Abstract

The invention relates to a rotary piston machine, comprising a compressor stage (5), an expansion stage (7), a combustion chamber (21), and a synchronization transmission (2), wherein the compression stage (5) and the expansion stage (7) have a substantially identical design and each have a primary rotor (11) and three secondary rotors (4), wherein the secondary rotors (4) each are made of a cylindrical body having a displacement comb (12) with sealing strips (13), wherein the displacement combs (12) of the secondary rotors (4) engage in three profiled longitudinal depressions (23) of the primary rotor (11), and the ratio of the diameters between the secondary rotors (4) and primary rotor (11) as well as the transmission ratio of the synchronization transmission (2) and consequently the rotational speed of the secondary rotors (4) relative to the primary rotor (11) are 1:3, wherein the combustion chamber (21) extends over the compressor stage (5) and over the expansion stage (7) and is arranged on the inside of the primary rotor (11), wherein the combustion chamber (21) is provided with an inlet pipe, which is fixed on a housing, for feeding fuel and air and with a combustion pipe (19) having inlet and outlet openings (25, 26), wherein an entry pressure flap (41) is provided on the compressor stage (5) and a controller of the inlet opening (17) is provided in the combustion pipe and the expansion stage (7), wherein the free inside spaces (42) of the primary rotor (11) are provided as compressed air accumulators and distributors for cooling the primary rotor in both stages before the gas entry into the combustion chamber (21).
