Abstract

L'invention concerne la fabrication de fenêtres à partir de profilés métalliques extrudés. L'invention permet d'améliorer la fiabilité de la structure et son isolation thermique. Le système de noeuds de connexion de profilés de fenêtres un comprend profilé creux porteur (1) du battant avec une plaque de console (2), à l'extrémité de laquelle on a formée une rainure longitudinale (3) pour accueillir une garniture (4) en contact avec la surface externe d'une plaque (5) de la réglette creuse (6). Le profilé creux (1) est connecté à un élément isolant à chambres multiples (8) possédant des saillies symétriques (7) en queue d'aronde au moyen d'une réglette creuse opposée (9). La réglette (9) possède du côté opposé une rainure longitudinale (10) dans laquelle est fixée en cantilever la garniture (12) en contact avec le verre (11) qui enveloppe des trois côtés, au moyen d'un mécanisme articulé, une parclose cachée (13) reliée à cette réglette creuse. La garniture (12) et la parclose cachée (13) sont comprimées par le plus grand épaulement (14) de la réglette à deux épaulements (15) possédant du côté dudit plus grand épaulement (14) des saillies d'appui dans la zone de la parclose cachée (13) et de la rainure longitudinale de la réglette creuse (9). La partie médiane de la réglette à deux épaulements (15) au moyen d'une paire d'éléments isolants à chambres multiples (16) possédant des saillies symétriques en queue d'aronde, avec une réglette creuse (6) disposée en face du profilé creux porteur (1). Le plus petit épaulement (17) de la réglette à deux épaulements (15) est passé sous la garniture reliée à l'imposte de la latte de pression (18).
