Abstract

The invention relates to electronic engineering, in particular to information inputting devices and can be used for inputting information into mobile electronic devices. The aim of the invention is to reduce the keyboard size and to increase the accuracy and ease of data input. The above-mentioned technical result is achieved in that each working finger has in the keyboard its own key that closes at least one contact, and in that all the functions of a standard keyboard are called according to the combination and/or the sequence of the keystrokes produced by the fingers on the keys corresponding thereto. Thus, if one contact corresponds to each finger of the right hand, the number of such combinations would be equal to 120, and the use of two contacts makes it possible to call all the functions of the standard keyboard irrespective of the sequence of keystrokes. The device can be used for inputting information into mobile electronic devices either in the form of an individual item: a portable keyboard, a palm pilot and a cyberclove or as a part insertable directly into electronic devices such as mobile telephones, pocket personal computers, notebooks etc.
