Description
このような裁断具において、スライダにホルダを回動可能に設け、カッター刃の刃先が一部露出されるような切欠をホルダに設けることで、カッター刃を取り替える際に、ホルダを回動させて刃先を覆うようにしたものが提案されている(特開平9-123088号公報)。
そこで、本発明は、多様な構造の裁断機に適用することができ、簡単な構造で、しかも安全且つ円滑にカッター刃を取り替えることができる裁断具の提供を目的とする。
このように、カバー部材の変位を、突起部の移動範囲によって規制するので、カッター刃の刃先を露出させるための変位量の設定が、摺動路の設計によって実現可能となる。このため、安全性の高い裁断具を簡単な構成で実現することができる。
スライダへの脱着操作時には、カバー部材でカッター刃が覆われた状態なので、刃先に手が接触する危険性が低く、脱着操作の完了と同時に、カッター刃の刃先が露出されて裁断を行なうことができるので、スライダの脱着から裁断までの一連の操作を安全に行なうことができる。
この裁断機2は、基盤3と、レール4と、支持部5と、固定板6と、本実施形態に係る裁断具1と、からなるものであり、裁断具1をレール4に沿って移動させることによって、基盤3上に載置されたシートを、円盤状のカッター刃7によって裁断するものである。
基盤3の一側部にはレール4が、上下動可能に取り付けられている。
このレール4は、基盤3の両端部に設けられた支持部5に支持されて、基盤3の表面から所定長離れた高さに架設されている。
支持部5の一方には、レール4を固定するためのロック機構5aが設けられている。
このロック機構5aは、弾性変形可能な断面コの字状の部材を支持部5に回動可能に設け、回動端部において支持部5に係止させるように構成されている。
シートが基盤上に固定された状態で、裁断具1に手圧を加えてスライドさせることで、裁断具の下端のカッター刃によってシートが裁断される。
この固定板6の端縁部6aにカッター刃7を位置させた状態で、本実施形態に係る裁断具1が、レール4にスライド可能に取り付けられている。
裁断具1におけるカッター刃の配設部位9には、他の部位とは異なる色彩が付されており、上から見た際には、この色彩のカッター刃配設部位9が固定板6の側縁部6aと一致するようになっている。このため、カッター刃配設部位9、或いは固定板6の側縁部6aを、裁断ラインに合わせることで、シート上の所望の位置を裁断することができる。
図2は、裁断機2に取り付けられた裁断具1を分解した状態を示す斜視図である。
この裁断具1は、スライダ20と、ホルダ部材30と、脱着部材40と、によって構成される。
スライダ20は、裁断機2のレール4にスライド可能に取り付けられるもので、ホルダ部材30を保持する本体部21と、レール4に取り付けられる基台部22と、本体部21と基台部22との間に介装されるバネ23と、によって構成されている(図3(b)を参照)。
本体部21の側壁面には、脱着部材40のダイヤル軸44が挿入される軸孔25と、脱着部材40を取り付けるため嵌合部26と、ホルダ部材30のバネ31の取付部を収容するための空間部27と、ホルダ部材30が取り外された際に遮蔽部32を操作するための押圧部28も設けられており、脱着部材40と共にホルダ部材30が取り付けられるようになっている。
このように、カッター刃7をホルダに収容した状態にすることで、裁断ラインに応じて、ホルダ部材30ごと交換できるようになっている。
保持部33には、円盤状のカッター刃7を収容するための凹部が設けられ、その凹部に収容されたカッター刃7の刃面に沿って、スライド可能に遮蔽板32が配設されている。
この溝部35は、脱着部材40の後述する突起部47が移動する摺動路であり、脱着部材40に設けられた円弧状のスリット44よりも、遮蔽板32の上下動の長さ分だけ縦方向に長い曲線形状となっている。
溝部35の上端部には、脱着部材40の突起部47を係止させるための係止部35aが設けられている。
このバネ31は、保持部33に対して遮蔽板32をスライドさせるためのものであり、遮蔽板32の溝部35を脱着部材40の突起部47が移動し、上端の係止部35aにおいて係止されることで、バネ31が圧縮され、遮蔽板32を上方に位置させることができる。
即ち、ホルダ部材30をスライダ20に取り付けた際には、遮蔽板32が上昇してカッター刃7の刃先が露出され、取り外した際には、遮蔽板32が下降して刃先が覆われるようになっている。
ホルダ部材30の係止部35aに脱着部材40の突起部47が係止することで、ホルダ部材30がスライダ20に取り付けられている際には、遮蔽板32に設けられた板バネ部36は、スライダ20の押圧部28によって、脱着部材40側に向けて弾性変形されている。
そして、係止部35aへの突起部47の係合が解除され、ホルダ部材30がスライダ20から取り外された際に、板バネ部36の先端の係止部36aが、ホルダ部33に設けられた被係止部33aに係止され、遮蔽板32を下降した位置においてロックする。これによって、ホルダ部材30が取り外されている際は、遮蔽板32からカッター刃7の刃先が露出されないようにすることができる。
このホルダ部材30は、保持部33をスライダ20の側に向けて、遮蔽板32を脱着部材40の側に向けた状態で、脱着部材40によりスライダ20に取り付けられる。
本体部41は、スライダ20との間でホルダ部材30を収容することができる蓋形状となっており、中央部には、ダイヤル軸44が挿通される軸孔が設けられ、その周囲に円弧状のスリット45が設けられている(図2(b)を参照)。
本体部41の内壁部には、スライダ20の嵌合部26と嵌合される被嵌合部46が設けられている。
この操作部42にはダイヤル軸44が延設されており、本体部41の軸孔に挿通されている。ダイヤル軸44の基部44aは、ホルダ部材30の軸孔37と嵌合可能な形状となっており、ホルダ部材30を安定保持できるようになっている。
