Abstract

중공사막 모듈과 이를 이용한 여과장치 및 그 여과장치의 제조방법이 개시되어 있다. 본 발명의 중공사막 모듈은 내부에 집수부(permeate collecting unit)가 각각 형성된 2개의 헤더들(headers)을 포함하되, 상기 헤더들 각각은 2개의 측면 각각에 중공사막의 길이방향으로 연장되어 형성된 홈들(grooves)을 갖는다. 하나의 슬라이드 봉이 서로 이웃하는 2개의 중공사막 모듈의 홈들에 동시에 삽입될 수 있기 때문에, 중공사막 모듈들은 서로에게 인입/인출을 위한 가이드 역할을 해줄 수 있다. 또한, 헤더에 형성된 홈들은 클램프가 삽입되는 공간으로서 기능할 수 있어, 중공사막 모듈과 다른 구성의 결합 또는 결합 강화를 위한 클램프의 사용을 가능하게 한다.
