DISPOSITIVO PARA EL TRANSPORTE DE ESQUÍS OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN DEVICE FOR THE TRANSPORT OF SKIS OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓNThe present invention, as expressed in the statement of this specification, refers to a device for the transport of skis, which has been conceived and carried out to allow the ski user the circumstantial transport of these during the routes he makes to standing, without being supposed to load manually and bear the weight of the skis themselves. The object of the invention is to free the user of some skis, the weight of these during the journeys he makes on foot, on the basis that the rear end of the skis is supported and retained on a support established for this purpose on the side of the ski boots. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
As is well known, when skiers at ski resorts make trips on foot, they must carry the weight of the skis, which is an effort because the skis have a considerable weight.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓNIt is unknown the existence of elements, devices and / or devices that allow skis to be carried without implying a weight for the skier, during the footpaths. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The device object of the invention is based on establishing on the external part of each ski boot means that allow to support and hold the rear end of the ski so that it can be transported circumstantially during the walking routes of the skier or user, with the hand support, using it to hold the ski in an upright position. As is evident, the means of support and support of the ski will be provided in both boots to allow the transport of the pair of skis, one on each boot, without these implying a weight for the user because the only effort to be made is the holding of the skis with the hands to keep those upright during transport, that is, during the walk, where the skis are supported inferiorly on the support set in boots.
The means of support and support of the ski are able to rotate both ways, that is, both forward and backward, so that the ski performs the corresponding tilting movement in accordance with the sequence of movements when walking, without losing its naturalness
The device in question, established on the side of the boot, can be an integral part of the boot, that is, incorporated into the manufacturing processes of the boot itself, or be independent and detachable with respect to said boot, so that in any case the means that constitute the transport device in question must not interfere or constitute an obstacle for the fastening and closing elements of the boot, nor for the anchoring elements of the ski, nor of course for the elements of manual actuation through which the liberation of skiing is done. Obviously, the structure, shape and material of the device can be variable and whatever is appropriate, provided they fulfill the function for which it was intended, so that in case of forming an independent set of the boot it can be done in a way universal, that is, applied and adaptable accordingly to any type and size of boot, without in any case the device as a whole protrudes below the sole, while laterally it will stand out the minimum essential to be able to constitute the support and support of the lower end of skiing and that this does not trip over the closing and / or fastening elements of the boot.
In a preferred embodiment of the device, the support and support means of the rear end of the ski are constituted by a receptacle for said end of the ski, said receptacle being in solidarity with a wheel or turning element with respect to the side of the boot in the that is mounted, if it is an integral part of it, or in which it is applied with a detachable character, if it forms an independent set of the boot.
In the case where the device is independent of the boot, it will preferably materialize from a semi-rigid plastic laminar body, with an enveloping configuration for adaptation to the boot, specifically hugging it from the area of the boot. instep on both sides of the same to subsequently close on said boot, on the basis that at one end of said body there are provided tabs with fastener means, for example, "sailboat" adhesive strips, complementary to others established at effect on the opposite end of the body, with the particularity that said wrap and adaptive body will present the appropriate windows or recesses to free the fasteners and / or closures of the boot itself as well as the anchors of the ski and the means of releasing it .
On the lateral part of the body that is on the external side of the boot, the support and support means of the rear end of the ski are arranged, constituted by the positioning and support receptacle of said end of the ski, that receptacle being integral with the wheel or element rotatably mounted with respect to the enclosure in which it is mounted, in order to allow the rotation of the receptacle and therefore of the ski so that this one accompanies the sequences of the movements in the walk, since as it has been said previously the skis must be held in an upright position by means of the hands of the user. The device referred to and specifically the laminar body can be constituted in one or several pieces and although the most suitable material is semi-rigid plastic, other materials that can fulfill the same function and purpose are not discarded, with the particularity that the constituent part The receptacle will be made of a material that supports friction, that is flexible and waterproof, and has an amplitude that allows the rear end of the ski to be introduced and removed without any difficulty. DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA FORMA DE REALIZACIÓN PREFERIDAFigure 5.- Shows a general perspective view of the same device of the previous figure, in the closed position that will be acquired when applied on a ski boot. Figures 6, 7 and 8, show both side and schematic views of the application and use of the device of the invention, showing the tilting of the ski, held by the user's hand, following the sequences of the movements that occur when walking. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
As can be seen in the aforementioned figures, one of the preferred forms of the device of the invention, in its independent version to be able to be mounted and disassembled on a ski boot 1, comprises a laminar body 2, preferably of semi-rigid plastic or other material, which is shaped to adapt in an enveloping manner to the ski boot 1, closing on the inner side of the latter by fixing, for example, sailboat strips provided at the end of tongues 4, fixing that is made on other complementary sailboat strips 3 established in the extreme and opposite part 5 of the laminar body 2, thus establishing the closure thereof on the ski boot 1, being enveloped and adapted on it. The laminar body 2, in its assembly on the ski boot 1, will define windows and / or recesses 6 to free the fasteners and closures 7 of the ski boot 1, as well as the anchoring and releasing elements 8 of the ski 9 regarding the ski boot itself 1. The laminar body 2 incorporates the support and support means of the rear end of the ski 9, said means being constituted by a receptacle 10 with a mouthpiece and amplitude that allow introducing and / or removing the respective rear end of the commented ski 9, this being arranged laterally and raised with respect to the body of the user, being held in each case by the hand 11 of the user, as shown in Figures 6, 7 and 8. The configuration of the sheet body 2 can be any other, and be constituted in a single piece or in several pieces, provided that in its assembly on the corresponding ski boot 1 it is enveloped and adapted to it and allowing the appropriate folds in the walk; and in this sense, the laminar body 2 has in its front and lower part a tongue 12 that is arranged on the part of the instep where precisely the bending of the ski boat 1 is made. The receptacle 10 is connected to a wheel 13 located on the inner face, which is mounted with the power to turn on the respective side of the laminar body 2, so that wheel 13 can rotate in both directions, that is to say forward and backward, a certain angle so that when walking the ski can swing in its mounting on the receptacle 10 and can follow the sequence in the movements of walking.
The laminar body 2 has already been said to be able to materialize with another configuration or shape, provided that it is mounted in an adapted and enveloping manner on the ski boot 1, being able to have extensible and / or movable parts, establishing slack points, as well as having semi-articulated parts, buckles or elastic materials, etc. provided that it retains its functional rigidity, and all this allowing the laminar body 2 in which it is arranged the receptacle 10 for the rear end of the ski 9, can be applicable to different sizes and types of ski boots 1.
As previously stated, the front tongue 12 has the function of releasing the area of the instep necessary to articulate the ski boot 1, raising the lateral and lower extensions of the laminate body 2 outside said zone and at the same time sliding on the elements of clasp or front closure, during the joint produced by walking.
On the other hand, it is possible that the part where the tongue 12 is established is independent of the sides of the laminar body 1, so that the ends of these independent sides are narrow and can be passed through, for example, a bridge established in that part from which the tongue 12 is derived, thereby facilitating the vertical mobility of these lateral parts of the laminar body 1 to fit different boot models, depending on the position of the fasteners or closures of the ski boot 1.
