La puce de bande de base (102) télécharge lalgorithme de codage/décodage audio dans lunité de mémoire dalgorithme de codage/décodage audio (113), et sélectionne un type dalgorithme de codage/décodage audio et le charge sur lunité de codage/décodage audio programmable (110). Lunité de codage/décodage audio programmable (110) génère automatiquement un circuit dalgorithme de codage/décodage audio correspondant selon lalgorithme de codage/décodage audio chargé par la puce de bande de base (102). Lunité de mémoire dalgorithme de codage/décodage audio (113) mémorise lalgorithme de codage/décodage audio téléchargé par la puce de bande de base (102).
