本発明の第1の実施形態に係るメッセージ配信システムによれば、配信種別と配信エリア情報との組み合わせによって、メッセージ配信局CBCは、緊急メッセージの配信エリアの単位を柔軟に切り替えることができる。
メッセージ配信局CBCは、配信エリア情報以外の情報に基づいて、配信種別を決定してもよい。例えば、メッセージ配信局CBCは、緊急メッセージの送信元である速報送信局CBEごとに、配信種別を設定してもよい。
Claims (5)
- 配信エリア内の移動局に対して所定メッセージを配信するメッセージ配信方法であって、
メッセージ配信局が、速報送信局から受信した配信対象エリア情報を含むメッセージ配信要求に基づいて、配信エリア情報及び配信種別を決定して、無線基地局に通知する工程Aと、
前記無線基地局が、前記配信エリア情報及び前記配信種別に基づいて前記配信エリアを決定して、該配信エリア内の移動局に対して前記所定メッセージを配信する工程Bとを有することを特徴とするメッセージ配信方法。 - 前記工程Aは、
前記メッセージ配信局が、前記メッセージ配信要求に基づいて、トラッキングエリアと前記配信エリア情報と前記配信種別とを決定して、前記配信対象エリアに対応する移動制御装置に通知する工程と、
前記移動制御装置が、前記トラッキングエリアに属する前記無線基地局に対して、前記配信エリア情報及び前記配信種別を通知する工程とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のメッセージ配信方法。 - 前記無線基地局は、配信種別毎に、配信エリア情報と配信エリアとを関連付けて記憶するテーブルを管理しており、
前記工程Bにおいて、前記無線基地局は、前記配信種別に対応するテーブルを参照して、前記配信エリア情報に関連付けられている配信エリア内の移動局に対して前記所定メッセージを配信することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のメッセージ配信方法。 - 配信エリア内の移動局に対して所定メッセージを配信するように構成されている無線基地局であって、
メッセージ配信局から通知された前記所定メッセージから配信エリア情報及び配信種別を抽出し、抽出した該配信エリア情報及び該配信種別に関連付けられている配信エリア内の移動局に対して該所定メッセージを配信するように構成されていることを特徴とする無線基地局。 - 配信エリア内の移動局に対して所定メッセージを配信するように構成されているメッセージ配信局であって、
速報送信局から受信した配信対象エリア情報を含むメッセージ配信要求に基づいて、配信エリア情報及び配信種別を決定するように構成されており、
決定した前記配信エリア情報に対応する交換局に対して、該配信エリア情報及び前記配信種別を含むメッセージ配信要求を送信するように構成されていることを特徴とするメッセージ配信局。
