Abstract

A chain, wherein the extent of bending of the chain is stably restricted by a simple structure and wherein fixed members are automatically locked and unlocked.  A chain formed by connecting plate members to each other is provided with a slackening conveying device having drive sprockets and interlocked sprockets which are arranged at intervals determined so that the intervals between conveying pins of the chain are reduced, and the slackening conveying applies slack to the tension of the chain at corners of the chain.  The plate members each have a connecting pin and a slit into which the connecting pin is slidably inserted.  Each slit comprises a large width section and a small width section.  The plate members are fixed to each other when the connecting pins slide in the longitudinal direction of the slits and fit in the small width sections.  When the tension between the plate members is slackened by the slackening conveying device to cause the connecting pins to slide in the opposite longitudinal direction and fit in the large width sections, the fixation between the plate members is removed to allow the plate members to bend freely.

Description

Chain and chain transport device

The present invention relates to a chain and a chain transport device used for sling and horizontal transport for lifting a transported object.

Chains are used in applications such as slings for lifting conveyed objects and horizontal conveyance.

However, the conventional chain has a problem in that when the conveyed object is lifted, the chain is kinked and the conveyed object rotates and becomes entangled, so that a safe operation cannot be performed.

Therefore, for example, Patent Document 1 below proposes a kinking prevention tool for a sling cord that prevents kinking by providing a spacer between two sling cords that lift a heavy object vertically and fixing the sling interval. Yes.

However, in the method described in Patent Document 1, since the sling interval cannot be made very wide, the problem is that the two sling cords rotate together to cause kinking and the heavy object rotates. was there.

Patent Document 2 below proposes a sling that can regulate the degree of chain bending to a predetermined amount or less by providing a plurality of block bodies on the upper surface of the chain sling.
However, the sling described in Patent Document 2 has a complicated structure including a plurality of block bodies on the upper surface of the chain sling, and since the cross section of the block body is rectangular, the corner of the block body is bent when the sling is bent. Since the blocks are in contact with each other, the wear of the block body is severe, and the degree of bending of the chain cannot be stably regulated.

In order to solve the above problems, the inventor is a rope in which a plurality of outer layer members are connected as described in Patent Document 3 below, and has a polygonal or circular hollow shape in a cross section of the outer layer member. An inner layer member and a slide shaft member are disposed in the hollow portion, and the outer layer member and / or the inner layer member are constituted by a frame made of a hard material and a net attached to the frame, and the inner layer member Has a structure in which a plurality of hard members are connected and fixed to the slide shaft member, and is slidable in the longitudinal direction of the outer layer member, and a connecting portion between the hard members and a connecting portion between the outer layer members are provided. A rope has been proposed which, while being freely bent when matched, is not bent more than a certain range when the connecting portion between the hard members and the connecting portion between the outer layer members are shifted.

However, the rope described in Patent Document 3 is difficult to apply to the sling that lifts the conveyed product because it is necessary to manually perform the operation of shifting the connecting portion between the hard members and the connecting portion between the outer layer members. There was a problem.

As shown in FIG. 7, the rectangular plate member 255 is connected to form the chain of the present invention, so that the straight portion does not bend more than a certain range, while the corner portion is provided with a plate corner loose bending conveying device 256. By releasing the lock, it can be bent and transported freely.

8 and 9 are diagrams showing a chain according to a second embodiment of the present invention.

8 and 9, 3 is a plate head, 9 is a plate foot, 11 is a connection pin hole, 11 'is a connection pin, 34 is an adapter mounting hole, 136 is a head hook, and 137' is a head hook. A stop member (locking member), 138 is a slit, 139 is a beat, 140 is a plate member provided with a beat, 141 is a plate member provided with a rib, and 142 is a rib.

FIG. 8 is a view illustrating plate members used in the chain according to the second embodiment of the present invention. FIGS. 8A and 8B are side views of the front and rear plate members, and FIGS. 8C and 8D. Is a cross-sectional view thereof.

As shown in FIG. 8, the chain according to the second embodiment of the present invention has a hook 136 at one end of the plate member 140, and a locking member that fits with the hook of the plate member adjacent to the side surface of the plate member. 137 ′, and when the connecting pin 11 ′ slides in one direction in the longitudinal direction of the slit 138, the hook is fitted to the locking member, and the hook is fixed to the locking member, so that the plate members When the connecting pin 11 ′ slides in the direction opposite to the longitudinal direction of the slit 138, the hook is detached from the locking member 137 ′ and the plate members are not bent. It is characterized by being open and free to bend.

