Abstract

The present invention includes a pharmaceutical composition comprising bortezomib and 10-propargyl-10-deazaaminopterin, in a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The present invention also includes a method for treatment of T-cell lymphoma in a patient, comprising administering to said patient simultaneously or sequentially a therapeutically effective amount of a combination comprising bortezomib and 10-propargyl-10-deazaaminopterin.
