Abstract

Disclosed is a knitting method for strengthening the joins between tubular knitted fabrics, and also disclosed is a knitted fabric knitted by means of this method. The knitting method comprises a knitting yarn intersecting step, a knit-forming step, and an interlacing step. The knitting yarn intersecting step involves alternately forming yarn-over stitches and tuck stitches on front and rear needle beds, and causing a knitting yarn that runs between the front and rear needle beds and connects the yarn-over stitches and the tuck stitches (cross-over knitting yarn portion (1)) to intersect part of the knitting yarn which makes up the tubular knitted fabric (intersecting knitting yarn portion (2)). The knit-forming step involves knitting the yarn-over stitch to form a new stitch (3) which is continuous with the yarn-over stitch. The interlacing step involves transferring either the new stitch (3) or an opposing stitch (4) locked to the needle bed opposite the new stitch (3) to the opposing needle bed to entwine the cross-over knitting yarn portion (1) and the intersecting knitting yarn portion (2).

Description

Method for knitting tubular knitted fabric, and tubular knitted fabric

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a knitting method of a tubular knitted fabric for strengthening a joining portion when joining two tubular knitted fabrics, and a tubular knitted fabric in which a joining portion between tubular knitted fabrics is reinforced. It is.

In knitting a tubular knitted fabric such as a sweater using a flat knitting machine, knitting is performed to reinforce the joint while joining the body and the sleeve (for example, see Patent Document 1). In this patent document 1, the side edge of the body and the side edge of the sleeve which oppose are joined by bag knitting. In the tubular knitted fabric knitted in this way, for example, when the body and the sleeve are pulled away from each other, the bag-knitted part is mainly subjected to tension, and the stitches of the part are shrunk. By feeding the knitting yarn to the sleeve, the joint between the body and the sleeve is maintained.

Japanese Patent No. 3968017

However, due to the diversification of needs in recent years, emphasis is placed on the appearance of the knitted fabric, and thin knitting yarns and weak knitting yarns other than the appropriate yarn count may be used for the knitting needles. It needs to be strengthened. Here, while the knitting method of Patent Document 1 described above can increase the degree of reinforcement by increasing the number of bag knitting, the reciprocation of the carriage of the flat knitting machine increases by the number of bag knitting. . On the other hand, there are cases where the joint portion is reinforced by sewing, but the number of steps for the sewing work increases.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a knitting method for reinforcing a joint portion between cylindrical knitted fabrics by a simple knitting operation, and a knitted fabric knitted by this knitting method. With the goal.

The knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention comprises two flat knitted fabrics using a flat knitting machine having at least a pair of front and back needle beds and capable of transferring stitches between the front and back needle beds. When joining, it is the knitting method for strengthening the said junction part, Comprising: The following processes are provided, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
The knitting yarn is alternately hung on the front and back needle beds so as to straddle the two tubular knitted fabrics to be joined, and the stitches on the empty needles on the front and back needle beds constitute the cylindrical knitted fabric on the other needle bed. A knitting yarn that forms a tuck stitch on a part of the knitting needle to which the stitch is locked, connects the hook stitch and the tack stitch, and crosses between the front and back needle beds, and a part of the knitting yarn constituting the tubular knitted fabric A knitting yarn crossing step in which one of the knitting yarns intersects with the lower knitting yarn and the other knitting yarn becomes the upper knitting yarn.
A knit knitting step of performing knit knitting on the hook to form a new stitch continuous with the hook.
The upper knitting yarn is transferred to the upper stitch by the lower knitting yarn by transferring one of the opposing stitches held by the knitting needle of the needle bed facing the new stitch and the new stitch so as to overlap the other stitch. A entanglement process in which the knitting yarn is sandwiched up and down and the lower knitting yarn and the upper knitting yarn are entangled.

Moreover, the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention relates to the needle bed of the knitting needles used in these steps after carrying out a series of steps of the knitting yarn crossing step, the knit knitting step, and the entanglement step, It is also preferable to carry out the series of steps once again by changing the order.

Further, the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric according to the present invention configures the tubular knitted fabric that is already locked to the knitting needles of the needle bed before the knitting yarn is applied to the knitting needles of the front and back needle beds in the knitting yarn crossing step. It is preferable that some stitches of the stitch row to be transferred are transferred to the empty needles on the needle bed facing these stitches. In this case, the hooks may be formed on the knitting needles that have become empty due to the transfer.

The tubular knitted fabric of the present invention has at least a pair of front and back needle beds, is knitted using a flat knitting machine capable of transferring stitches between the front and back needle beds, and joined by joining the tubular knitted fabrics together. The present invention relates to a tubular knitted fabric having a portion. The tubular knitted fabric includes a plurality of transition knitting yarn portions that cross between the front and rear knitted fabric portions facing each other at the joint portion. Then, at least a part of the transition knitting yarn portions and the knitting yarn portions constituting the tubular knitted fabric are entangled with each other, and the positions of the two stitches connected to the transition knitting yarn portions are shifted in the wale direction. It is characterized by that.

