Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de réalisation d’une détection précoce minimalement invasive d’un cancer colorectal et/ou de cellules précurseurs du cancer colorectal. Cette détection s’effectue au moyen de molécules de microARN associées au cancer colorectal, ainsi que de diverses molécules d’acide nucléique liées à celles-ci ou dérivées de celles-ci.
