Thereby, even if it is a case where it is set as the bulky absorber 56, the sticky feeling after liquid absorption can be suppressed effectively.
- the basis weight of the superabsorbent polymer particles can be appropriately determined according to the amount of absorption required for the use of the absorber 56. Therefore, although it cannot be generally stated, it can be 50 to 350 g / m 2 . If the amount of polymer is less than 50 g / m 2, it is difficult to secure the absorption amount. When it exceeds 350 g / m 2 , the effect is saturated.

If the average particle size is too small, handling becomes difficult, and if the average particle size is too large, the deodorizing effect decreases due to the reduction in surface area.
- the film thickness after applying and drying the ink is preferably less than 2.0 ⁇ m, since many of the deodorant particles are exposed from the coating film of the adhesive resin, and is preferably about 1.0 to 1.5 ⁇ m. And, since the deodorizing effect is also sufficient, it is particularly preferable. Further, it is preferable to contain 1 to 20 parts by weight of deodorant particles with respect to 100 parts by weight of the adhesive resin.

It is fixed in the state. In such a disposal form, the odor generated from the excrement adhering to the top sheet 30 and the excretion absorbed by the absorber 56 passes through the back body B and is discharged to the outside. Since it contacts the printing sheet 25 with an odor function, the deodorizing effect is more effectively exhibited.
- the deodorizing function-equipped printing sheet 25 is located closer to the outside, there is also an advantage that the deodorizing effect is effectively exhibited even for odors existing outside. Therefore, in order to exhibit such an effect, when the fixing means such as the post-processing tape 70 is provided on the front body F contrary to the illustrated example, the printing sheet 25 with a deodorizing function is also used on the front body F. Must be provided. Further, in order to exert such an effect, it is preferable that at least a part of the deodorizing function-equipped printing sheet 25 is disposed so as to overlap the absorber 56. - the non-application portion 25U is formed in a striped form (a form in which a plurality of strips are provided in parallel, a horizontal striped form in FIG. 6), a grid, or the like.
- a striped form a form in which a plurality of strips are provided in parallel, a horizontal striped form in FIG. 6
- a grid or the like.
- the adhesive application portion 25B uses a coating method such as curtain spray, summit spray, spiral spray, etc., and a substantially planar application pattern is formed by a large number of fibrous or thread-like adhesives intersecting each other. Is preferred. Such an adhesive application pattern has excellent adhesion strength due to a wide bonding area, and air permeability between the fibrous or thread-like adhesives is not hindered, so the air permeability of the article may be greatly reduced. Absent.
- the basis weight of the adhesive in such a coating pattern is usually about 2 to 8 g / m 2 , and the thickness of one fibrous or thread-like adhesive is about 0.02 to 1 mm.
- the outer sheet 12 is closely adhered so that the adhesion area is about 80 to 100% of the area of the deodorizing function printing sheet 25 so that the deodorizing function printing sheet is almost adhered. preferable.

When it overlaps with the absorber 56, it will become more preferable at the point of the contact efficiency with respect to an odor.
- the odor does not matter due to excellent deodorization. Rather, it is preferable because the odor is efficiently transmitted through the liquid-impermeable sheet 11 and comes into contact with the printing sheet 25 with a deodorizing function.
- the film thickness of the ink formed on a base material sheet is used using the ink which has a deodorant particle, an adhesive resin, and a solvent as a main component.
- a method is proposed in which printing is performed on a base sheet so as to be thinner than the average particle size of the deodorant particles, and the deodorant function-equipped print sheet 25 containing deodorant particles in the printed portion is obtained.

- grains, and in order to make a deodorizing effect enough, and in order to make manufacture easy as mixing
- the amount of deodorant particles is increased, and is preferably about 0.20 to 0.35 g / m 2 .
- the pigment content in the ink is preferably adjusted as appropriate in the range of 0.5 to 50% by weight. As the ink film thickness increases, the portion of the deodorant particle that is not covered decreases. Therefore, the pigment content in the ink is desirably 10% by weight or less (2% by weight or more). Further, in the ink after coating and drying (after solvent volatilization), the deodorant particles are preferably contained in an amount of about 20 to 60% by weight. The content of components other than the deodorant particles and the content of the deodorant particles Is more preferably the same amount (within ⁇ 10% by weight).
