Abstract

【課題】　従来の整髪剤より優れた整髪力及び再整髪力並びにセット保持力を有し、ごわつきがなく、なおかつ保湿力を向上させた毛髪化粧料を提供する。 【解決手段】　（Ａ）５～３０質量％のジグリセリン、（Ｂ）５～２５質量％の糖アルコール、（Ｃ）１～１０質量％の樹脂、及び（Ｄ）水溶性増粘剤を含有し、前記（Ａ）ジグリセリン及び（Ｂ）糖アルコール及び（Ｃ）樹脂の配合量の合計が１５～４０質量％であることを特徴とする毛髪化粧料。

Description

毛髪化粧料
　本発明は、整髪力、再整髪力、保湿力に優れ、ごわつきのない毛髪化粧料に関する。
　近年、整髪を目的とする毛髪化粧料として、ゲル状またはワックス状のものが多用されるようになっている。これらの毛髪化粧料は一般に、十分な整髪保持力を得るために、水溶性高分子等の皮膜形成剤を含有しているが、経時的な吸湿などによる整髪保持力の低下、あるいは皮膜形成剤の固化によるフレーキング（粉ふき）や再整髪の困難さといった問題が指摘されていた。
　これらの問題を解決するため、例えば特許文献１では、アルカリ増粘剤及びアルカリ剤を含有するゲル状整髪料において、０．５～７．５重量％のビニルピロリドン系共重合体からなる非イオン性高分子化合物と、２０～４０重量％のエタノール及び多価アルコールとを配合し、エタノールと多価アルコールの重量比を１：１．５～１：４とすることにより、べたつき、ダレ及びごわつきを抑制し、塗布性、保湿力、再整髪力を向上させたことが記載されている。
　特許文献２には、水溶性高分子と、グリセリン、糖類、ポリアルキレングリコール及び/又はそれらの誘導体から選択される少なくとも１種と、炭素数５～１０の１，２－アルカンジオールとを含有する毛髪化粧料組成物が開示され、べたつき及び皮膜感を抑え、風合いに優れるとされている。
　特許文献３には、ビニルピロリドン系皮膜形成剤、陽イオン性界面活性剤、高級アルコール及びグリセリン及び/又はポリグリセリンを含有するワックス状整髪剤が記載され、皮膜形成剤本来の整髪力を付与し、整髪保持力の低下を抑制し、耐湿性にも優れるとされている。
　しかしながら、特許文献１から３に記載されたような整髪剤は、グリセリンやプロピレングリコール等を配合することにより保湿性を向上させても、その整髪力およびスタイル保持力が十分ではなかった。

