本願は、2009年3月2日に、日本に出願された特願2009-047770号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
しかし、従来の植物病害防除剤は、その防除効力が不十分であったり、薬剤耐性の病原菌の出現によりその使用が制限されたり、また、植物体に薬害や汚染を生じさせたり、若しくは人畜魚類等に対する毒性が強かったりすることから、満足できる防除薬剤とは言い難いものが少なくない。従って、かかる欠点の少ない安全に使用できる新規な植物病害防除剤の開発が要望されている。
n1は0~5のいずれかの整数を表し、n1が2以上のとき、X同士は互いに同一であっても、相異なっていてもよい。
Aは、式(2)または式(3)で表されるテトラゾイル基を表す。
n2は0~3のいずれかの整数を表し、n2が2以上のとき、複数のR同士は、互いに同一であっても、相異なっていてもよい。
Zは、式(a)で表される基を表す。
R51は、水素原子、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC1-8アルキル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC2-8アルケニル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC2-8アルキニル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC1-8アルコキシ基、シアノ基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するアシル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するアリール基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するヘテロ環基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するアラルキル基、または無置換の若しくは置換基を有するヘテロアラルキル基を表す。

なお、本明細書において「Ca-b○○○基」は、その基を構成する炭素の数がa個~b個のものであることを示している。
本発明のテトラゾイルオキシム誘導体は、前記式(1)で表される化合物である。
C1-8アルキル基として具体的には、メチル基、エチル基、n-プロピル基、i-プロピル基、n-ブチル基、i-ブチル基、s-ブチル基、t-ブチル基、n-ペンチル基、n-ヘキシル基等が挙げられる。
C1-8アルコキシ基として具体的には、メトキシ基、エトキシ基、n-プロポキシ基、i-プロポキシ基、n-ブトキシ基、i-ブトキシ基、s-ブトキシ基、t-ブトキシ基、n-ヘキシルオキシ基等が挙げられる。
C1-8アルキルスルホニル基として具体的には、メチルスルホニル基、エチルスルホニル基、n-プロピルスルホニル基、i-プロピルスルホニル基、t-ブチルスルホニル基等が挙げられる。
C1-8ハロアルキル基として具体的には、フルオロメチル基、クロロメチル基、ブロモメチル基、ジフルオロメチル基、ジクロロメチル基、トリフルオロメチル基、トリクロロメチル基、トリフルオロエチル基、ペンタフルオロエチル基、3,3,3,2,2-ペンタフルオロプロピル基、2,2,2-トリフルオロ-1-トリフルオロメチルエチル基等が挙げられる。

これらの中でも、Xはハロゲン原子であるのが好ましい。
式(2)および(3)中、Yは、C1-8アルキル基を表す。C1-8アルキル基としては、メチル基、エチル基、n-プロピル基、i-プロピル基、n-ブチル基、i-ブチル基、s-ブチル基、t-ブチル基、n-ペンチル基、n-ヘキシル基等が挙げられる。
これらの中でも、Yとしては、C1-3アルキル基が好ましく、メチル基が特に好ましい。
式(4)中、Rは、ハロゲン原子、シアノ基、ニトロ基、水酸基、チオール基、ホルミル基、カルボキシル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するアミノ基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC1-8アルキル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC2-8アルケニル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC2-8アルキニル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するアリール基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するヘテロ環基、OR1、S(O)mR1、COR1、またはCO2R1を表す。
Rとしての、無置換のC2-8アルケニル基の具体例としては、ビニル基、1-プロペニル基、2-プロペニル基、1-ブテニル基、2-ブテニル基、3-ブテニル基、1-メチル-2-プロペニル基、2-メチル-2-プロペニル基、1-ペンテニル基、2-ペンテニル基、3-ペンテニル基、4-ペンテニル基、1-メチル-2-ブテニル基、2-メチル-2-ブテニル基、1-ヘキセニル基、2-ヘキセニル基、3-ヘキセニル基、4-ヘキセニル基、5-ヘキセニル基等が挙げられる。
置換基を有するアミノ基として具体的には、メチルアミノ基、ジメチルアミノ基、メチルエチルアミノ基、ジエチルアミノ基、t-ブトキシカルボニルメチルアミノ基、t-ブトキシカルボニルアミノ基、アセチルメチルアミノ基、アセチルエチルアミノ基、ベンゾイルメチルアミノ基等が挙げられる。
また、R1としての、置換基を有するC3-8シクロアルキル基における「置換基」は、化学的に許容される範囲で前記X中の置換基を有するアリール基における「置換基」として示されたものと同様のものを挙げることができる。
