Abstract
The present invention relates to an apparatus for reducing VOCs in a vessel. The apparatus for reducing VOCs generated from a tank in a vessel, comprises an eductor which delivers the fluid pumped by a pump installed on a pipeline connected to a base portion of the tank, to the tank, wherein the eductor is arranged to suck and discharge inert gases for controlling oxygen concentration, together with the fluid; and a pressure regulating valve interposed between an outlet side of the eductor and the tank to maintain the pressure of the fluid being discharged through the eductor at a constant level by a VOC condensing pressure while the fluid is being delivered to the tank.