- the content of components other than the deodorant particles and the adhesive resin in the ink after coating and drying (after solvent volatilization) is preferably 30% by weight or less, and more preferably 10% by weight or less.
- the ink coating amount (before solvent volatilization) is preferably about 0.5 to 3.0 g / m 2
- the ink film thickness after coating and drying (after solvent volatilization) is preferably less than 2.0 ⁇ m.
- the ink coating amount (before solvent volatilization) is about 1.0 to 1.7 g / m 2
- the ink film thickness after coating and drying (after solvent volatilization) is about 1.0 to 1.5 ⁇ m. It is preferable to do so.
- the printing sheet 25 with the deodorizing function it is possible to spray the deodorant particles on the adhesive resin after applying the adhesive resin to the base sheet, but the adhesion efficiency and adhesion force are insufficient. It is easy to become and is not suitable for continuous production.
- a printing sheet not including deodorant particles
- design printing between the liquid-impermeable sheet 11 and the exterior sheet 12

- Design printing is applied to at least one surface of the base material of the attached printing sheet 25, and deodorant particles are mixed with ink (color is preferably transparent or translucent) different from the printing ink of this design.
- Deodorized printing may be performed on at least one surface of the base material of the printing sheet 25 with a deodorizing function using the above-described one. Of course, you may combine both.
- the site and amount of deodorant particles are restricted by the design (pattern or the like) printing form, but in the latter case there is no such restriction.
- design printing is performed on the side of the exterior sheet 12 of the printing sheet 25 with the deodorizing function, and the odor from the liquid-impermeable sheet 11 side is efficiently deodorant particles. It is preferable to perform printing with ink containing deodorant particles on the side surface of the liquid-impermeable sheet 11 so as to come into contact with the liquid.
- deodorizing printing with ink containing deodorant particles and design printing interfere with each other, and the deodorizing effect and design expression are not hindered.
- FIG. 10 shows a combination example of the design printing portion 25d and the printing portion 25z (hereinafter also simply referred to as the deodorant particle printing portion) using the deodorant particle-containing ink in the latter case.
- the design printing portion 25d is provided on the back surface (outer surface) of the deodorizing function-equipped printing sheet 25 and the deodorant particles are printed on the entire surface (side surface of the liquid-impermeable sheet 11).
- a design printing portion 25d is provided on the back surface (outside surface) of the deodorizing function-equipped printing sheet 25 and the surface (side surface of the liquid-impermeable sheet 11 is provided).
- a deodorant particle printing portion 25z in a horizontal stripe shape.
- a design printing portion 25d is provided on the back surface (outer surface) of the printing sheet 25 with a deodorizing function.
- the deodorant particle printing portion 25z is provided in a lattice shape on the surface (side surface of the liquid-impermeable sheet 11).
- a design printing portion 25d is provided on the back surface (outer surface) of the deodorizing print sheet 25 and portions other than the design printing portion 25d on the same surface (FIG. 10).
- a deodorant particle printing portion 25z is provided on the peripheral portion).
- the deodorant particle print portion 25z is provided in a specific pattern so as to overlap the design print portion 25d, as in the examples of FIGS. 10B and 10C, the deodorant particles are mixed.
- the ink is preferably transparent or translucent.
- the covering portion 13 may only overlap with a part of the printing sheet 25 with a deodorizing function. Moreover, even if the whole covering part 13 is located in the part which overlaps with the printing sheet 25 with a deodorizing function, a part or all of the covering part 13 has protruded from the area
- the dimension and shape of the covering portion 13 are not particularly limited, it is preferable that the deodorizing function-equipped printing sheet 25 as a deodorizing member is more widely exposed when the covering portion 13 is rolled. Moreover, since it looks bad if the periphery of the printing sheet 25 with a deodorizing function is exposed when the covering part 13 is rolled up, the periphery of the covering part 13 is located inside the periphery of the printing sheet 25 with a deodorizing function. Is preferred. Specifically, as shown in FIG.
- the width 13X of the covering portion 13 is preferably 50% or more of the width 25X of the deodorizing print sheet 25, and the length 13Y of the covering portion 13 is It is preferable that it is 50% or more of the length 25Y of the printing sheet 25 with a deodorizing function, and the covering portion 13 contains 50% or more of the area of the printing sheet 25 with a deodorizing function.