　よって本発明における課題は、従来の整髪剤より優れた整髪力及び再整髪力並びにセット保持力を有し、ごわつきがなく、なおかつ保湿力を向上させた毛髪化粧料を提供することである。
　本発明者等は、前記の課題を解決すべく鋭意研究を重ねた結果、ジグリセリンと糖アルコールとを樹脂と組み合わせ、それらの配合量を特定範囲内に調整することにより、目的とする特性を有する毛髪化粧料が得られることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。
　即ち本発明は、
（Ａ）５～３０質量％のジグリセリン、
（Ｂ）５～２５質量％の糖アルコール、
（Ｃ）１～１０質量％の樹脂、及び
（Ｄ）水溶性増粘剤
を含有し、前記（Ａ）ジグリセリン及び（Ｂ）糖アルコール及び（Ｃ）樹脂の配合量の合計が１５～４０質量％であることを特徴とする毛髪化粧料を提供する。
　本発明に係る組成物は、樹脂、ジグリセリン、及び糖アルコールを所定の配合量で組み合わせて配合し、更に水溶性増粘剤を配合することにより整髪力が向上した。特に、ジグリセリンと糖アルコールを同時に配合したことにより、従来技術で使用されていたグリセリンやプロピレングリコールを配合した化粧料より経時での保湿効果が向上し、樹脂が完全に固化せずに良好な再整髪が可能となった。
　本発明の毛髪化粧料に配合されるジグリセリン（成分Ａ）は、組成物全体の５～３０質量％、好ましくは５～２５質量％、より好ましくは５～２０質量％を占める。配合量が５質量％未満であると、十分な保湿力が得られず、髪のごわつきを生じ、再整髪が困難になる場合がある。３０質量％を超えて配合すると、べたつきを生じて重い感触となり、スタイル保持力が低下して再整髪が困難になる場合がある。
　本発明の毛髪化粧料に配合される糖アルコール（成分Ｂ）は、前記ジグリセリンと協働して保湿力を向上させる作用を有する。従来、ジグリセリンと糖アルコールの両方を同時に配合した毛髪化粧料は知られていなかった。
本発明で使用される糖アルコールとしては、特に限定されないが、例えば、ソルビトール、マルチトール、及びマンニトールから選択される１種または２種以上が好ましく用いられる。これらは市販品を使用することもでき、例えば、ソルビット70S（商品名）、マビット（商品名）、Ｄ－マンニット（商品名）等を挙げることができる。
　本発明の毛髪化粧料における糖アルコールの配合量は、５～２５質量％、好ましくは５～２０質量％である。配合量が５質量％未満であると、整髪力及びスタイル保持力が低下するとともに、十分な保湿力が発揮されないために再整髪が困難になる場合がある。配合量が２５質量％を超えると、やはり整髪力及びスタイル保持力が低下し、ごわつきを生ずる場合がある。
　本発明の毛髪化粧料に配合される樹脂（成分Ｃ）は、従来の毛髪化粧料（整髪剤）にも配合されていた水溶性高分子あるいは皮膜形成剤に相当する高分子樹脂であり、具体的には、ノニオン系として（ビニルピロリドン/ビニルアルコール）コポリマー、ポリアクリレートクロスポリマー３、ポリウレタン－２４、ポリウレタン－１０グルカン、アニオン系としてカラギーナン、両性系としてメタクリル酸アルキルコポリマーなどが挙げられ、これらから選択される１種または２種以上を用いるのが特に好ましい。これらの樹脂として、市販品をそのまま使用することもでき、例えば、ＰＶＰ/ＶＡ－ＥＴＷ、プラスサイズＬ－６４Ｓ、アクアリンカーＳＵ－１００、アクアジェルＩ－２、カードラン、ユカフォーマー３０１、ヨドゾールＰＵＤ（いずれも商品名）等を挙げることができる。
　本発明の毛髪化粧料における樹脂の配合量は、１～１０質量％とするのが好ましい。２種以上の樹脂を配合する場合は樹脂の全配合量が１質量％以上になるように配合することが好ましい。
　本発明の毛髪化粧料において、十分な整髪力及びスタイル保持力を有するためには、ジグリセリン（成分Ａ）、糖アルコール（成分Ｂ）および樹脂（成分Ｃ）の合計量が１０質量％以上であることが好ましい。４０質量％を超えると使用感の点で好ましくない。各成分ＡからＣの配合比は、目的とする毛髪化粧料に応じて適宜調整することが可能である。
　本発明の毛髪化粧料は、前記成分Ａ～Ｃに加えて、水溶性増粘剤（成分Ｄ）を含有している。本発明で使用される水溶性増粘剤は、化粧品分野で従来から用いられているものでよく、特に限定されないが、例えば、カルボキシビニルポリマー（カルボマー；シンタレン（商品名）等）、（アクリル酸/アクリル酸アルキル（Ｃ１０－３０））コポリマー、キサンタンガム、ポリアクリル酸ナトリウムなどのアニオン系、ポリアクリレート－１などのカチオン系、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、メチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、（ベヘン酸/エイコ二酸）グリセリルなどのノニオン系の増粘剤が好ましく使用される。
　本発明の毛髪化粧料における水溶性増粘剤の配合量は、０．０５～５質量％、好ましくは０．１～２質量％である。
　なお、限定されるものではないが、本発明の毛髪化粧料に配合する樹脂と増粘剤との組み合わせとして、増粘剤がアニオン系の場合、樹脂はアニオン系とノニオン系とするのが望ましく、増粘剤がカチオン系の場合、樹脂はカチオン系、ノニオン系と両性系とするのが好ましい。静電増粘の機構を用いた増粘剤の場合、樹脂の反対の電荷によって増粘剤の電荷が打ち消され、増粘できない場合があるためである。
　また、本発明の毛髪化粧料には、融点が２５～１００℃である固形油分を１質量％以上含まないのが好ましい。このような固形油分を１質量％以上配合すると、得られる毛髪化粧料によって整髪した毛髪に重い感触やベタつきが生じる場合がある
　本発明の毛髪化粧料は、上記の成分Ａ～Ｄに加えて、整髪料などに従来から用いられている他の成分を、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲で配合してもよい。
例えば、フィトステロール骨格を有する活性剤とトリアジン系紫外吸収剤を更に配合することにより、紫外線による毛髪のダメージをさらに軽減することができる。
　以下に具体例を挙げて本発明を更に詳細に説明するが、本発明は以下の実施例に限定されるものではない。また、以下の実施例等における配合量は特に断らない限り質量％を示す。
　本発明の毛髪化粧料（実施例）及び比較例の毛髪化粧料を調製し、各組成物を実際に毛髪に適用した際の、「整髪力」、「べたつき」、「再整髪力」、「保湿力」、「ごわつき」、「スタイルの持ち」及び「重さ」について評価した。各項目の評価は以下のようにして実施した。
＜評価方法＞
１５センチの毛髪ストランドに０．５ｇの各サンプルを直接塗布し、手でなじませて、塗布後の毛髪の整髪力、ベタつき、保湿力、重さについて評価した。また塗布２時間後に再整髪力、ごわつき、スタイルの持ちを評価した。
＜評価基準＞
（１）整髪力
○：髪の毛が動きやすい
△：髪の毛がやや動く
×：髪の毛が動かしにくい
（２）べたつき
○：べたつかない
△：ややべたつく
×：べたつく
（３）再整髪力
○：髪の毛が動きやすい
△：髪の毛がやや動く
×：髪の毛が動かしにくい
（４）保湿力
○：うるおいを感じる
△：うるおいをやや感じる
×：うるおいを感じない
（５）ごわつき
○：ごわつきを感じない
△：ややごわつく
×：ごわつく
（６）スタイルの持ち
○：スタイルが保持されている
△：スタイルがやや保持されている
×：スタイルが保持されていない
（７）重さ
○：重さを感じない
△：やや重さを感じる
×：重さを感じる
（８）たれ落ちやすさ
○：たれ落ちにくい
△：ややたれ落ちる
×：たれ落ちる
　下記表１に掲げた組成の試料を調製し、各項目について評価した。

