再者, 在 Iub 口的审计响应 (AUDIT RESPONSE ) 、 资源状态指示 ( RESOURCE STATUS INDICATION )消息中, NodeB (基站)能够将小区 的多媒体广播多播业务( Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service,简称 MBMS ) 支持能力通知 RNC, 但是 DRNC却没有类似的机制将小区的 MBMS业务支 持能力通知到 SRNC。
在用户终端 (User Equipment, 简称 UE ) 当前业务中包含可视电话或 MBMS (点到点 ( point to point, 简称 PTP )方式承载)业务时, 因为 SRNC 不了解 DRNC侧小区的能力, 可能做出错误软加(soft add, 指软切换增加一 条链路) DRNC侧小区的判决, 而且容易出现反复尝试的流程, 如图 1所示, UE向 SRNC发送测量报告, 内容是 DRNC控制的小区(简称 DRNC的小区) 满足 1A事件的条件, SRNC尝试把该小区加入激活集, 向 DRNC发出无线
链路建立消息, 由于该小区不允许可视电话业务或不支持 MBMS业务, 所以 无线链路建立失败, DRNC返回 SRNC无线链路建立失败消息; 由于 SRNC 不知道无线链路建立失败的原因是该小区不允许可视电话业务或不支持 MBMS业务, 所以当 UE重新向 SRNC发送该小区的测量报告时, SRNC又 向 DRNC发出无线链路建立消息, 重复进行尝试。
上述缺陷会比较明显的影响用户的使用感受, 甚至会造成切换不及时而 导致掉话。对于激活集中已有 DRNC侧小区的场景, 建立可视电话或 MBMS ( PTP )业务也可能出现不必要的 Iur口无线链路重配失败流程。 以上这些因 SRNC不了解 DRNC侧小区能力而导致的冗余流程加大了 SRNC的处理负荷, 增加了时延, 使 SRNC错过了最佳的处理时机, 间接减小 SRNC的容量。
3GPP的 R7协议标准中, Iur口的失败原因值有无效的小区 ID, 功率级 别不支持, 无效的压缩模式参数, 下行共享信道类型不支持, 增强的上行专 用信道不支持等。 对于跨 Iur口传递的小区能力是通过 32bit来表示的, 每一 个 bit代表一种小区能力, 1表示支持, 0表示不支持。 如第 3位表示高速下 行链路共享信道支持指示, 第 17位表示多天线接收多天线发送支持指示。 但 是, 失败原因值和小区能力中都没有可视电话, MBMS这两种能力的定义。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是解决现有技术中跨 Iur 口无法传递可视电 话业务能力、 MBMS业务支持能力的问题, 提供一种跨 Iur口传递小区能力 的方法、 系统及 DRNC, 使 SRNC了解到 DRNC小区的能力后, 做出更符合 需求的决策。
为了解决上述问题, 本发明提供了一种跨 Iur口传递小区能力的方法, 由于漂移无线网络控制器 DRNC控制的小区不允许可视电话业务, 或是 不支持多媒体广播多播业务 MBMS而需要向服务无线网络控制器 SRNC返回 失败消息时, DRNC将失败原因写入所述失败消息中, 发送给 SRNC;
和 /或, DRNC将该 DRNC控制的小区的可视电话业务能力指示信息和 / 或 MBMS业务支持能力指示信息写入指示消息或响应消息中,发送给 SRNC。

括 DRNC和 SRNC,
由于 DRNC控制的小区不允许可视电话业务, 或是不支持 MBMS业务 而需要向 SRNC返回失败消息时, 所述 DRNC用于将失败原因写入所述失败 消息中, 发送给 SRNC;
以及,
所述 DRNC用于将该 DRNC控制的小区的可视电话业务能力指示信息和 /或 MBMS 业务支持能力指示信息写入指示消息或响应消息中, 发送给 SRNC;
所述 SRNC用于根据所述失败消息中失败原因, 以及指示消息或响应消 息中的可视电话业务能力指示信息和 /或 MBMS 业务支持能力指示信息, 获 取 DRNC控制的小区的可视电话业务能力和 /或 MBMS业务支持能力的信息。
为了解决上述问题, 本发明还提供一种 DRNC,
由于 DRNC控制的小区不允许可视电话业务, 或是不支持 MBMS业务 而需要向 SRNC返回失败消息时, 所述 DRNC用于将失败原因写入所述失败 消息中, 发送给 SRNC;
以及,
