Descripción de la invención Description of the invention

The present invention relates to a microled replacement lamp comprising a socket connected to a lower housing following which a heatsink is provided. More specifically, the lamp is characterized in that the heatsink has an indic semicilous shape, with a flat face perpendicular to the main base of the housing, a microled module being provided on said flat face.

Inside the lower housing there is a starter comprising a power supply and an inverter, whose mission is to transform the alternating current that comes from the network to 230 VAC to direct current at 36 VDC.

In this way, the lamp has a vertical configuration that allows the light emitter (microled module) to face down, and thus fulfill the objective of illuminating the surface under the luminaire in which it is installed.

In addition, it is possible to solve the drawbacks described above in regard to the useful life and consumption, by using the replacement lamps object of the present invention microieds. More specifically, essentially the invention is based on the incorporation of microieds in the replacement lamps of existing urban luminaires, which can be used without problems in said luminaires thanks to the incorporation of a starter. Therefore, the luminaires already located in cities and towns could be used, replacing only the lamps without replacing or modifying any of the other components of the luminaire, achieving energy savings, which applied to the Spanish electricity grid will mean considerable reduction of electricity consumption and therefore a great economic saving.

Descripción de los dibujos Description of the drawings

En dichos dibujos:  In these drawings:

Descripción de un ejemplo de realización de la invención Figure 1 represents a perspective view of one of the replacement lamps object of the present invention. Description of an embodiment of the invention

As can be seen in Figure 1, and according to the numbering adopted therein, a microled replacement lamp has been represented which constitutes a preferred but not limiting embodiment of the invention.

The lamp comprises a socket (1) of the standard thread type E40, connected to a lower housing (2) from which a heat sink (3) is made of aluminum or a dissipating material of similar characteristics, which has a semi-cylindrical shape with a plurality of dissipating fins on its outer contour. The heatsink (3) is oriented so that it is located perpendicularly to the major base (5) of the housing (2), which has an approximately conical shape of a curved generatrix, its minor base is connected to the socket (1). Therefore the flat face (4) of the heatsink (3) is located perpendicularly to the housing (2) and the socket (1), so that, in this way, said flat face is facing down when the lamp has been installed in the luminary. Said configuration is due to the fact that a microled module (6) formed by a plurality of microleds is located on the flat face (4), so that the light beam can influence the ground.

The details, shapes, dimensions and other accessory elements, as well as the materials used in the manufacture of the accessory of the invention may be conveniently substituted by others that are technically equivalent and do not depart from the essentiality of the invention.

The internal constitution of the lamp is as described below: from the microled module (6), two wires, positive and negative (not shown in the figure), run through the heat sink (3) and are connected directly to the cap (1). Since in order for the microleds to function properly, they must be supplied with a direct current at 36 VDC and the current coming from the mains comes in alternating current at 230 VAC, a starter (not shown) will be provided inside the housing (2 ) comprising a power supply and an inverter.
