Abstract

La présente invention porte sur des procédés de fabrication de molettes pour des trépans. Lesdits procédés comprennent l'utilisation à la fois de dents solidaires et de dents non solidaires sur les molettes. Une couche de surfaçage peut être appliquée aux dents solidaires. Les dents non solidaires peuvent être formées sur un corps d'un cône ou elles peuvent être formées de manière séparée du corps et fixées à ce dernier. Dans certains modes de réalisation, les dents non solidaires sont formées par construction des dents non solidaires à partir du matériau de surfaçage. Des molettes et des outils de forage sont formés à l'aide de tels procédés.
