Es por esto, que este nuevo invento, centra Ia materia a resolver en dicho problema de acceso controlado y acceso restringido, incorporando una solución, segura, económica y fácil de manipular como Io es un dispositivo de control y restricción que sea capaz de restringir y controlar el acceso, al usuario de los artículos eléctricos/electrónicos conectados al dispositivo, imposibilitando Ia intervención, a Ia programación predefinida por el administrador del dispositivo. Este módulo posee un circuito interno capaz de procesar las instrucciones que digite el usuario autorizado.