That is, as shown in FIG. 8 (c), when the hook 136 is not fitted to the locking member 137 ′, the front and rear plate members are opened and freely rotated, so that the chain is bent freely. Thus, as shown in FIG. 8 (d), when the hook 136 is fitted to the locking member 137 ', the front and rear plate members are fixed, so that the chain is allowed by the gap between the plate members. Do not bend beyond a certain range.

The plate member used in the present invention only needs to have a certain level of strength, regardless of the material, regardless of the cross-sectional shape, and may be any of plate, circle, semicircle, rectangle, U-shape, and V-shape. Good.
Note that the connection pin 11 ′ of the present embodiment is not fixed to the plate members 140 and 141.
FIG. 9 is a diagram for explaining the operation of the chain in the second embodiment.

FIG. 9A shows a state in which the right plate member 180 moves to the right in FIG. 9A and the hook 136 is not engaged with the locking member 137 ′ of the left plate member 140. Since the hook 136 releases the rotation between the front and rear plate members, the chain bends freely as shown in FIG. 9 (c).

FIG. 9B shows a state in which the right plate member 180 moves to the left in FIG. 9B, and the hook 136 is engaged with the locking member 137 ′ of the left plate member 140. Since the hook 136 fixes the rotation between the front and rear plate members, the chain does not bend more than a certain range allowed by the gap between the plate members.

The relative movement between the plate members can be moved by the weight of the chain when the chain is in the vertical direction, while the plate member is fixed by tension applied to the chain when the chain is in the horizontal direction. If the plate member does not bend more than a certain range permitted by the gap between the plate members and reaches the corner portion, the plate corner loose bending conveying device 256 can be freely bent and conveyed by releasing the lock.

Further, the bending strength of the plate member can be remarkably improved by providing the rib by performing processing such as bending the end of the plate member into a U-shape.

FIG. 10 is a view showing an embodiment in which a container is conveyed using the chain of the present invention.

In FIG. 10, a plate corner loose bending conveyance device 256 comprising a driving sprocket 143 and an interlocking sprocket 144 is provided immediately before a corner portion that transitions from a vertical portion to a horizontal portion, and a corner portion that transitions from a horizontal portion to a vertical portion. By releasing the plate member by loosening the chain at the part, the chain can be bent and conveyed at the corner part freely.

FIG. 11 is a diagram showing an embodiment in which a bucket is conveyed using the chain of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 11, an endless loop is formed by the chain of the present invention in which a plurality of plate members 180 are connected, and a bucket (for shellfish) 165 and a bucket (for resources and sludge) are attached, so that It can be used for the harvesting of shellfish and the like, and for excavating and transporting sand and sludge on the seabed, and it can be bent freely by providing a plate corner loose bending conveying device 256 at the corner and releasing the lock. Can be transported.

FIG. 12 is a diagram illustrating details of a bucket that is transported using the chain of the present invention.

As shown in the sectional view of FIG. 12 (a), it is preferable to use a net-like bucket for harvesting shellfish such as swordfish, clams and clams.

FIG.13 and FIG.14 is a figure which shows the Example in the case of using the chain of this invention for fishery.

As shown in FIG. 13 and FIG. 14, an endless loop is formed by the chain of the present invention in which a plurality of plate members 180 are connected, and a fishing hook 161 with a gizier is attached via a fishing line attachment arm 21, thereby enabling fishing such as skipjack tuna. Can be used. Further, by providing a telescopic fishing line spring 162 on the fishing line 20, the fishing line 20 is given a beating effect, and the fishing line 20 expands and contracts in accordance with the pulling of the fish 164 on the fishing line 20, so that the fish 164 is disengaged from the fishing line 20. Can be prevented. By providing a plate corner loose bending conveying device 256 at the corner portion and releasing the lock, it can be bent and conveyed freely. The loose bending conveying device 256 is provided with a modified speed change sprocket 142. The modified transmission sprocket 142 moves the fishing hook 161 with a guilloche on the sea surface 44 and moves it with a speed change. As a result, Gigier can be made to look like a living carp, and bonito and tuna can be continuously caught. Then, the fish 164 that has been lifted is disengaged from the fishing hook 161 with the guilleier by loosening the fishing line 20 in the ship 43, and therefore slides on the toyo of the ship 43. The fish hook 161 with the guilleier from which the fish 164 has come off enters the sea again from the ship 43 and fishes the fish 164.

