Abstract

L'invention concerne une brosse à dents qui comprend une pluralité de soies multi-action permettant le nettoyage entre les dents et sur les surfaces des dents. Certaines soies sont plus longues que d'autres, leur permettant d'atteindre de petites fentes profondes sur la surface de la dent et entre les dents. Certaines soies sont plus dures que d'autres, permettant le nettoyage efficace de la dent par l'élimination des débris persistants qui peuvent rester lorsque les soies sont trop souples. Les soies peuvent être situées dans des rangées espacées et on peut utiliser un filament unique attaché à la tête de la brosse à dents au niveau d'un point intermédiaire par rapport à sa longueur pour former une soie plus longue et une soie plus courte se prolongeant orthogonalement par rapport à la tête. La réduction ou l'élimination des bactéries présentes sur la brosse à dents est obtenue par l'incorporation dans les soies ou les filaments formant les soies d'un ou plusieurs agents antimicrobiens, tels que le nanoargent.
