Abstract

A semi-disposable diapers dedicated for babies and adults comprising from two portions one is the diaper portion made of absorbent materials that would be disposable after one time use and the second portion is an adjustable belt that might be used more the one time. The adjustable belt would be attached to the diaper adjusting it comfortably on the user waist with connecting means that enable to attach and remove the belt from the diaper.

Description

FIELD of the INVENTION
This invention is in the field of diapers and in particular a diaper with an attached and removable adjusting belt for more then one time use.
BACKGROUND of the INVENTION
The unavoidable need for using diapers for babies and 10 unfortunately even for old people who have no control on their body wastes, brought to a huge growth in the use of disposable diapers for an easier, faster, more hygienic and much more comfortable dealing with the changing of diapers. 15
Nevertheless, the problem with most disposable diapers is that the means for closing are adjusting the diaper on the user is usually by glue and therefore after attaching the diaper on the user it is not possible to open the diaper and closing it again for adjusting it better on the body. 20
What is needed therefore is a better way for fastening and adjusting the diapers on the user waist with a possibility to open and fasten the diaper without ruining it. This invention addresses these requirements to reveal an innovation in this field of diapers both for babies and grown 25 up users. SUMMARY of the INVENTION
It is to be understood that both the foregoing general description and the following detailed description present embodiments of the invention and are intended to provide an overview or framework for understanding the nature and 5 character of the invention as it is claimed.
This invention reveals a semi disposable diaper comprising two portions, one is the diaper portion made of absorbent materials that would be disposable after one time use and 10 the second portion is a non disposable adjustable belt that might be used more the one time. The adjustable belt would be attached to the diaper on the diaper's front and back edges adjusting the diaper comfortably on the user's waist. The diaper would be attached to the adjustable belt by 15 connecting means that enable to attach and remove the belt from the diaper as Velcro or even tapes, strong enough to be used more then one time. The adjustable belt would also have Velcro or tape for opening and fastening the belt on the user waist in the most comfortable position. 20
The preferred way of putting the diaper on the user would be first to attached the back side of the diaper to the back side of the belt, then placing the belt with the diaper on the back side of the user waist, then bringing the front side of the diaper through between the legs of the user to the front, 25 holding it close to the stomach of the user, and closing the belt on the diaper adjusting it to a comfortable position, Wherein, in order to take the diaper off and replace it with a new diaper, just need to pulling the diaper from the belt off during puling the user to the side, and the diaper will be released or attached again to the same belt that is already at place. 5
The big advantages are that in any given time the user might open the belt and fasten it again to feel more comfortable, moreover, after using the diaper the user will release it from the belt and will throw only the diaper, io leaving the belt ready for the next diaper.
The diapers and the adjustable belt would come in different sizes and would be designed for both babies and adults.
The diapers might be sold in packages wherein each package contains at least one adjustable belt and a bigger 15 number of diapers to be replaced and used with the adjustable belt.
The belt, since it is not disposable, might come in different designs as different colors or different drawing for children, or different fabric and shapes for older people. 20

DETAILED DESCRIPTION of the PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
As will be appreciated the present invention is capable of other and different embodiments than those discussed 5 above and described in more detail below, and its several details are capable of modifications in various aspects, all without departing from the spirit of the invention. Accordingly, the drawings and description of the embodiments set forth below are to be regarded as io illustrative in nature and not restrictive.
Fig 1 shows the adjustable belt 100. The belt 100 would be made from a fabric suitable to be fastened by the "hook" side of a velcro 110 that would be attached on one side of 15 the belt so the belt and the diaper could be fasten through all the length of the belt providing the possibility to fastened the belt to be exactly fitted on the user.

Fig 2 shows the disposable diaper 200 that would be made from absorbent materials as of a regular diaper, but will have four peaces of a velcro from the "hook" side, attached to the edges of the diaper 200. Two peaces of the velcro would be attached on the back side 210 and two on the 25 front side 220, all velcro peaces would be faced to the outer side of the diaper 200 to fasten the diaper 200 to the belt. Fig 3 shows the diaper 200 attached to a fastened adjustable belt 100. The disposable diaper 200 would be attached to the belt 100 by four peaces of Velcro, two on the upper front side 220 and two on the back side. The belt 5 itself would be fastened also by a Velcro 110 adjusting the belt and the diaper to the most comfortable position on the user waist.

Claims

What I claim is:
1. A semi disposable diaper comprising two portions: 5 one is the diaper portion made of absorbent materials that would be disposable after one time use, and, the second portions, is a non disposable, and further an adjustable belt that suitable to be used more the one time, 10 wherein, the adjustable belt is to be attached to the diaper on the diaper's front and back edges, adjusting the diaper comfortably on the user's waist, wherein, the diaper would be attached to the adjustable belt by connecting means that enable to attach and remove the 15 belt from the diaper, as Velcro or tapes, wherein, the connecting means and the belt are to be strong enough to be used more then one time, and, the adjustable belt would also have Velcro or tapes for opening and fastening the belt on the user waist in the most 20 comfortable position.
2. Method of applying disposable diaper comprising two portions on a handicapped user body and Method of thaking the diaper of the user body, comprising the steps of the 25 preferred way as fallows: putting the diaper on the user would be just by minimum rolling the user to his sides, enabling the operation by one person, without the need to lift the user up, and, then to attached one side of the back side of the diaper to the back side of the belt, then placing the belt with the 5 diaper on the back side of the user waist, then bringing the front side of the diaper through between the legs of the user to the front holding it close to the stomach of the user and closing the belt on the diaper adjusting it to a comfortable position, wherein, in order to take the diaper off and replace io it with a new diaper, one just need to pull off the diaper from the belt during puling the user to the side, and the diaper will be released or attached again to the same belt that is already at place, and, after using the diaper the user will release it from the belt and will throw only the diaper, 15 leaving the belt ready for the next diaper.
3. The diaper according to clams 1, wherein the diaper and the adjustable belt will come in different sizes and would be designed for both babies and adults. 20
4. The diaper according to clams 1, wherein the diaper will be sold in packages wherein each package contains at least one adjustable belt and a bigger number of diapers to be replaced and used with the adjustable belt. 25
5. The belt according to clams 1, wherein the belt, since it is not disposable, might come in different designs as different colors or different drawing for children, or different fabric 5 and shapes for older people.