FIG. 15 is a view showing an embodiment in which the chain of the present invention is used for conveying fishing gear.
As shown in FIG. 15, an endless loop is formed by the chain of the present invention in which a plurality of plate members 180 are connected, and a corner portion that transitions from a vertical portion to a horizontal portion and immediately before a corner portion that transitions from a horizontal portion to a vertical portion. The drive sprocket 143 and the interlocking sprocket 144 are provided in the plate, and a plate corner loose bending conveyance device 256 is provided in the corner portion to release the lock so that the plate can be freely bent and conveyed. Also in this embodiment, the modified bending sprocket 142 is provided in the loose bending conveying device 256.

FIG. 16 is a diagram showing an embodiment in which the chain of the present invention is used for fishing.

As shown in FIG. 16, in the chain of the present invention, a plurality of plate members 180 are connected by a rotation shaft (pin) to form a closed loop, and below this closed loop, the fixing member slides by its own weight so that the plate members are separated from each other. While a track having a large radius of curvature (R) is formed for fixing, the fixing member slides by its own weight in the upper half of the closed loop, and the plate members are opened, so that it can be bent with a small radius of curvature (r). Therefore, it is possible to realize a chain transport device that winds around the sprocket 16 while being guided by the adjustment guide roller and transports the load, and this can be used for fishing. A loose bend conveying device 256 is provided at the corner, and a deformed variable speed sprocket 142 is provided in the loose bend conveying device 256.

In this chain transport device, the moving arm 35 is inserted into the arm slide frame case 36 ′, the moving arm 35 is slid in and out of the ship, and the arm slide frame case is rotated up and down by the rotation pin 36. As a result, the moving arm 35 can be smoothly put in and out by sliding, and the moving arm 35 can be prevented from sliding beyond a certain range by providing a stopper on the moving arm 35 and the arm slide frame case 36 '. .

When the chain of the present invention is used for fishing, it is necessary to feed the chain out of the ship 43, so a main pillar 39 is provided on the ship, and an arm slide frame case 36 'is attached to the main pillar 39, It is preferable that the arm is inserted into the arm slide frame case, the sprocket 16 for conveyance and the adjustment guide roller are arranged, and the chain is sent out below the seawater surface 44. While forming a loop having a stable shape without entanglement and kinking of the branch yarn having a radius of curvature (R), a loop having a small radius of curvature (r) can be formed on the seawater surface 44, By providing a plate corner loose bending conveying device 256 and releasing the lock, it can be bent and conveyed freely.

FIG. 17 is a view showing an embodiment in which the chain of the present invention is used for conveying fishing gear, and shows an example of squid fishing.

As shown in FIG. 17, a plurality of fishing line mounting arms 21 are provided in the chain of the present invention, and a fishing line branch 20 and a raft 22 are provided on the arm 21, and the fishing line 20 is placed between the upper and lower sides of the plurality of arms 21. By providing an interval, it is possible to prevent the fishing line 20 from being entangled, to provide the entire chain, and to wrap the chain around a sprocket that is driven by a motor and convey it, thereby realizing a chain conveying device for fishing gear.
In addition, by attaching a plurality of fishing lines to the connection ring 249 of the arm 21 provided on the chain, it is possible to catch the catch that has been fishing for a whole day and night with a large number of lights in a few hours. Since it can be completed, fuel can be saved and working hours can be shortened, which has a great effect on energy saving and, in turn, prevention of global warming.

In addition, GM15 of FIG. 17 shows the motor with a reduction gear for chain conveyance, and it can be bent and conveyed freely by providing a plate corner loose bending conveyance device 256 at the corner portion and releasing the lock. The loose bending conveying device 256 is provided with a modified speed change sprocket 142.

In addition, by providing a sliding suspension member moving passage (guide) 54 as a slit for movement of the weight suspension member 52 in the ceiling from the suspension suspension member inlet 55 to the suspension suspension member engagement lifting hole 56, the weight The hanging member 52 moves from the hanging hanging member entry 55 into the attic 61 ′ by the hanging rope 51 through the hanging hanging member member changing passage (guide) 54, so that the hanging hanging member member is lifted at the apex of the roof. The container can be lifted at 56 positions.

Specifically, the weight suspension member 52 that has entered the hook suspension member inlet 55 slides in the hook suspension member moving passage (guide) 54 and reaches the position of the lifting hole 56.

