Abstract

본 발명은 실내와 실외의 온도 및 습도를 감지하고 감지된 온도 및 습도 정보로부터 실내와 실외의 엔탈피를 산출하고 그 크기 비교를 통해 열교환 모드와 외기냉방 모드 중 선택적으로 작동되도록 제어함으로써 실내의 온도와 습도를 쾌적한 상태로 조절할 수 있도록 하는 전열교환형 환기장치 및 그 제어방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 제1배기실(30)과 제2배기실(40); 제1급기실(10)과 제2급기실(20); 상기 제1배기실(30)에서 제2배기실(40)로 유입되는 실내공기와 상기 제1급기실(10)에서 제2급기실(20)로 유입되는 실외공기 사이에서 열교환이 이루어지는 전열교환기(50); 외기냉방시 실외공기가 상기 전열교환기(50)를 거치지 않고 직접 실내로 유입되도록 공기 유로를 형성하는 바이패스관(60); 상기 실내공기의 온도 및 습도를 감지하는 제1온도센서(31)와 제1습도센서(33); 상기 실외공기의 온도 및 습도를 감지하는 제2온도센서(11)와 제2습도센서(13);및 상기 실내공기와 실외공기의 온도 및 습도를 기준으로 실내공기와 실외공기의 엔탈피를 산출하고 그 크기를 상호 비교하여, 상기 실외공기의 유입경로를 제어하는 제어부(70);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
