Abstract
Compositions, methods, and kits for determining the activity of a nucleic acid polymerase are disclosed where fluorescent double stranded DNA binding dye and oligonucleotides are employed. Also disclosed are method for detecting inhibitory activity of a target molecule to a polymerase.