As shown in FIG. 18B, when the container is opened, when the container 61 is landed and the suspension rope 51 is loosened, the weight suspension member 52 is landed on the lifting movement toyo 53 from the pocket. The hook moving member 53 is a slip outlet passage in the direction of the hooking member outlet 55 ', and the weight hooking member 52 is a hooking hook member. Drop into exit 55 '. The movement of the hanging rope 51 at this time shares the rope moving passage 57 from the hanging hook member inlet 55 to the hook hanging member lifting hole 56 at the top of the container. Further, the hooking member member inlet 55 and the hooking member member outlet 55 'are in contact with each other, and the rope moving slit roof 57 can be shared, the container is opened, and the hooking member is lifted upward.

Even if the sliding / weight suspension member 52 is separated from the roof of the container 61, the suspension shaft member 60 is moved to the container 61, the sliding / weight suspension member 52 is lifted to the upper part of the roof of the container 61, and the suspension rope 51 is loosened. The sling and weight hanger member 52 can be put into the hook hanger member inlet 55 and lifted.

The container slide falling roof 58 has a triangular shape and is inclined downward from the apex. A hooking member member entrance 55 is provided at the lowest position and a hooking member hooking lifting hole 56 is provided at the apex. A moving slit roof 57 for the suspension rope 51 is provided between the inlet 55 and the lower entrance 55, and a moving passage (guide) 54 for the slide and weight suspension member 52 is provided below the moving slit roof 57.

At the bottom of this moving passage (guide) 54, a moving toyo 53 is provided which is lifted from a pocket, and these 53 and 54 are shared to the vicinity of the inlet 55 and the outlet 55 ', while branching near the inlet 55 and the outlet 55'. By changing the shape, it is possible to prevent the slide and weight suspension member 52 from returning to the original inlet 55 when being removed.
In addition, the inlet 55 and the outlet 55 ′ are arranged side by side, but a cover is provided on the upper portion of the outlet 55 ′ so that the slip and weight lifting member 52 do not enter the outlet 55.
FIGS. 19 to 21 are diagrams illustrating an embodiment of a container that is transported using the chain of the present invention. FIGS. 19A to 19D are views illustrating a weight suspension member 52 hook suspension member moving passage ( FIG. 20 is a plan view in which the members shown in FIGS. 19A to 19E are arranged under the container roof.

FIGS. 19 to 21 are plan views of the roof of the container 61. When the sliding and weight suspension member 52 falls within the range of the roof surface, the sliding and weight suspension member 52 is inclined to a funnel-shaped entrance hole. Enter 55 automatically.

When the sliding and weight suspension member 52 is lifted by the suspension rope 51, the suspension rope 51 automatically enters the lifting hole 56 disposed at the center position of the roof 61, and the container 61 is transported to the destination for suspension and suspended. When loosened, the sliding and weight suspension member 52 automatically reaches the exit hole 55 'through the hook suspension member moving passage (guide) 54, and when lifted by the suspension rope 51, the lid of the exit hole 55' is pushed up. Go out and open container 61 automatically.

FIG. 21 shows that the upper part of the container roof is inclined in four directions, and that the lower part of the inclination is provided with one entrance / exit hole for the weight suspension member, and the weight suspension member is inserted into one of the entrances. 19 (a) and 19 (c), the container is lifted and transported by the container apex hole 56, suspended, and loosened to loosen the weight. If the rope is lifted when it comes to the outlet 55 'of the weight suspension member as shown in FIGS. 19B and 19D, the container can be opened. At this time, by providing the movable leaf spring member 100 as shown in FIG. 18, when the weight suspension member 52 moves from the entrance hole 55 toward the vertex suspension hole 56, it can be moved by pushing down the spring. When moving from the vertex suspension hole 56 to the outlet 55 ′, the moving direction can be controlled so that the weight suspension member does not return to the inlet 55 by being configured so as not to be pushed down in the direction of the inlet 55.

22 and 23 are diagrams illustrating an embodiment of a container that can expand the roof. FIG. 22 shows a state in which the roof is folded and contracted, and FIG. 23 shows a state in which the roof is expanded and expanded. It is a figure and a container can be lifted from a wide range of positions.
22 and 23, 92 is a roof opening / closing support point, 94 is a roof opening / closing handle support point, 95 is a roof opening / closing operation arm, 96 is a roof opening / closing handle opening / closing support point, 97 is a roof opening / closing handle bar, and 97 'is a roof opening / closing point. Shows the handle stopper.