According to the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention, the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention is provided with a plurality of transition knitting yarn portions that cross between the front and rear knitted fabric portions facing each other at the joint portion of two cylindrical knitted fabrics. Can be organized. The cross knitting yarn portion is entangled with a knitting yarn portion which is a part of the knitting yarn constituting the tubular knitted fabric when crossing between the front and rear knitted fabric portions. Therefore, when tension is applied to the joint, the point where the knitting yarns are entangled with each other in the pulling direction can be moved and the tension can be leveled, and the tension can be shared by the entire joint. Further, in the tubular knitted fabric knitted by the knitting method of the present invention, the positions of the two stitches connected to the transition knitting yarn portion are shifted from each other in the wale direction, so that they act on the joint portion via the transition knitting yarn portion. The tension can be distributed in different parts in the wale direction. Therefore, in the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention, when it is pulled, the tension does not concentrate on a specific portion of the joint portion, and the strength of the joint portion can be improved.

In addition, after carrying out the knitting method of the present invention, the front and rear of the knitting needle used in the knitting are interchanged, and the knitting method of the present invention is performed again, so that the knitted fabric portions before and after the tubular knitted fabric are symmetrical. A strengthened part is formed. The symmetrically formed reinforcing portions have a good balance in appearance, and the tension acting on the joint portions is distributed almost evenly on the front and rear knitted fabric portions to improve the strength of the joint portions.

Further, in the knitting yarn crossing step, before the knitting yarn is applied to the front and back needle beds, the stitches that are already locked are transferred in advance, so that the state of the stitches at the joint portion is shown in Example 1 described later. Can be made simple, so the joint does not become thick.

The stitches locked to the knitting needles a to d specified by the lower case alphabets in FIGS. 1 and 2 are part of the stitches on the body, and the stitches locked to the knitting needles e to h are a part of the sleeve stitches. It is. In FIGS. 1 and 2, the number of knitting needles is less than the number used for actual knitting for convenience of explanation.

In FIG. 1 (A), the knitting needles d and e of the BD, which are the stitches on the side edges adjacent to the body and the sleeve, and the stitches locked to the knitting needles d and e of the FD are transferred and overlapped with each other. Shows the state immediately after the knitting is performed into one cylinder. From this state, as shown by thin line arrows in FIG. 1 (A), the stitches locked to the knitting needles c, e, g of the BD are transferred to the knitting needles c, e, g of the opposing FU. .

Next, the yarn supplying member is moved to the left, and stitches are formed on the knitting needles c, e, and g of the BD that have become empty needles by the transfer shown in FIG. Are formed on the knitting needles b, d, and f of the FD that are locked (see FIG. 1B). BD hooks and FD tacks are formed alternately in a rib shape. At that time, the connecting knitting yarn part 1 that connects between the tacks and the hooks and crosses between the BD and the FD has a body and a sleeve. It intersects with the knitting yarn portion (crossed knitting yarn portion 2) which is a part of the joined tube (see the portion indicated by W in FIG. 1B). In this case, the transition knitting yarn portion 1 is the upper knitting yarn on the upper side in the vertical direction, and the cross knitting yarn portion 2 is the lower knitting yarn on the lower side of the transition knitting yarn portion 1.

Further, the yarn supplying member is moved to the right, and the stitch 3 (new stitch) is formed by knit knitting with respect to the hooks locked to the knitting needles c, e, g of the BD in FIG. 1 (B). The tuck stitches are formed on the stitches locked to the knitting needles h of the BD so that the transition knitting yarn portion 1 is not displaced (see FIG. 1C). A stitch 4 (opposite stitch) which is a stitch transferred from the BD to the FU in FIG. 1A is locked to the FU facing the BD to which the stitch 3 is locked.

Finally, as shown in FIG. 2 (D), the stitch 4 deposited on the knitting needles c, e, g of the FU is returned to the opposing knitting needles c, e, g of the BD, and the state of FIG. To do. Since the stitches 3 formed in FIG. 1C are locked to the knitting needles c, e, and g of the BD, each stitch 4 stored in the FU is attached to the stitch 3 on the opposite needle bed. Overlaid.

By transferring the stitch 4 stored in the FU to the knitting needles c, e, and g of the BD, the cross knitting yarn portion 2 (lower knitting yarn) crosses the knitting yarn portion 1 (upper knitting yarn) from above and below. Therefore, the cross knitting yarn portion 1 and the cross knitting yarn portion 2 that merely crossed each other in FIG. 1B are entangled (see the portion indicated by X in FIG. 2E).

At the joint between the body and the sleeve knitted as described above, the front knitted fabric portion (the portion locked to the FD knitting needle) and the rear knitted fabric portion (the portion locked to the BD knitting needle) The cross knitting yarn portion 1 and the cross knitting yarn portion 2 are intertwined with each other so that they cross each other in a zigzag manner. Due to the arrangement state in which the cross knitting yarn portion 1 and the cross knitting yarn portion 2 are intertwined, when the finished tubular knitted fabric is pulled, the intertwined point moves, so that the tension acting on the joint portion is only forward and backward. Instead, it can be received by the entire joint, such as in an oblique direction.

