Abstract
The invention relates to a device for checking the identification and editing critical nutritional quality parameters of agri-food and pharmaceutical products, characterized in that the device comprises a fluorescence and near-infrared radiation spectrometric analysis unit provided with a real-time processing unit for viewing and analyzing a chemometric image, a means for outputting a quality certificate onto packaging or an automatic radio frequency identification (RFID) chip, and a secure electronic banking means for adjusting the product price or the analysis statement according to the qualitative consumption status thereof.
