La présente invention concerne une soupape de surpression destinée à un réceptacle d'emballage (3), comprenant : un corps de base (4) qui présente au moins une ouverture de passage (9), une surface d'étanchéité (14) et une zone marginale (18), la zone marginale (18) pouvant être reliée de manière hermétique à un côté intérieur (3a) du réceptacle d'emballage (3) et la surface d'étanchéité (14) présentant une forme qui s'effile vers l'intérieur; et une membrane (6) qui recouvre la surface d'étanchéité (14) du corps de base (4) pour assurer l'étanchéité et referme l'ouverture de passage (9), un fluide (5) se trouvant entre la surface d'étanchéité (14) et la membrane (6), la membrane (6) étant souple et présentant une surface (6a) déformable orientée vers la surface d'étanchéité (14).
