当出现应急通信需求时, 手机终端通过上报自身的手机号码的给接入网网元 (如基站、 基站控制器)的方式,实现在接入网网元中登记保存该手机终端的 MSI和手机号码的关系, 从而能够保证基站内、 基站间的呼叫, 满足基站内、 基站间实现应急通信的目的。 附图说明

为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将结合附图对本发明实施方式作 进一步地详细描述。
为了满足当出现应急通信需求时, 比如在基站 (或基站控制器) 与其上级网元传输中 断时, 实现基站内和基站间手机终端的呼叫, 达到其通信的目的, 本发明实施例提供了一 种获取 MSI和号码的对应关系的方法, 该方法内容如下:
接入网网元向终端发送通知消息, 通知消息用于通知终端上报自身的号码; 根据终端 的响应, 获取终端的全球移动终端识别码 MSI和终端的号码; 保存终端的 IMSI和号码的 对应关系。
后续可以根据通过上述方法保存的终端的 MSI和号码的对应关系, 实现寻呼通信, 其 中, 该寻呼通信的过程如下:
接收到呼叫第一终端的呼叫请求, 该呼叫请求包含第一终端的号码; 根据自身保存的 终端号码和全球移动终端识别码頂 SI的对应关系, 查询第一终端的号码所对应的 IMSI ; 根 据第一终端的号码所对应的頂 SI,向第一终端发送寻呼请求。其中,在 CDMA ( Code Division Multiple Access,码分多址)系统中,上述终端的号码具体为 MDN(Mobi le Directory Number, 手机号码); 在 GSM ( Global System for Mobi le Communications, 全球移动通信) 系统 中, 上述终端的号码具体为 MS ISDN ( The Mobi le Station Integrated Service Digital Network, 移动用户国际号码), 在其他通信系统中, 上述终端的号码都有其各自对应的名 称, 本实施例对此不做任何限制。
为了对本发明实施例提供的实现通信的方法进行详细说明, 请参见下述实施例: 其中, 本领域技术人员可以获知, 由于基站控制器为多个基站提供服务, 且每个基站也会服务于 多个终端, 该终端具体以常用的手机终端为例, 因此, 针对上述情况, 实施例 1, 以出现应 急通信后, 如何满足基站自身所服务的手机终端之间的应急通信为例 (即提供了一种基站 内呼叫的方式)进行说明; 实施例 2和实施例 3, 以出现应急通信后, 如何满足基站控制器 下的各基站之间的手机终端的应急通信为例进行说明 (即提供了一种基站间呼叫的方式)。 详见如下:

参见图 1, 本发明实施例提供了一种获取 MSI和手机号码的关系的方法, 当基站出现 应急通信需求时, 比如当基站和核心网的传输中断, 再如 Abis和 Iub传输中断等, 允许手 机终端通过上报自身的手机号码给基站, 本发明实施例以 CDMA系统为例, 相应地该手机号 码具体为 MDN号码, 利用本发明实施例提供的方法, 实现基站登记 MSI和 MDN的关系, 从 而能够实现基站内呼叫, 达到基站内实现应急通信的目的, 该方法内容如下:

为了便于说明, 本实施例以出现 Abis (或 Iub接口) 接口传输中断, 则认为出现应急 通信的需求为例进行说明(CDMA/GSM的基站与控制器之间接口都叫 Abis接口), 内容如下: 基站在回程传输 Backhaul时, 根据基站和基站控制器之间的 Abis (或 Iub接口)接口 传输情况进行判断是否出现通信传输中断, 如果接口传输正常, 则基站判断为和核心网的 传输正常; 如果接口传输中断, 则基站判断为出现和核心网传输中断。 并且, 由于导致基 站和核心网出现传输中断的原因很多, 诸如不可抗拒的自然原因 (如地震、 台风等)、 人为 因素 (如故意破坏等), 本发明实施例不限制导致出现基站和核心网出现传输中断的原因。
102: 基站向自身服务器的手机终端发送应急通知消息, 该应急通知消息用于通知手机 终端上报其自身的手机号码 MDN。 该步骤具体实现内容如下:
其中, 本领域技术人员可以获知, 基站在 Backhaul传输中断的情况下, 转入应急通信 状态, 此时基站可以解析层三消息, 并支持短消息广播, 基站可以采用广播短消息的形式, 向手机终端广播发送该应急通知消息, 其中, 该广播短消息的参考格式如下:
1、 "基站进入孤站通信状态,请编辑短信,将您的手机号码做为短信内容发送至 10110, 登记您的手机号码, 登记后您的手机支持应急通信" 。

