Abstract

The present invention relates to a fixed or movable float-type solar energy generating apparatus installed on a structure built on the water. A structure connecting and fixing means is installed at the bottom surface of a water reservoir, below the water surface on which said structure floats, and connected to said structure built on the water, so as to protect the structure built on the water from problems caused by conditions such as rough waters or the like in the water reservoir. The distance between the structure on the water and the structure connecting and fixing means varies depending on changes in the amount of water in the water reservoir, such that solar light is incident to a solar cell module at an optimum angle between the solar cell module and the sun, and solar energy generation can be performed in a stable and easy manner.