In the conventional lifting and transporting of the container, the hanging tool is manually hung on the ring provided on the container to be lifted, and the lifting tool is removed after completion. In this case, the hooking operation could not be performed when the distance between the hanger and the ring provided on the container is long.

Therefore, in the embodiment of FIGS. 22 and 23, by providing an additional roof 58 ′ that can expand the container sliding fall roof 58, an outer direction surface is formed outside the uppermost four direction surfaces of the roof 58 of the container 61. The inner surface is inclined so that the hanging member automatically slides into the ceiling entrance hole 55 provided on the existing roof, so that the container is automatically lifted and hung without human intervention. The hanger member can be automatically removed.

FIG. 23 is a diagram illustrating an embodiment in which an additional roof surface is attached to the roof of the container. The upper roof is raised outside the upper four directions of the top of the conventional container roof, and the inner face is automatically inserted into the ceiling entrance hole 55 provided in the existing roof, and the weight suspension member 52 is automatically Provide a sloping slope. This roof additional member is provided with a roof opening / closing operation arm 95 on the outer side of the four-direction surface of the upper part of the container 61, and the container 61 is automatically lifted and transported and suspended by a roof wider than the container 61 by expanding the roof. Can do.
As shown in FIG. 23, the additional roof 58 ′ can be fixed by a stopper 97 ′, and the lock is released when the folding operation device 99 is pulled up, and the additional roof 58 ′ can be stored on the side surface of the container. For the additional roof 58 ', it is preferable to use a cross-tensioned sheet used for a tent or the like for weight reduction. The corner portion remaining when the sheet is expanded in four directions has a structure in which a triangular folding sheet is expanded. It is preferable not to bend in the direction.
FIG. 24 shows a case where the weight suspension member 52 is detached from the outside of the container. In this case, the weight suspension member 52 is laterally pulled in the direction of the arrow and moved into the lifting hole. be able to.

FIG. 25 and FIG. 26 are diagrams illustrating an embodiment in which the chain of the present invention is used in a baggage chain conveying apparatus using a helicopter.

As shown in FIG. 25, the chain of the present invention can be used as a chain conveying device by lifting and hanging a load such as a container by using the endless chain.

In addition, it is possible to continuously carry out disaster relief that is more efficient than conventional disaster relief.

The chain of the present invention is attached to the helicopter 101 as an endless loop, a plurality of lifters 103 are attached to the chain, and the disaster victim 108 is rescued in the helicopter 101 by continuously placing the disaster victim 108 on the lifter 103 and rotating continuously. And can rescue many victims in a short time.

The chain 1 bend prevention lock is turned on / off by a fixed member lock on / off. When the lock is on, the lock does not bend beyond a certain range allowed by the gap between the plate members, while the lock is off. In some cases, it can be bent freely, and the victim can be rescued from the aerial window, so it can be rescued except for special location conditions. For example, the place where the victim is located can be rescued from the air from the helicopter except for places where the use of the rescue sling is dangerous from the air, such as high voltage electric wires and large trees.

When suspending a load from a helicopter, it is possible to check and avoid obstacles in advance by installing a device to check the size and position of the load transport obstacle in the helicopter. Continuous transport by helicopter can be performed.

Specifically, the helicopter pilot visually confirms the helicopter lower direction surface, ground surface, left and right sideways, and upper direction surface, as well as radio waves, sound waves, laser beams, monitors, cameras, magnifiers, digital cameras, etc. It is preferable to provide a helicopter with a device that can be clearly confirmed day and night by providing a transmitter and a receiver for measuring the size and distance of obstacles in each direction and placing them on the panel screen.

In addition, it is possible to prepare for an accident by providing an air bag or a cushion device inside the helicopter.

Further, by providing a hollow portion on the floor of the helicopter, it can be used as an opening / closing port for a chain or sling and a container, and a safe fall transport can be performed by providing a dangerous fall prevention sac.

In the past, luggage and people were taken in and out from the side of the helicopter, and loading and unloading was also done from the side by means of a sling, so the force from the load and gusts was added to this side, causing the helicopter to lose its balance and tilt sideways and fall down Accident occurred.

According to the present invention, a chain sling suspended from a helicopter is provided, and a hollow portion that opens and closes on the floor of the helicopter is opened and when the load is taken in and out, the balance of the load caused by the load and gusts is balanced in the lateral direction. And can prevent falling.

Note that the number of containers that can be stored can be increased by using a light weight folding container as a container for carrying goods to be stored in the helicopter.