無置換の若しくは置換基を有するアミノ基としてはアミノ基(NH2基)およびジアルキルアミノ基が好ましく、C1-8アルキル基としてはC1-4アルキル基が好ましく、OR1としてはC1-4アルコキシ基が好ましく、SR1としてはC1-4アルキルチオ基が好ましい。
式(a)中、R50は、水素原子、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC1-8アルキル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC2-8アルケニル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC2-8アルキニル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するアリール基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するヘテロ環基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するアラルキル基、または無置換の若しくは置換基を有するヘテロアラルキル基を表す。
R51は、水素原子、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC1-8アルキル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC2-8アルケニル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC2-8アルキニル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC1-8アルコキシ基、シアノ基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するアシル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するアリール基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するヘテロ環基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するアラルキル基、または無置換の若しくは置換基を有するヘテロアラルキル基を表す。
R50とR51は、一緒になって5~8員環を形成してもよい。
R53は、水素原子、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC1-8アルキル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC1-8アルコキシ基、またはハロゲン原子を表す。
n3は0~2のいずれかの整数を表す。
n3が2のとき、複数のR52またはR53同士は、互いに同一であっても、相異なっていてもよい。
n4は1又は2を表す。
n4が2のとき、R50同士は、互いに同一であっても、相異なっていてもよい。
n5は0又は1を表す。
R50およびR51としての無置換のヘテロアラルキル基としては、2-ピリジルメチル基、3-ピリジルエチル基等が挙げられる。
R51としての無置換の若しくは置換基を有するアシル基としては、ホルミル基、アセチル基、ベンゾイル基、トリフルオロメチルカルボニル基などがあげられる。
R50~R53で表される基としては、前記で例示した基と同じものが挙げられる。
式(a)中における「置換基」は、化学的に許容される範囲で前記X中の置換基を有するアリール基における「置換基」として示されたものと同様のものを挙げることができる。
R50およびR51としての置換基を有するアラルキル基としては、4-フルオロベンジル基、3、5-ジメチルベンジル基等が挙げられる。
R50およびR51としての置換基を有するヘテロアラルキル基としては、(5-トリフルオロメチル-2-ピリジル)メチル基等が挙げられる。
式(1)で表されるテトラゾイルオキシム誘導体は、例えば、特開2003-137875号公報やWO03/016303号パンフレットに記載された方法に準じて製造することができる。
すなわち、式(6)で表されるオキシムと式(7)で表される化合物とを、塩基の存在下に反応させることにより、式(1)で表される本発明のテトラゾイルオキシム誘導体を得ることができる。
塩基の使用量は、式(6)で表されるオキシムに対し、通常0.01~100倍モル、好ましくは0.1~5倍モルである。
用いる溶媒としては、本反応に不活性な溶媒であれば特に限定されない。例えば、ペンタン、ヘキサン、ヘプタン、ベンゼン、トルエン、キシレン等の炭化水素系溶媒;ジクロロメタン、クロロホルム、四塩化炭素等のハロゲン系溶媒;アセトニトリル、プロピオンニトリル等のニトリル系溶媒;ジエチルエーテル、ジオキサン、テトラヒドロフラン等のエーテル系溶媒;N,N-ジメチルホルムアミド、N,N-ジメチルアセタミド、N-メチルピロリドン等のアミド系溶媒;ジメチルスルホキシド等のスルホキシド系溶媒;水;およびこれらの混合溶媒;等が挙げられる。
従って、本発明の化合物を有効成分とする組成物は、花卉、芝、牧草を含む農園芸作物の栽培に際し発生する種々の病害の防除に、種子処理、茎葉散布、土壌施用または水面施用等により使用することができる。
