Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种装饰灯具,尤其是一种LED双发光板装饰灯。
背景技术
目前市场上的LED装饰灯,多是将LED灯泡设置在下面直接发光,这种LED装饰灯需要较多数目的LED灯泡来达到光面亮度均匀的效果,耗能大,生产成本高。现在,也有通过采用将LED灯泡设置在导光板周围的侧面的凹槽内,形成一种提供面光的LED装饰灯,但该种装饰灯只是单面发光,立体光感差,装饰效果不好。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种双发光板结构,且发光板两面发光,装饰效果好的LED双发光板装饰灯。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种LED双发光板装饰灯由条形灯座、两块导光板、线路板和LED灯组成,其中导光板是由透明板和设在透明板表面上的具有反射、折射作用的网状凹凸点组成,在灯座左右两侧边上沿纵向分别开有通槽,在通槽两侧设有引光板,两块导光板的一边分别固定在灯座两侧的引光板上,线路板设在灯座内,所述LED灯固定线路板上,LED灯与通槽相对应。
所述导光板的双面设置有网状凹凸点或丝印。
所述导光板上设有多个通孔。
所述导光板的厚度边表面和通孔的内表面为磨沙面。
所述导光板的另一边为梯形或三角形或U字形形状。
所述引光板与灯座一体成型。
所述网状凹凸点由导光油墨点构成。
所述网状凹凸点是磨沙后的凹凸。
本发明采用上述结构后,通过在灯座左右两侧的通槽上分别设置导光板,同时灯座内的LED灯正对着导光板,在通槽两侧延伸有引光板,因此通过引光板可使LED灯的光集中向导光板方向投射,再经导光板两侧面射出,形成了两面发光的发光板,并且两块导光板由不同的LED灯组对其进行照射发光,同一时刻两组的LED灯可发出不同色彩的光,因此,两侧的导光板可发出不同颜色的光,形成一种特殊光效果,且导光板是通过通槽两侧的引光板固定,安装牢固;进一步的优选方案是在导光板上设置的通孔,其既可减少风阻,导光板稳定性强,又可形成一种特殊的光效果。进一步的改进是导光板的厚度边表面和通孔的内表面为磨沙面,使得发光板边沿和通孔的光线更柔和,更加美观。本发明广泛适用于道路防护栏、室内墙壁、天花等的装饰。

具体实施方式
图1、2和3所示,本发明的LED双发光板装饰灯由条形灯座1、两块导光板2、线路板3和LED灯4,所述导光板2是由透明板21和设在透明板21表面上的具有反射、折射作用的网状凹凸点22组成,网状凹凸点22可设置在导光板2的一面或双面,并且网状凹凸点22也可用丝印或其它结构代替,所述网状凹凸点22由导光油墨点构成或是是磨沙后的凹凸。在灯座1左右两侧边上沿纵向分别开有通槽11,在通槽11两侧设有引光板12,两块导光板2的一边通过螺栓分别固定在灯座1两侧的引光板12上,所述导光板的另一边为梯形或三角形或U字形形状,所述线路板3设在灯座1内,LED灯4固定线路板3上,LED灯4与通槽11相对应,在灯座1的中部还设有沿纵向的灯孔13,在灯孔13内设有LED灯带6,在灯孔13上设有一透光盖板5,可达到在一柔和大光面上增加一条亮丽的光带,形成一种与众不同的光效果。所述导光板2的厚度边表面和通孔的内表面为磨沙面。本发明具体使用时,将灯座1固定在防护栏、墙壁、天花上,用做道路、室内的灯光装饰,使得道路或室内在夜晚更加绚丽多彩,对周围环境起到很好的装饰美化效果。本发明安装时是导光板采用贴墙式的安装固定方式。
Claims (10)
- 一种LED双发光板装饰灯,它由条形灯座(1)、两块导光板(2)、线路板(3)和LED灯(4)组成,其特征在于:所述导光板(2)是由透明板(21)和设在透明板(21)表面上的具有反射、折射作用的网状凹凸点(22)组成,在灯座(1)左右两侧边上沿纵向分别开有通槽(11),在通槽(11)两侧设有引光板(12),两块导光板(2)的一边分别固定在灯座(1)两侧的引光板(12)上,线路板(3)设在灯座(1)内,所述LED灯(4)固定线路板(3)上,LED灯(4)与通槽(11)相对应。
- 根据权利要求1所述的LED双发光板装饰灯,其特征在于:所述导光板(2)的双面设置有网状凹凸点或丝印。
- 根据权利要求1所述的LED双发光板装饰灯,其特征在于:所述导光板(2)上设有多个通孔。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的LED双发光板装饰灯,其特征在于:所述导光板(2)的厚度边表面和通孔的内表面为磨沙面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的LED双发光板装饰灯,其特征在于:所述导光板(2)的另一边为梯形形状。
- 根据权利要求1所述的LED双发光板装饰灯,其特征在于:所述导光板(2)的另一边为三角形形状。
- 根据权利要求1所述的LED双发光板装饰灯,其特征在于:所述导光板(2)的另一边为U字形形状。
- 根据权利要求1所述的LED双发光板装饰灯,其特征在于:所述引光板(12)与灯座(1)一体成型。
- 根据权利要求1所述的LED双发光板装饰灯,其特征在于:所述网状凹凸点(22)由导光油墨点构成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的LED双发光板装饰灯,其特征在于:所述网状凹凸点(22)是磨沙后的凹凸。