Specifically, the gondola used as a container used for transportation, or the container outer frame and the inner frame are formed into a net shape to reduce the influence of wind pressure, and the storage space can be reduced by forming a structure that can be folded and stored.

In the past, there was no good chain transport device as in the present invention, so that a helicopter landed on the heliport, and people got on and off and loaded and unloaded luggage.

According to the chain conveyance device of the present invention, it is possible to continuously lift and suspend luggage and people in the air without landing a helicopter.
This type of helicopter usage is called heliportless (none), and helicopter taxi (abbreviated as helicopter) is used when transporting people by helicopter, and helicopter transport (abbreviated as helicopter) when transporting luggage by helicopter ), When helicopter is used to save lives, it is called helicopter emergency transport (abbreviated helicopter).
In addition, a night use helicopter illuminator is provided at one end of the load attachment transport shaft, and an outlet is provided at the other end of the load attachment transport shaft, and a cord 155 can be connected from this outlet to connect to the battery in the container.
Conventional helicopters could not be used at night because the ground direction at the bottom was unclear at night, but the transport chain was equipped with an illuminator, and the lower direction of the helicopter was illuminated to clearly determine obstacles You can use the helicopter at night.
FIG. 26 is a front view of an endless chain attached to a helicopter and attachment views of various members.
In FIG. 26 (a), two chains 1 are connected as endless chains by a suspension shaft member 60, and a rotary folding lifter 103, a net lifter 105, etc. are suspended from the suspension shaft member 60 and used as a chain conveying device. be able to.

FIG. 26 (f) is a diagram in which the victim is rescued by the net lifter 105.

FIG. 27 and FIG. 28 are diagrams illustrating an embodiment in which the chain of the present invention is used for a chain transport device such as a disaster victim on a building. A large number of disaster victims can be rescued in a short time.

27 and 28, an endless loop is formed using the chain of the present invention, and the container 208 is suspended and attached to the fire-fighting ladder car 220, thereby rescued the victims from the building at the time of the disaster. Can do.

At this time, the length of the endless loop may be adjusted according to the expansion and contraction state of the fire fighting ladder car, and a clutch is provided in the power source 232 of the ladder taking-in / out device to be used as the drive source of the chain of the present invention. It can be used as a chain transport device that rescues a person. In addition, the arrow in a figure shows a rotation advancing direction.

FIG. 29 is a diagram illustrating an embodiment in the case where the chain of the present invention is used in a chain transport device for a disaster victim or the like in an inaccessible place.

As shown in FIG. 29, an endless loop is formed using the chain of the present invention, the container 208 is suspended, and the ladder of the fire-fighting ladder car 220 is used by tilting it horizontally by about 5 to 30 degrees from the normal direction. We can rescue victims from impossible places.

At this time, if there is a rescuer in the container 208, the container is lowered by weight, and the transport stop limiter is operated at the rescue container lowering place 244 to stop the container transport. When the container is empty, the limiter is not operated. The conveyance can be continued as it is.

FIG. 30 is a diagram for explaining the operation of the loosening conveying device used for the chain in the present invention.

FIG. 30A shows a case where the interval between the corners is large. A drive sprocket 143 and an interlocking sprocket 144 are provided immediately before the corner portion of the endless loop formed by the chain of the present invention, and the two sprockets are provided. By setting the distance of the chain to be shorter than the distance between the chain transport pins, it is possible to loosen the chain tension. When the chain reaches the corner, the chain loosens and the plate members are released from being fixed. The When transporting heavy objects, the sprockets 143 and 144 are not installed linearly. For example, by installing the interlocking sprocket 144 at a position higher than the driving sprocket 143, the upper surface of the interlocking sprocket 144 is placed on the driving sprocket 143. By slipping out of the sprocket and installing it with a step, it is possible to prevent slipping by allowing the chain to bite into the sprocket teeth.

FIG. 30 (b) shows a case where the interval between the corners is small. By providing one drive sprocket 143 and two interlocking sprockets 144 at the corner portion of the endless loop formed by the chain of the present invention. , Light weight can be continuously conveyed.

As shown in FIG. 30 (c), the transport chain 204 for interlocking the sprockets 143 and 144 can be used for transporting heavy objects by forming a W chain formed by two endless loops. Even when the chain of the present invention reaches the corner portion and is loosened, the conveying chain 204 can be bent and conveyed freely by providing a plate corner loose bending conveying device 256 at the corner portion to release the lock. .