トマト:灰色かび病(Botrytis cinerea)、葉かび病(Cladosporium fulvum)、綿腐病(Phythium aphanidermatum)、疫病(Phytophthora infestans); ナス:灰色かび病(Botrytis cinerea)、黒枯病(Corynespora melongenae)、うどんこ病(Erysiphe cichoracearum); ホウレンソウ:苗立枯病(Pythium ultimum); イチゴ:灰色かび病(Botrytis cinerea)、うどんこ病(Sphaerotheca aphanis); タマネギ:灰色腐敗病(Botrytis allii)、灰色かび病(Botrytis cinerea); インゲン:菌核病(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)、灰色かび病(Botrytis cinerea); りんご:うどんこ病(Podosphaera leucotricha)、黒星病(Venturia inaequalis)、モニリア病(Monilinia mali);
さらに、ストロビルリン系殺菌剤(例えば、クレソキシムメチル、アゾキシストロビン等)に耐性を示すキュウリべと病(Pseudoperonospora cubensis)、ブドウべと病(Plasmopara viticola)に対しても感受性菌と同様に本発明の化合物は有効である。
適用が好ましい病害としては、ブドウべと病菌(Plasmopara viticola)、ウリ類のべと病菌(Pseudoperonospora cubensis)、バレイショやトマトの疫病菌(Phytophthora infestans)、 芝のピシウム菌(Pythium aphanidermatum他)、テンサイ黒根病菌(Aphanomyces cochlloides) 等を代表とする卵菌類が引き起こす多種の病害が挙げられる。
また本発明の化合物の製造工程において製造される中間体の中には殺菌活性を示すものがある。
さらにまた、本発明の化合物を塗料や繊維等に混入させることで、壁や浴槽、若しくは靴や衣服の防菌、防黴剤として使用することもできる。
本発明の植物病害防除剤は、式(1)で表されるテトラゾイルオキシム誘導体またはその塩を有効成分として含有するものである。
本発明の植物病害防除剤としては、本発明化合物のみからなる形態であってもよいし、一般の農薬のとり得る形態、即ち、水和剤、粒剤、粉剤、乳剤、水溶剤、懸濁剤、フロアブル等の形態であってもよい。

以上を均一に混合して微細に粉砕後、適量の水を加えてから練り込んで粘土状にする。粘土状物を造粒した後乾燥し、有効成分40%の顆粒水和剤を得る。
素焼きポットで栽培したトマト幼苗(品種「レジナ」、4~5葉期)に、前記製剤実施例2の乳剤を有効成分100ppmの濃度で散布した。散布後、室温で自然乾燥し、トマト疫病菌(Phytophthora infestans)の遊走子嚢懸濁液を噴霧接種し、明暗を12時間毎に繰り返す高湿度の恒温室(20℃)に4日間保持した。葉上の病斑出現状態を無処理と比較調査し、防除効果(防除価)を求めた。
化合物1-a-3、1-a-5、1-a-6、1-a-8、1-a-9、1-a-12、1-a-16、1-a-21、1-a-26、1-a-65、1-a-67および1-b-3、1-a-68、1-a-69、1-a-70、1-a-71、1-a-72、1-a-74、1-a-76、1-a-77、1-a-78、1-a-79、1-a-80、1-a-81、1-a-82、1-a-83、1-a-86、1-a-87、1-a-88、1-a-89、1-a-91、1-a-92、1-a-93、1-f-1、1-g-1、1-g-2、1-g-3、1-g-4、1-g-5、1-g-6、1-g-7、1-g-8についてPN防除試験を行ったところ、防除価はいずれも90%以上であった。

(試験例2)抗菌試験
化合物をジメチルスルホキシドに溶解し、PSY培地を用いて96穴マイクロプレート上で所定の2倍濃度となるように希釈し薬液とした。一方、PSY培地によりジメチルスルホキシド希釈液を調製し、薬剤無処理区とした。
液体培養した供試菌(Pythium aphanidermatum)の懸濁液を薬液と等量ずつ混合し、25℃暗所で培養した。培養3~7日目で菌糸生育量を観察して、菌糸伸長阻害率を求めた。
化合物番号1-a-5,1-a-6,1-a-8,1-a-9,1-a-12、1-a-16、1-a-26、1-a-65、1-a-67、1-a-68、1-a-69、1-a-70、1-a-73、1-a-74、1-a-75、1-a-76、1-a-77、1-a-78、1-a-79、1-a-80、1-a-82、1-a-83、1-a-84、1-a-85、1-a-86、1-a-88、1-a-89、1-a-92、1-f-1、1-g-1、1-g-2、1-g-3、1-g-4,1-g-5、1-g-7、1-g-8について、抗菌試験を実施したところ、化合物濃度1ppmにおいて、いずれも菌糸伸長阻害率が50%以上であった。
Claims (4)
- 式(1):
[式(1)中、Xは、ハロゲン原子、C1-8アルキル基、C1-8アルコキシ基、シアノ基、C1-8アルキルスルホニル基、ニトロ基、C1-8ハロアルキル基、または無置換の若しくは置換基を有するアリール基を表す。
n1は0~5のいずれかの整数を表すし、n1が2以上のとき、X同士は互いに同一であっても、相異なっていてもよい。
Aは、式(2)又は式(3)で表されるテトラゾイル基を表す。
(式(2)中、YはC1-8アルキル基を表す。)
(式(3)中、Yは前記と同じ意味を表す。)
Hetは、式(4)で表されるピリジル基、又は式(5)で表されるチアゾイル基を表す。