　表１に示した結果から明らかなように、本発明の成分Ａ～Ｃのいずれか一成分を含まない毛髪化粧料（比較例１から９）は、特に再整髪力が十分ではなかった。また、ジグリセリンと糖アルコールとの組み合わせを含まない比較例の毛髪化粧料は、従来技術で使用されているグリセリンを配合したとしても（比較例７～９）、整髪力及びスタイルの持ちが悪かった。
　下記表２に掲げた組成の試料を調製し、各項目について評価した。

　表２に示した結果から、本発明の毛髪化粧料に配合するジグリセリンの配合量が５質量％未満であると（比較例１１）、保湿力が十分でなく、ごわつきを生じるとともにスタイルの持ち及び再整髪力が劣り、逆に３０質量％より多く配合するとべたつきを生じることがわかる。また、成分Ａ～Ｃの合計配合量が少なすぎると（比較例１２）スタイルの持ち及び再整髪力が低下し、多すぎると（比較例１３）べたつきを生じてしまう。
　下記表３に掲げた組成の試料を調製し、各項目について評価した。

　表３に示した結果から、本発明の毛髪化粧料に配合する糖アルコールの配合量が５質量％未満であると（比較例１５）、スタイルの持ち及び整髪力と再整髪力が劣り、逆に２５質量％より多く配合しても（比較例１４）、スタイルの持ち及び整髪力が低下し、ごわつきを生じることがわかる。
　下記表４に掲げた組成の試料を調製し、各項目について評価した。

　表４に示した結果から、本発明の毛髪化粧料に配合する樹脂（ノニオン系）の配合量が１質量％未満であると（比較例１６）、スタイルの持ち及び整髪力が劣り、逆に１０質量％より多く配合すると（比較例１７）、再整髪力が低下し、ごわつきを生じることがわかる。
　下記表５に掲げた組成の試料を調製し、各項目について評価した。

　表５に示したように、成分Ａ～Ｄをすべて所定範囲内で含有し、成分Ａ～Ｃの合計配合量も所定範囲内である実施例１５～１７の毛髪化粧料は、配合する糖アルコールの種類を変化させても、評価した全ての項目において良好な結果が得られた。
　下記表６に掲げた組成の試料を調製し、各項目について評価した。

　表６に示したように、成分Ａ～Ｄをすべて所定範囲内で含有し、成分Ａ～Ｃの合計配合量も所定範囲内である実施例１８～２３の毛髪化粧料は、配合する樹脂の種類を変化させても、評価した全ての項目において良好な結果が得られた。
　下記表７に掲げた組成の試料を調製し、表７に挙げた各項目について評価した。

　表７に示したように、水溶性増粘剤（成分Ｄ）を含まない比較例１８は特にたれ落ちしやすく、再整髪力及びスタイルの持ちも不十分であった。

Claims (5)

  1. （Ａ）５～３０質量％のジグリセリン、
    （Ｂ）５～２５質量％の糖アルコール、
    （Ｃ）１～１０質量％の樹脂、及び
    （Ｄ）水溶性増粘剤
    を含有し、前記（Ａ）ジグリセリン及び（Ｂ）糖アルコール及び（Ｃ）樹脂の配合量の合計が１５～４０質量％であることを特徴とする毛髪化粧料。
  2. 糖アルコールが、ソルビトール、マルチトール、及びマンニトールから選択される１種または２種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の毛髪化粧料。
  3. 樹脂が、（ビニルピロリドン/ビニルアルコール）コポリマー、ポリアクリレートクロスポリマー、ポリウレタン、グルカン、カラギーナン、及びメタクリル酸アルキルコポリマーから選択される１種または２種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項１または２に記載の毛髪化粧料。
  4. 融点が２５～１００℃である固形油分を１質量％以上含まないことを特徴とする、請求項１から３のいずれか一項に記載の毛髪化粧料。
  5. フィトステロール骨格を有する活性剤とトリアジン系紫外吸収剤を更に含有することを特徴とする、請求項１から４のいずれか一項に記載の毛髪化粧料。
