the form of a ramp that facilitates the rolling of said transport wheel.

As can be seen in FIG. 2E, the retaining elements 5 may alternatively be provided as a pair of rotating stop rollers 51 mounted transversely and spaced apart on the guide 30 each to abut with the respective transport wheel 40 of the storage drawer 4. These stop rollers 51 have a sufficient height to maintain said storage drawer in a fixed position, but because they are rotatable they allow the rolling of the transport wheels 40 of the storage drawers 4 when adequate traction is exerted , to be extracted by the user. As can be seen by means of Figure 4, the rolling wheels 20 are foldably mounted on the frame structure 2, so that a reduction in the storage space of the carriage 1 can be obtained.

 Referring now to Figure 5, it can be seen that the separation SI between the loading platforms 3 of the frame structure 2 and the separation S2 between the push bar 21 and the immediately adjacent loading platform of the frame structure, are sized to house storage drawers 4 that rest on their transport wheels 40. This facilitates a reduction in the space required to load the manual carriage and storage drawers for transport and / or joint storage.

 As can be seen in Figure 2A in the frame structure 2, a support bar 22 is additionally provided that serves to hang bags mounted in a retractable manner between a retracted position parallel to the push bar 21 and a deployed position extending at an angle with the aforementioned push bar.

 As shown in Figure 6A, the frame structure, generally designated by reference 6, may alternatively be provided as a conventional type cart having tread wheels 60, a bottom wall 61 and side walls 62 , 62, but which according to the invention has a lower loading platform 7 provided on the bottom wall 61 and an upper loading platform 7, provided above it.

As shown in Figures 7A and 7B, by means of a structure according to Figure 6A, it is possible to configure a hand carriage for transporting transportable drawers such as those shown in figure 3 which are arranged in the two loading platforms 7 of the frame structure 6 and so that they are retained therein by means of retaining elements 8, as is will describe in detail later.

 As can be seen additionally in Figure 6A, the lower loading platform 7 is constituted by respective first plate-shaped guides 70 mounted fixed on the bottom wall 61, while the upper loading platform 7 is constituted by respective second guides. also in the form of a plate 71 mounted on the side walls 62 of the basket carriage, to move from a retracted position supporting against the respective side wall to a deployed position extending perpendicularly from said side walls towards the inside of said basket carriage and which in deployed position lie vertically aligned with the first guides of the upper loading platform.

 As also shown in Figure 6A, retaining elements 8 for the transport wheels of the storage drawers 4, are arranged in the first and second plate-shaped guides 70, 71 as respective retaining recesses 700, 710 for the rolling wheels of the storage carts 4.

 As shown in greater detail in Figure 6B at least one of the retaining recesses 700, 710, can be configured with respective edges 7000, 7100 respectively in the form of a step and ramp that allow or partially prevent the displacement of the wheel wheels of storage drawers 4.

Alternatively as shown in Figure 6C, the retention elements are provided as respective rotating stop rollers 72 transversely mounted on the respective guides 70, 71 to abut with the respective transport wheel 40 of the storage drawer 4. These stop rollers 72 are of sufficient height to hold said storage drawer in a fixed position , but because they are rotatable, they allow the rolling of the transport wheels 40 of the storage drawers 4 when adequate traction is exerted.

 Referring again to Figure 3, it can be further seen that the individual storage drawer 4 is provided with lateral recesses 44 for accommodation flush with its transport wheels 40; additionally, the individual storage drawer 4 has hook-shaped side supports 45 that allow for fixing, for example, tote bags to increase its carrying capacity. It can also be seen that the storage drawer can be arranged as is known with a folding handle 46 and with reticulated drawer walls for lightening weight.

 As will be readily understood by persons versed in the art, the foregoing is merely illustrative of preferred embodiments of the invention so that technical modifications of all kinds are possible.

 Sufficiently, the object of the invention has been described, it only remains to be noted that the embodiments derived from changes in shape, dimensions and the like, as well as those resulting from an application of the above disclosed, should be considered included in its scope, so that the The invention will only be limited by the scope of the following claims.

Claims

1. - Hand cart for purchase items with removable and transportable storage drawers, said carriage (1) including a frame structure (2; 6), with rolling wheels (20; 60) and a push bar (21; 63), which has a plurality of loading platforms (3; 7) adjacently arranged one above the other, characterized in that it is provided, at least one individual storage drawer (4) with lateral transport wheels (40) adapted to be fixed and removed from the corresponding loading platform (3; 7) of the frame structure, and said storage drawer having a lid portion (41) and a bottom portion (42) both collapsible with respect to side walls (43) of said storage drawer, so that the drawers Individual storage located on two immediately adjacent loading platforms can communicate with each other to access the storage drawer located immediately below. 2. - Hand cart for purchase items with removable and transportable storage drawers according to claim 1, characterized in that the loading platforms (3; 7) include a pair of guides (30-30; 70-70, 71-71) for support and rolling of the transport wheels (40) of the storage drawers (4), and having, at least one of said guides, retaining elements (5; 8) that allow to retain the respective drawer of storage attached to the loading platform but so that they can be released to allow removal from the respective loading platform. 3. - Hand cart for purchase items with removable and transportable storage drawers according to claim 1, characterized in that the frame structure (6) is provided in the form of a cart with rolling wheels (60), a bottom wall (61) and side walls (62, 62) having:  - a lower loading platform (7) consisting of respective first guides (70, 70) in the form of a plate mounted fixed on the bottom wall (61) of the frame structure (6);  - a top loading platform (7) consisting of respective second guides (71, 71) also in the form of a plate mounted on the side walls of the frame structure (6) to move from a folded position leaning against the respective side wall until an unfolded position extending perpendicularly from said side walls into said frame structure (6) and which in an unfolded position lie vertically aligned with the first plate-shaped guides of the upper loading platform. 4. - Hand cart for purchase items with removable and transportable storage drawers according to the preceding claims characterized in that the retention elements (5; 8) are essentially provided as retention recesses (50; 700, 710) formed in the support and rolling guides (30, 70, 71), each of said recesses arranged to accommodate a respective transport wheel (40) of the storage drawer (4) and each recess having a first edge (500; 7000) as a step that prevents the rolling of the transport wheel and a second edge (501) opposite the first in the form of a plane inclined that facilitates the rolling of said transport wheel.  5.- Hand cart for purchase items with removable and transportable storage drawers according to the preceding claims characterized in that the retention elements (5; 8) are provided as pairs of rotating stop rollers (51-51; 72 -72) mounted transversely and spaced apart from each other on the support and rolling guides (30; 70, 71) each to make a stop with the respective transport wheel (40) of the storage drawer (4) and whose stop rollers they have a height suitable for keeping said storage drawer in a fixed position.  6.
