Abstract
La présente invention concerne des techniques permettant de détecter et de classer un état postural d’un patient, un état postural comprenant au moins une posture et/ou un état d’activité lié au mouvement. Dans un mode de réalisation, un ou plusieurs signaux indicateurs d’au moins une posture et d’un état d’activité du patient peuvent être détectés par un capteur. Une logique de commande peut être prévue pour traiter le ou les signaux détectés de façon sélective. Cette façon sélective peut être basée sur des données d’état postural réel décrivant un état postural dans lequel le patient a précédemment été classé. En variante ou en plus, ces données d’état postural réel peuvent décrire une transition d’état postural précédemment vécue par le patient. Le ou les signaux qui sont ainsi traités peuvent ensuite être utilisés pour classer un état postural du patient.