このカバー部材43は、円の一部を弓形に切り欠いた形状で、本体部41に対して、ダイヤル軸44を中心に回動されるようになっている。
カバー部材43の裏面には、突起部47が設けられている。この突起部47からは、移動方向に沿った補強壁47a,47bが両側に延びており、溝部35の係止部35aへの係合状態が維持されるようになっている。
この突起部47が、本体部41の円弧状のスリット45内を移動することで、カッター刃7を取り付ける際のカバー部材43の回動範囲が規制され、カバー部材43の切欠48から、カッター刃7の刃先が必要量だけ露出されるようになる。
先ず、図5(a)の状態の操作部42を回転して図5(c)の状態にすることで、スライダ20からホルダ部材30及び脱着部材40を取り外す。
この際、遮蔽板32の板バネ部36は、伸長するバネ31の勢いで、スライダ20の傾斜状の押圧部28を下方に向けて移動し、先端の係止部36aにおいて、ホルダ部33の被係止部33aと係合する。このようにして、ホルダ部材30を取り外す操作に連動して、カッター刃7が遮蔽状態でロックされるようになる。
この際、ダイヤル状の操作部42を回動させるので、突起部47は、ホルダ部材30の略円弧状の溝部35を下から上に向けて摺動し、上端の係止部35aで係止される。
このとき、図6(c)に示すカバー部材43でカッター刃7が覆われた状態から、カバー部材30が回動して切欠48が表れ(図6(b)を参照)、スライダ20への取り付け操作が終了した際には、カッター刃7の刃先が露出され、直ちに裁断可能な状態となる(図6(a)を参照)。
本実施形態の裁断具1はホルダ部材30ごと交換するので安全性が高いが、特に、ホルダ部材30がスライダ20から取り外された際に、遮蔽板(32)の係止部36aと、ホルダ部33の被係止部33aとが係合しているので、遮蔽板32の下降位置が維持され、遮蔽板からカッター刃の刃先が露出されることがなく、安全性が一層高められる。
この突起部47が、本体部41の円弧状のスリット45内を移動することで、カッター刃7を取り付ける際のカバー部材43の回動範囲が規制され、カバー部材43の切欠48から、カッター刃7の刃先が必要量だけ露出されるようになる。
この突起部47からは、摺動方向に沿った補強壁47a,47bが両側に延びているので、溝部35の係止部35aへの係合時には、その係合状態が維持される一方で、摺動時には、補強壁47a,47bにガイドされて円滑に摺動させることができる。
遮蔽板32は、着脱操作によって昇降する機構のものでなくてもよいし、遮蔽板自体を設けなくてもよい。なお、遮蔽板32が昇降しない場合は、ホルダ部材30に設ける溝部35(即ち、摺動路)の曲線形状は、突起部47による円弧上の移動に、遮蔽板32の直線方向の変位を加えた軌道状態を考慮する必要はなく、操作部42の回転に従った円弧形状となる。
突起部47も、ホルダ部材30の摺動路を移動可能な構成であれば如何なる形状であってもよい。
さらに、カッター刃7は円盤状のものでなくてもよいし、操作部42はダイヤル式のものでなくてもよい。

Claims (6)
- 裁断機(2)に取り付けられて裁断方向に移動可能なスライダ(20)と、該スライダ(20)に着脱可能に取り付けられてカッター刃(7)を保持するホルダ部材(30)と、カバー部材(43)で前記カッター刃(7)を覆った状態で前記ホルダ部材(30)を前記スライダ(20)に脱着させる脱着部材(40)と、を有する裁断具(1)において、
前記カバー部材(43)に突起部(47)を設けると共に、ホルダ部材(30)に摺動路(35)を設け、
前記ホルダ部材(30)と共に前記脱着部材(40)を前記スライダ(20)に取り付ける操作により、前記突起部(47)が前記該摺動路(35)を移動し、前記カバー部材(43)に設けられた切欠(48)を介して、前記カッター刃(7)の刃先が露出されるように構成したことを特徴とする裁断具。 - 前記摺動路(35)は略円弧状を成し、
前記脱着部材(40)に設けられた操作部(42)を、前記ホルダ部材(30)を前記スライダ(20)に取り付ける方向に回動させることによって、前記カバー部材(43)が所定角度だけ回動し、前記切欠(48)から前記刃先が露出されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の裁断具。 - 前記ホルダ部材(30)は、前記カッター刃(7)を保持する保持部(33)と、該保持部(33)に対してスライド可能に設けられて前記カッター刃(7)を覆う遮蔽板(32)と、該遮蔽板(32)と前記保持部(33)との間に介装された弾性部材(31)と、を含んで構成されており、
前記脱着部材(40)に設けられた操作部(42)を、前記ホルダ部材(30)を前記スライダ(20)から取り外す方向に変位させることによって、前記弾性部材(31)が伸長され、前記遮蔽板(32)が下降することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の裁断具。 - 前記摺動路(35)は、前記遮蔽板(32)に設けられた溝部(35)であり、該溝部(35)の上端に前記突起部(47)が位置した際に、該突起部(47)が前記溝部内において係止され、前記弾性部材(31)が圧縮されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の裁断具。
- 前記遮蔽板(32)には、前記ホルダ部材(30)が前記スライダ(20)から取り外された際に弾性変形し、前記保持部(33)に係止されて、該遮蔽板(32)の下降位置を維持させる板バネ部材(36)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3又は請求項4に記載の裁断具。
- 前記突起部(47)からは、摺動方向に沿った補強壁(47a,47b)が両側に延びていることを特徴とする請求項1~請求項5の何れか1つの請求項に記載の裁断具。