1、 当上述应急通知消息具体为提示用户以编辑短消息的形式上报自身手机号码时, 手机终端 X (假设, 该手机终端 X的号码为 13300000001 ) 的用户, 收到该广播短消息 后, 该用户根据该广播短消息的提示, 编辑如下内容 " 13300000001 ", 然后将该条短消息 发送至 " 10110", 从而实现为该手机终端 X进行登记, 以实现该手机终端 X支持应急通信 的目的。
2、 当上述应急通知消息具体为提示用户以拨打特殊号码的形式时上报自身手机号码 时,
手机终端 Y (假设, 该手机终端 Y的号码为 13300000002) 的用户, 收到该广播短消息 后, 该用户根据该广播短消息的提示, 拨打 # 99913300000002, 拨打该号码后, 基站侧通 过解析手机拨打的特殊服务号码 (本例中为 # 999) 消息中的手机号码, 以及始呼消息本身 携带的 MSI来获取手机号码 MDN与 MSI关系, 并保存到基站的数据库中, 从而能够实现 后续的寻呼特定手机号码。
104: 基站收到手机终端返回的响应, 根据响应中携带的内容获取手机终端上报的 MDN, 根据解析响应获取手机终端的 MSI,保存该手机终端的 IMSI和 MDN关系。
其中, 手机终端收到基站发送的广播短消息后, 会根据广播短消息的提示, 向基站返 回响应消息, 如前文所述, 该响应消息具体可以以发送消息的形式或者拨打特殊服务号码 的形式, 其中, 该响应消息中携带手机终端上报的自身手机号码, 基站根据响应消息携带 的内容获取该手机号码, 根据解析响应消息体获取手机终端的 IMSI,基站将该手机终端的 IMSI和 MDN关系保存在数据库中,在进行保存时,参见表 1,本发明实施例提供了一种 MSI 和 MDN关系示意表。

如表 1所示, 基站通过记录下 MSI和 MDN关系, 后续就能实现手机终端的寻呼, 实现 基站内的呼叫功能, 详见内容如下步骤 S3所述。
105: 基站按照正常的工作模式执行工作, 结束。
其中, 基站和核心网的传输没有发生中断的情况, 则基站按照现有技术提供的方法执 行工作, 完成手机终端的通讯, 基站在 Backhaul传输正常情况下, 按照正常模式运行, 此 时基站不会解析层三消息 (短消息是通过信令通道实现的传输), 不必进入应急通信状态, 不再赘述。
综上所述, 论述了当出现基站和核心网的传输中断后, 允许手机终端通过拨打特殊服 务号码或者发送短信 (携带自己的 MDN号码) 到指定号码, 实现登记 MSI和 MDN的关系。
S2 :基站获取手机终端的始呼消息, 该始呼消息中携带被叫手机终端的 MDN标识, 根据 该被叫手机终端的 MDN标识查询自身预存的 MSI和 MDN关系, 获取被叫手机终端的 IMSI 标识, 根据获取的被叫终端的頂 SI标识, 寻呼该被叫终端。 其中, 该步骤具体实现内容如 下:
例如, 当出现基站的 Abis (或 Iub接口) 接口传输中断, 导致基站和核心网的传输中 断时,参见图 3提供的示意图,手机终端 Y,该手机终端 Y的 MSI标识为 "460300903601752", 其手机号码 MDN标识为 " 13300000002", 假设该手机终端 Y欲寻呼的手机终端 X, 此时, 基 站根据保存的頂 SI和 MDN关系, 实现寻呼手机终端 X, 以完成手机终端 Y和手机终端 X的 通信, 参见图 4, 该寻呼过程如下:
201: 手机终端 Y向基站发送始呼消息, 该始呼消息中携带其呼叫的手机终端 X的手机 号码 MDN标识 " 13300000001 ";

