Abstract
본 발명은 오메가-3 지방산 함량이 높은 정제 오징어유의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라 제조된 정제 오징어유는 일반공정으로 정제된 오징어유를 추가적으로 저온용매분별 및 분자증류공정을 수행함으로써, 산가가 낮고, 오메가-3 지방산을 약 40 내지 50%(DHA 약 24 내지 30%, EPA 약 11 내지 16%) 함유하며, 납(Pb), 카드뮴(Cd) 및 비소(As) 등과 같은 중금속이 검출되지 않고, 혈청 총콜레스테롤 및 혈청 트리글리세라이드를 감소시킨다.