(式(4)中、Rは、ハロゲン原子、シアノ基、ニトロ基、水酸基、チオール基、ホルミル基、カルボキシル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するアミノ基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC1-8アルキル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC2-8アルケニル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC2-8アルキニル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するアリール基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するヘテロ環基、OR1、S(O)mR1、COR1、またはCO2R1を表す。R1は、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するアミノ基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC1-8アルキル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC3-8シクロアルキル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC2-8アルケニル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC2-8アルキニル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するアリール基、または無置換の若しくは置換基を有するヘテロ環基を表す。mは0~2のいずれかの整数を表す。
n2は0~3のいずれかの整数を表し、n2が2以上のとき、複数のR同士は、互いに同一であっても、相異なっていてもよい。
Zは、式(a)で表される基を表す。
(式(a)中、R50は、水素原子、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC1-8アルキル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC2-8アルケニル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC2-8アルキニル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するアリール基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するヘテロ環基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するアラルキル基、または無置換の若しくは置換基を有するヘテロアラルキル基を表す。
R51は、水素原子、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC1-8アルキル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC2-8アルケニル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC2-8アルキニル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC1-8アルコキシ基、シアノ基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するアシル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するアリール基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するヘテロ環基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するアラルキル基、または無置換の若しくは置換基を有するヘテロアラルキル基を表す。
R50とR51は、一緒になって5~8員環を形成してもよい。
R52は、水素原子、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC1-8アルキル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC1-8アルコキシ基、またはハロゲン原子を表す。
R53は、水素原子、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC1-8アルキル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC1-8アルコキシ基、またはハロゲン原子を表す。
n3は0~2のいずれかの整数を表す。
n3が2のとき、複数のR52またはR53同士は、互いに同一であっても、相異なっていてもよい。
n4は1又は2を表す。
n4が2のとき、R50同士は、互いに同一であっても、相異なっていてもよい。
n5は0又は1を表す。))
(式(5)中、R11は、水素原子、ハロゲン原子、シアノ基、ニトロ基、水酸基、チオール基、ホルミル基、カルボキシル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するアミノ基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC1-8アルキル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC2-8アルケニル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するC2-8アルキニル基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するアリール基、無置換の若しくは置換基を有するヘテロ環基、OR1、S(O)mR1、COR1、またはCO2R1を表し、R1およびmは、前記と同じ意味を表す。