204: 当基站成功呼叫到手机终端 X, 实现手机终端 X和手机终端 Y的通信。
其中, 当基站成功呼叫到手机终端 X后, 通过交互实现了基站的 Abis (或 Iub) 接口 传输中断时, 仍能正常实现手机终端之间的通信, 以达到基站内实现应急呼叫的目的。
上述本发明实施例中的手机终端的手机号码具体以 CDMA系统下的 MDN为例进行的说 明, 本领域技术人员可以获知在 GSM和 WCDMA (Wideband CDMA , 宽带分码多工传输技术) 系统下,手机终端上报其自身手机号码,如 GSM系统下的 MSISDN,或 WCDMA系统下的 UEISDN
的情况与之类似, 不再赘述。
综上所述, 本发明实施例提供了一种获取 MSI和手机号码的关系的方法, 当出现应急 通信需求时, 手机终端根据基站发送的通知消息, 上报其自身的手机号码, 从而基站根据 手机终端的 MSI和手机号码, 可以实现基站内的应急呼叫。 上述实施例 1 通过出现应急通信需求时, 由基站向所服务的手机终端下发通知消息的 形式, 获取到各手机终端根据该通知消息上报的手机号码, 从而实现基站内的应急呼叫, 下面, 实施例 2, 将针对如何利用基站控制器实现其所服务的各基站下的手机终端的应急呼 口 4, 即实现基站间的应急呼叫进行说明, 详见下述: 实施例 2
参见图 5, 本发明实施例提供了一种获取 IMSI和手机号码的关系的方法, 当出现应急 通信需求时后, 允许手机终端通过上报自身的手机号码给基站控制器的方式, 本发明实施 例以 GSM系统为例, 相应地该手机号码具体为 MSISDN号码, 实现基站控制器中登记各基站 的手机终端的 MSI和 MSISDN的关系, 利用本发明实施例提供的方法, 从而能够实现基站 间的呼叫, 达到基站间实现应急通信的目的 (类似地, 利用本发明实施例提供的方法还可 以实现基站内的呼叫), 该方法内容如下:
C1 : 基站控制器获取手机终端的 MSI和 MSISDN的关系。 参见图 6, 该步骤具体内容如 下:

为了便于说明, 本实施例以出现基站控制器和核心网的传输接口出现故障导致通信传 输中断, 则认为出现基站控制器的应急通信需求为例进行说明, 即:
基站控制器在进行通信传输时, 判断是否和核心网的通信传输中断, 具体判断可以采 用如下形式: 判断基站控制器和核心网之间的通信传输接口是否传输正常, 如果该接口传 输正常, 则认为没有出现基站控制器和核心网之间的通信传输终端; 否则, 则基站控制器 认为出现和核心网传输中断, 即基站控制器判断为出现应急通信需求。 由于导致基站控制 器和核心网出现传输中断的原因很多, 诸如不可抗拒的自然原因 (如地震、 台风等)、 人为 因素(如故意破坏等),本发明实施例不限制导致基站控制器和核心网出现传输中断的原因。
302: 基站控制器向各基站所服务的手机终端发送应急通知消息, 该应急通知消息用于 通知手机终端上报其自身的手机号码 MSISDN。 其中,

手机终端 Y (假设, 该手机终端 Y的号码为 13900000002) 的用户, 收到该广播短消息 后, 该用户根据该广播短消息的提示, 拨打 # 99913900000002, 拨打该号码后, 基站侧通 过解析手机拨打的特殊服务号码 (本例中为 # 999) 消息中的手机号码, 以及始呼消息本身 携带的 MSI来获取手机号码 MSISDN与 MSI关系, 并保存到基站控制器的数据库中, 从而 能够实现后续的基站内以及基站间的寻呼。
604: 基站控制器收到手机终端返回的响应, 根据响应中携带的内容获取手机终端上报 的 MSISDN, 根据解析响应获取手机终端的 IMSI,获取该手机终端的 MSI和 MSISDN关系, 并保存获取到的该手机终端的頂 SI和 MSISDN的关系。

