权利要求书
1.
一种榨汁机, 其特征在于: 包括破碎机构、 过滤网 (25)、 入料筒 (30)、 驱动 装置 (50)、 收集器 (40)和出渣口 (41), 收集器 (40)的内壁围出内腔, 所述出 渣口 (41)和所述内腔相通; 所述过滤网 (25)将所述收集器 (40)的内腔分成破 碎腔 (47)和收集腔 (42); 所述入料筒 (30)包括入口 (31)和出口 (32), 所述破碎 腔 (42)和所述出口 (32)相通; 所述破碎机构包括第一碎刀 (11)、 第二碎刀 (12 )和第一盖体 (14), 所述第一碎刀 (11)设置在所述出口 (32)处; 所述驱动装置 (50)驱动所述第一碎刀 (11)和所述第二碎刀 (12), 所述第一盖体 (14)固设在 所述入料筒 (30)上并将所述破碎腔 (47)分成连通的第一破碎腔 (43)和第二破 碎腔 (44), 所述第二碎刀 (12)设置在所述第一破碎腔 (43)内, 并环绕所述第 一碎刀 (11), 被所述第一碎刀 (11)切削后的待加工物被第一盖体 (14)档住而 落入第一破碎腔 (43)后, 被所述第二碎刀 (12)再次切削。

根据权利要求 1所述的榨汁机, 其特征在于: 所述第二碎刀 (12)在进料方向 上低于所述第一碎刀 (11)。

根据权利要求 1所述的榨汁机, 其特征在于: 所述第二碎刀 (12)在进料方向 上高于所述第一碎刀 (11)。

根据权利要求 1所述的榨汁机, 其特征在于: 所述第一盖体 (14)包括第一顶 板 (142)和自第一顶板 (142)向下延伸的第一侧板 (143), 第一顶板 (142)固套 在所述入料筒 (30)上。

根据权利要求 4所述的榨汁机, 其特征在于: 所述第一侧板 (143)具有多个 缝隙 (141), 所述缝隙 (141)连通第一破碎腔 (43)和第二破碎腔 (44)。

根据权利要求 5所述的榨汁机, 其特征在于: 所述缝隙 (141)以第一碎刀 (11) 的旋转轴线为中心均匀分布在所述第一侧板 (143)上。 根据权利要求 1所述的榨汁机, 其特征在于: 所述过滤网包括第一滤网 (21) 、 第二滤网 (22)以及将所述第一滤网 (21)和所述第二滤网 (22)连成整体的连 接台 (23), 所述第二滤网 (22)在所述第一滤网 (21)的上方, 所述破碎机构还 包括第二盖体 (15)和由所述驱动装置 (50)驱动的第三碎刀 (13), 所述第三碎 刀 (13)设置在所述连接台 (23)上, 所述第二盖体 (15)位于所述第一盖体 (14) 上方并固套在所述入料筒 (30)上, 所述第二盖体 (15)位于所述第三碎刀 (13) 上方并与所述第三碎刀 (13)形成破碎通道 (24), 使待加工物经过所述破碎通 道 (24)吋, 被所述第三碎刀 (13)切削。

根据权利要求 7所述的榨汁机, 其特征在于: 所述第二盖体 (15)包括第二顶 板 (151)及自第二顶板 (151)向下延伸的第二侧板 (152), 所述第二顶板 (151) 固套在所述入料筒 (30)上, 所述破碎通道 (24)形成于所述第二侧板 (152)和所 述第三碎刀 (13)之间。

根据权利要求 8所述的榨汁机, 其特征在于: 所述第二侧板 (152)的底部具 有水平延伸的凸沿 (153), 破碎通道 (24)形成于所述凸沿 (153)和所述第三碎 刀 (13)之间。
10.根据权利要求 9所述的榨汁机, 其特征在于: 所述凸沿 (153)的外缘与所 述第三碎刀 (13)的外缘对齐, 所述凸沿 (153)的内缘与所述第三碎刀 (13)的内 缘对齐。
11.根据权利要求 7所述的榨汁机, 其特征在于: 所述连接台 (13)水平。
12.根据权利要求 7所述的榨汁机, 其特征在于: 所述第一碎刀 (11)为圆形, 所述第二碎刀 (12)和所述第三碎刀 (13)均为圆环形。
13.根据权利要求 7所述的榨汁机, 其特征在于: 所述第一碎刀 (11)、 第二碎 刀 (12)及第三碎刀 (13)的刀齿的高度依次减小。
14.根据权利要求 1所述的榨汁机, 其特征在于: 所述出渣口 (41)可拆卸的挂 有收集袋 (45)。
15.根据权利要求 14所述的榨汁机, 其特征在于: 所述出渣口 (41)设有具有 打开和闭合状态的门 (46)。