- the shape of the covering portion 13 is substantially the same shape as the deodorizing function-equipped printing sheet 25. In the illustrated example in which the deodorizing function-added printing sheet 25 is rectangular, the shape of the covering portion 13 is also rectangular.
- the shape of the printing sheet 25 with the deodorizing function may be a geometric shape such as a circle, an ellipse, a triangle, a hexagon, or a shape along the periphery of the design printing. good.
- the base end portion of the post-processing tape 70 is a portion other than the covering portion 13, for example, the waist of the covering portion 13. It is preferable to fix in the vicinity of the side.
- the printing sheet 25 with a deodorizing function as a deodorizing member can be exposed to the outside. it can. Therefore, by putting it in the storage container in this state, the deodorizing function-equipped printing sheet 25 comes into direct contact with the odor filled in the storage container, so that deodorization can be achieved more effectively.
- the perforation 12M is provided on the entire periphery of the covering portion 13 so that the entire covering portion 13 is removed.
- a part of the periphery of the covering portion 13 is not provided with a perforation as an uncut portion.
- the covering portion 13 is not separated from the exterior sheet 12 when the covering portion 13 is rolled, because fine dust is not generated.
- the post-processing tape 70 is provided, if the base end portion of the post-processing tape 70 is fixed to the covering portion 13 in the vicinity of the perforation 12M or adjacent to the perforation 12M, the post-processing tape 70 is peeled off.
- the covering portion 13 functions like a part of a long post-processing tape, it is not necessary to form the post-processing tape 70 in a long shape as in the prior art (two-folding is preferable instead of tri-folding).
- the deodorizing member can be exposed at the same time that the article is fixed in a rolled or folded state, processing after use of the article becomes simple.
- the size and shape of the covering portion 13 are substantially the same as the deodorizing function-added printing sheet 25 or include the entire deodorizing function-added printing sheet 25 and the liquid-impermeable sheet 11.
- the odor eliminating function printing sheet 25 is detachably bonded or bonded so that the adhesion area is about 0 to 20% of the area of the odor eliminating function printing sheet 25, and the exterior sheet 12 and the odor eliminating function printing sheet 25 are adhered.
- the covering portion 13 is rolled up, the deodorizing function-equipped printing sheet 25 is also rolled up together with the covering portion 13, so that the deodorizing effect on external odors is further improved. It will be a thing.
- the areas of the deodorizing function-equipped printing sheet 25 and the covering portion 13 are large, but the covering portion 13 is entirely removed as in the above example. If the area of the portion 13 is increased, the portion where the post-processing tape 70 is provided is reduced, and the position of the post-processing tape 70 may become inappropriate, which may cause a feeling of wearing and difficulty in post-processing.
- the embodiment shown in FIGS. 17 and 18 is also proposed. That is, in the example shown in the figure, the perforation 12M is formed so that a part of the peripheral edge of the covering part 13 remains as a continuous part 13r with respect to the outer side, and the other part is separated in a zigzag shape.
- a post-processing tape 70 is provided at the tip of the separated part. More specifically, a tip perforation 121 is formed along an edge (a waist side edge in the illustrated example) on the opposite side to a portion that becomes the continuous portion 13r in the rectangular covering portion 13, and the continuous portion side is formed from both ends thereof.
- a pair of side perforations 122 are provided so as to extend respectively along the both side edges of the covering portion in the illustrated example, and from each side perforation 122 toward the opposing side perforation.
- the extending horizontal perforations 123 are formed in parallel and staggered at a predetermined interval from the part side that becomes the continuous portion 13r toward the front end perforation 121 side, and the front perforation 121 and the horizontal perforation 123 adjacent thereto are formed.
- a post-processing tape 70 is provided in parallel with these perforations.
- the deodorizing function printing sheet 25 as a deodorizing member can be exposed, and the covering portion 13 can be zigzag as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. Projecting from the exterior sheet 12 as a long portion 13Z in the form of a ring, and the long portion 13Z is wrapped around a rounded or folded used article and the post-treatment tape 70 is developed to round the adhesive surface or It can be fixed to the outer surface of the folded article and fixed.
- the zigzag long portion 13Z is formed, but a perforation pattern in which a spiral long portion is formed may be employed.