7、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述接入网网元为基站控制器时, 所述 接入网网元向终端发送通知消息具体为:
基站控制器通过基站向所述基站服务的各终端发送通知消息。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述接入网网元为基站控制器时, 所述 根据所述终端的响应, 获取所述终端的全球移动终端识别码 MSI和所述终端的号码, 具体 为:
基站控制器从所述基站获取所述基站根据所述终端的响应得到的所述终端的 MSI和所 述终端的号码的对应关系。
9、 一种通信方法, 其特征在于: 该方法包括:
接收呼叫第一终端的呼叫请求, 该呼叫请求包含第一终端的号码;
根据自身保存的终端号码和全球移动终端识别码 IMSI的对应关系, 查询所述第一终端 的号码所对应的頂 SI ;
根据所述第一终端的号码所对应的 MSI,向所述第一终端发送寻呼请求。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述查询所述被叫终端的号码所对应的 MSI之前, 所述方法进一步包括:
保存终端的号码和 IMSI的对应关系。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述保存终端的号码和 IMSI的对应关 系具体为:
根据所述终端上报自身的号码的信息, 获取所述终端的全球移动终端识别码 MSI和所 述终端的号码;
保存所述终端的 MSI和号码的对应关系。
12、 如权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据自身保存的终端号码和全球移 动终端识别码頂 SI的对应关系, 查询所述第一终端的号码所对应的 MSI, 具体为:
基站根据所述基站保存的终端号码和全球移动终端识别码頂 SI的对应关系, 查询所述 第一终端的号码所对应的 MSI, 或者,
基站控制器根据所述基站控制器保存的终端号码和全球移动终端识别码 MSI的对应关 系, 查询所述第一终端的号码所对应的 MSI。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 进一步包括,
当基站根据所述基站保存的终端号码和全球移动终端识别码 MSI的对应关系, 未查询 到所述第一终端的号码所对应的 MSI ; 所述的基站转发所述的第一终端的呼叫请求给所述 基站控制器。
14、 一种获取全球移动终端识别码 IMSI和号码的对应关系的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 系统包括: 接入网网元和终端;
所述接入网网元, 用于向所述终端发送通知消息, 所述通知消息用于通知所述终端上 报自身的号码; 还用于根据所述终端的响应, 获取所述终端的全球移动终端识别码 IMSI和 所述终端的号码; 并保存获取的所述终端的 MSI和号码的对应关系;
所述终端, 用于接收所述接入网网元发送的通知消息, 根据所述通知消息返回响应。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述接入网网元包括:
发送模块,用于向所述终端发送通知消息, 所述通知消息用于通知所述终端上报自身的 号码;
获取模块,用于根据所述终端的响应, 获取所述终端的全球移动终端识别码 MSI 和所 述终端的号码;
保存模块,用于保存所述获取模块获取的所述终端的 IMSI和号码的对应关系。
16、 如权利要求 14所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述终端包括:
接收模块,用于接收所述接入网网元发送的通知消息;
上报模块,用于根据所述接收模块接收的通知消息,返回响应。
17、 如权利要求 15所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述的接入网网元进一步包括: 寻呼模 块,
所述寻呼模块,用于根据所述保存模块保存的所述终端的 MSI 和号码的关系, 实现所 述终端的寻呼通信。
18、如权利要求 15所述的系统, 其特征在于, 当所述接入网网元具体为基站控制器时, 所述系统还包括基站, 所述基站控制器的获取模块,具体为:
获取单元,用于从所述基站获取所述基站根据所述终端的响应得到的所述终端的 MSI 和所述终端的号码的对应关系。
19、 一种接入网网元,其特征在于,所述接入网网元包括:
发送模块,用于向终端发送通知消息, 所述通知消息用于通知所述终端上报自身的号 码;
获取模块,用于根据所述终端的响应, 获取所述终端的全球移动终端识别码 MSI 和所 述终端的号码;
保存模块,用于保存所述获取模块获取的所述终端的 IMSI和号码的对应关系。
20、如权利要求 19所述的接入网网元,其特征在于,所述的基站进一步包括:寻呼模块, 所述寻呼模块,用于根据所述保存模块保存的所述终端的 MSI 和号码的关系, 实现终 端的寻呼通信。
21、 如权利要求 20所述的接入网网元, 其特征在于, 当所述接入网网元具体为基站控 制器时,所述获取模块,具体为:
获取单元,用于从基站获取所述基站根据所述终端的响应得到的所述终端的 MSI 和所 述终端的号码的对应关系。
22、 一种终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端包括:
接收模块, 用于接收接入网网元发送的通知消息;
上报模块, 用于根据所述接收模块接收到的通知消息, 返回响应, 所述响应用于上报 自身的号码。
23、 如权利要求 22所述的终端, 其特征在于,
所述终端的接收模块具体为第一接收单元, 用于接收所述接入网网元发送的广播短消 息; 所述广播短消息用于指示所述终端以发送短消息的方式上报自身的号码;
所述终端的上报模块具体为第一上报单元, 用于根据所述第一接收单元接收到的广播 短消息, 以发送短消息的方式向所述接入网网元上报自身的号码。
24、 如权利要求 22所述的终端, 其特征在于,
所述终端的接收模块具体为第二接收单元, 用于接收所述接入网网元发送的广播短消 息, 所述广播短消息用于指示所述终端以拨打特殊服务号码的方式上报自身的号码;
所述终端的上报模块具体为第二上报单元, 用于根据所述第二接收单元接收到的广播 短消息, 以拨打特殊号码的方式向所述接入网网元上报自身号码。
25、 一种通信系统, 其特征在于: 所述系统包括: 寻呼设备和第一终端,
所述寻呼设备, 用于接收呼叫所述第一终端的呼叫请求, 该呼叫请求包含所述第一终 端的号码; 根据自身保存的终端号码和全球移动终端识别码 MSI的对应关系, 查询所述第 一终端的号码所对应的 MSI ; 根据查询到的第一终端的号码所对应的 IMSI,向第一终端发 送寻呼请求;
所述第一终端, 用于接收来自所述寻呼设备的寻呼请求。
26、 如权利要求 25所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述寻呼设备包括:
接收模块, 用于接收呼叫所述第一终端的呼叫请求, 该呼叫请求包含所述第一终端的 号码;
查询模块, 用于根据自身保存的终端号码和全球移动终端识别码頂 SI的对应关系, 查 询所述第一终端的号码所对应的 MSI ;
寻呼模块,用于根据所述查询模块查询到的第一终端的号码所对应的 MSI,向所述第一 终端发送寻呼请求;
第一终端包括:
接收模块, 用于接收来自所述寻呼设备的寻呼请求。
27、 如权利要求 26所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述寻呼设备还包括: 保存模块, 所述保存模块, 用于根据终端上报自身的号码的信息, 获取所述终端的全球移动终端 识别码 MSI和所述终端的号码; 保存所述终端的 MSI和号码的对应关系。
28、 一种寻呼设备, 其特征在于, 所述寻呼设备包括:
接收模块, 用于接收呼叫第一终端的呼叫请求, 该呼叫请求包含所述第一终端的号码; 查询模块, 用于根据自身保存的终端号码和全球移动终端识别码頂 SI的对应关系, 查 询所述第一终端的号码所对应的 MSI ;
寻呼模块,用于根据所述查询模块查询到的第一终端的号码所对应的 MSI,向第一终端 发送寻呼请求。
29、 如权利要求 28所述的寻呼设备, 其特征在于, 所述寻呼设备还包括: 保存模块, 所述保存模块, 用于根据终端上报自身的号码的信息, 获取所述终端的全球移动终端 识别码 MSI和所述终端的号码; 保存所述终端的 MSI和号码的对应关系。