Further, for the stitch 10 of the front knitted fabric portion and the stitch 20 of the rear knitted fabric portion connected to the transition knitting yarn portion 1, one stitch is added in the wale direction by the knit knitting performed in FIG. Accordingly, the positions of the tubular knitted fabric in the wale direction are shifted by one. For this reason, the tension acting on the joint is not applied to the portions of the tubular knitted fabric having the same height in the wale direction, but is distributed to portions of different heights. There is no excessive burden on the yarn.

After the knitting described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, the knitting needles used in knitting may be continuously knitted in a state where the front and back of the needle bed are simply replaced. In this case, first, the stitches of the knitting needles c, e, and g of the FD are transferred to the opposing knitting needles c, e, and g so as to be opposite to the knitting shown in FIG. Thereafter, knitting using the knitting needles opposite to the knitting shown in FIGS. 1 (B), 1 (C), 2 (D) and 2 (E) is symmetrical to the front and back knitted fabric portions. A strengthened portion is formed. Performing such knitting is preferable because the appearance balance at the joint portion of the tubular knitted fabric is good and the tension acting on the joint portion is almost evenly distributed between the front and rear knitted fabric portions.

In Example 2, an example of a knitting method in which the arrangement state in which the cross knitting yarn part 1 and the cross knitting yarn part 2 are intertwined is different from that in Example 1 will be described based on the knitting process diagrams of FIGS. 3 and 4 are the same as those shown in FIGS.

First, in FIG. 3 (A), the yarn supplying member is moved leftward from the same single cylinder as in FIG. 1 (A) to form hooks on the knitting needles b, d, and f of the FU, Tack stitches are formed on the knitting needles c, e, and g of the BD. These stitches are alternately formed in a rib shape, and as a result, a cross knitting yarn portion 1 is formed between the front and back needle beds.

Next, the yarn supplying member is moved in the right direction, and knit knitting is performed on the stitches locked to the FD knitting needles c, e, and g which are stitches of the body and sleeves (see FIG. 3B). By this knit knitting, the cross knitting yarn portion 1 that crosses between the front and back knitted fabrics intersects the knitting yarn portion (cross knitting yarn portion 2) that is a part of the cylinder after joining the body and the sleeve (FIG. 3B). )). In this case, the transition knitting yarn portion 1 is the lower knitting yarn, and the cross knitting yarn portion 2 is the upper knitting yarn.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3 (C), the yarn supplying member is moved leftward to knit the hooks formed on the knitting needles b, d, and f of the FU, and continuously in the wale direction of the hooks. A stitch 3 (new stitch) to be formed is formed.

Finally, as shown in FIG. 4D, the stitch 3 formed on the knitting needles b, d, and f of the FU in FIG. 3C is locked to the knitting needles b, d, and f of the opposing BD. 4 (opposite stitch) is transferred so as to overlap, and the state shown in FIG. With these series of knitting, the cross knitting yarn portion 1 crosses between the front and back knitted fabric portions, and the cross knitting yarn portion 1 and the cross knitting yarn portion 2 are intertwined so as to be engaged with each other (at Z in FIG. 4E). As in Example 1, the joint between the body and the sleeve is reinforced. Also in the case of this example, the stitches 10 and the stitches 20 connected to the transitional knitting yarn portion 1 are shifted by one from each other in the wale direction on the tubular knitted fabric. It can be dispersed in different height parts of the knitted fabric.

Further, also in Example 2, after the knitting shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the knitting needles used in the knitting are continuously knitted in a state where the front and back of the needle bed are changed symmetrically, so that the body and the sleeve The appearance balance at the joint portion is improved, and the tension acting on the joint portion can be distributed almost uniformly in the front and rear knitted fabric portions.

In addition, in Examples 1 and 2, as shown in FIG. 1 (A) and FIG. 3 (A), the body and the sleeve are joined to form a single cylinder, and then the knitting method of the present invention is carried out. Reinforced the joint. On the other hand, although not shown, the stitches on the side edges of the body and the stitches on the side edges of the sleeve are simply overlapped, or the side edges of the body and the side edges of the sleeve are simply adjacent to each other. In the state, the knitting method of the present invention can also be used. In these cases, the joint can be strengthened simultaneously with the joining of the body and the sleeve.

In addition, this invention is not necessarily limited to the Example mentioned above, In the range which does not deviate from the summary of this invention, it can change suitably. For example, the knitting shown in the embodiment may be performed on a two-bed flat knitting machine. In that case, the knitting needles on the other needle bed facing the knitting needles on which the stitches are locked on one needle bed may be empty so that transfer can be performed. In addition, the tack or hook formed in the knitting yarn crossing step may be formed not for each needle but for a plurality of needles.