- the form shown in FIG.19 and FIG.20 is also proposed as a form which enables more stable fixation. That is, in the example shown in the figure, as the perforation 12M, the waist side end portion of the periphery of the covering portion 13 remains as a continuous portion 131r with respect to the waist side portion, and the other portion is the first cut-and-raised portion.
- a second perforation 132M formed in a substantially inverted U shape so that the waist side portion is cut and raised as the second cut and raised portion 132, and the second cut and raised
- a post-processing tape 70 is provided at the stub portion 132.
- the first and second perforations 131M and 132M are separated, and the first and second cut-and-raised portions 131 and 132 are raised as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG.
- the portion 13Q can be wrapped around a used article that has been rolled or folded, and the post-treatment tape 70 can be unfolded to fasten and fix the adhesive surface to the outer surface of the rolled or folded article. it can.
- the articles can be fixed and disposed in a rolled or folded state without providing a long post-treatment tape as in the prior art, and at the same time deodorizing. Since the member can be exposed, processing after use of the article is simplified. Accordingly, as a fixing means for the outer surface of the article, instead of the folding post-processing tape 70 as shown in the illustrated example, other fixing means, for example, a hook tape of a mechanical fastener (surface fastener) or an adhesive is used for the long portion. It can also be provided directly at the tip.
- the exterior sheet 12 constitutes the outer surface of the product, a relatively high-strength material such as a spunbond nonwoven fabric is suitable.
- a so-called double perforation or triple perforation is employed in which a plurality of perforations are provided in parallel so that the positions of the cuts c and the ties t of adjacent perforations 12M are shifted. Is preferred. In that case, it is preferable that the cut pitch at the perforation 12M on the outer side (opposite the central side of the covering portion 13) is longer than that on the inner side (the central side of the covering portion 13).
- the elastic stretch members 15, 19, 16, and 18 described above are cut, that is, there are elastic stretch members across the interior body 200 from one side in the width direction to the other side.
- the perforation 12M In the case of adopting a configuration in which the elastic elastic member is cut at the central portion in the direction and the elastic force does not act (substantially equivalent to not providing the elastic elastic member), the perforation 12M.
- a part or all of the elongated elastic elastic members 15, 19, 16, 18 can be cut using a perforated cut.
- the front body F to the back body B are continuously covered with the integral exterior sheet 12, but the exterior sheet covers the stomach side of the wearer's waist and the back side
- the front end portion of the interior body is connected to the inner surface of the center portion in the width direction of the abdominal side exterior sheet with a hot melt adhesive or the like, and the center portion in the width direction of the back side exterior sheet.
- the rear end of the interior body is connected to the inner surface by a hot melt adhesive or the like, and the form in which the abdominal exterior sheet and the back exterior sheet are not continuous on the crotch side and are separated from each other may be adopted. it can. This separation distance can be about 150 to 250 mm.
- the back surface of the liquid-impermeable sheet in the interior body is crotch so as to cover the entire back surface of the interior body, or to cover the entire portion exposed between the abdominal exterior sheet and the back exterior sheet.
- a partial exterior sheet can also be fixed.
- the crotch outer sheet the same material as that used for the outer sheet described above can be used.
- the crotch outer sheet also corresponds to the outer sheet of the present invention.
- test gas methyl mercaptan, hydrogen sulfide
- concentration is set to 4 ppm (initial concentration).
- the residual gas concentration after a lapse of a certain time (2, 4, 6 hours) is measured with a detector tube.
- the experimental results are shown in Table 1.
- the blank in Table 1 means a printing sheet with a deodorizing function in which only the deodorant particles are omitted. From the table, it was found that the deodorizing performance of the sample having an average particle diameter of 2.0 ⁇ m or more is high. It was also found that silicates and zeolites with a large surface area and high physical adsorption capacity have higher deodorizing performance than zinc oxide, which has poor physical adsorption capacity. Furthermore, it was found that when the average particle size is 2.0 ⁇ m or more, the deodorizing effect is exhibited when the addition amount of deodorant particles (weight ratio with respect to 100 parts by weight of the adhesive resin) is 5 parts by weight or more.
- the present invention is suitable for a pants-type disposable diaper as in the above example, but can also be applied to a tape-type disposable diaper.

Abstract