所述 DRNC用于将该 DRNC控制的小区的可视电话业务能力指示信息和 /或 MBMS 业务支持能力指示信息写入指示消息或响应消息中, 发送给 SRNC。 通过本发明所述的方法和系统, SRNC可以提前知道 DRNC侧小区的可 视电话业务能力、 MBMS业务支持能力而避免冗余的失败流程。 在 UE当前 业务中包含可视电话业务或 MBMS ( PTP )业务时, 如果 DRNC侧小区不允 许可视电话业务, 或不支持 MBMS ( PTP )业务, 当 UE针对 DRNC侧小区 上报 1A/1C事件时, 在 SRNC直接做出不软加 DRNC侧小区的判决。 当 UE 针对 DRNC侧小区上报 1D事件时, 对可视电话可以先回落到普通语音, 然 后进行软加, 提高了用户的感受度, 避免了切换不即时而导致的掉话, 尤其 是 UE高速移动的场景。
对于激活集中已有 DRNC侧无线链路的情况下, 建立可视电话业务或 MBMS ( PTP )业务, 如果已经提前知道 DRNC侧小区不允许可视电话业务 或 MBMS业务, 可以立即返回建立失败, 而没有必要等到 DRNC侧回无线 链路重配失败。 避免了无效的尝试: 在 SRNC侧分配资源, DRNC回重配失 败, SRNC释放资源。 这样减小了 SRNC的处理负荷, SRNC有更多的时间 和资源来响应其他用户的请求, 增大了 SRNC的容量。 附图概述

本发明的较佳实施方式
本发明通过两种方式跨 Iur口传递小区能力:
方式一:
由于 DRNC控制的小区不允许可视电话业务, 或是不支持 MBMS业务 而需要向 SRNC返回失败消息时, DRNC将失败原因写入所述失败消息中, 发送给 SRNC。
其中, 所述 MBMS业务是指: MBMS的 PTP业务;
所述失败消息包括但不限于无线链路建立失败(RADIO LINK SETUP FAILURE ) 消息、 无线链路增加失败( RADIO LINK ADDITION FAILURE ) 消息, 无线链路重配失败( RADIO LINK RECONFIGURATION FAILURE ) 消息;
在所述失败消息中的 Cause (原因)信元新增两种失败原因来指示是因 为不允许可视电话业务, 或不支持 MBMS 能力导致的建链或重配失败, DRNC将不允许可视电话业务,或不支持 MBMS能力的信息写入失败消息中 的 Cause信元中, 发送给 SRNC。
方式二:
DRNC 将该 DRNC 控制的小区的可视电话业务能力指示信息和 /或 MBMS业务支持能力指示信息写入指示消息或响应消息中, 发送给 SRNC。
其中, 所述可视电话业务能力指示信息是指: 是否允许可视电话业务; 所述 MBMS业务支持能力指示信息是指: 是否支持 MBMS业务; 所述 MBMS业务是指: MBMS的 PTP业务;
所述指示消息包括但不限于上行信令传输指示 (UPLINK SIGNALLING TRANSFER INDICATION ) 消息;
所述响应消息包括但不限于无线链路建立响应 (RADIO LINK SETUP RESPONSE )消息、无线链路增加响应( RADIO LINK ADDITION RESPONSE )
消息;
通过指示消息或响应消息中的 Cell Capability Container FDD(小区能力容 器 FDD ( Frequency Division Duplex, 频分双工) )信元中未使用的位( bit ) 来表示 DRNC控制的小区的可视电话业务和 /或 MBMS业务支持能力, 所述 DRNC将该 DRNC控制的小区的可视电话业务能力指示信息和 /或 MBMS业 务支持能力指示信息写入指示消息或响应消息中的 Cell Capability Container FDD信元中, 发送给 SRNC。
一般情况下, 是将上述两种方式结合起来使用, 当然, 也可以只使用其 中的一种方式。
相应地, 本发明提供一种跨 Iur口传递小区能力的系统, 包括 DRNC和 SRNC,
其中, 由于 DRNC控制的小区不允许可视电话业务, 或是不支持 MBMS 业务而需要向 SRNC返回失败消息时, 该 DRNC用于将失败原因写入所述失 败消息中, 发送给 SRNC;
和 /或, DRNC用于将该 DRNC控制的小区的可视电话业务能力指示信息 和 /或 MBMS 业务支持能力指示信息写入指示消息或响应消息中, 发送给 SRNC;
所述 SRNC用于根据所述失败消息中失败原因, 和 /或, 指示消息或响应 消息中的可视电话业务能力指示信息和 /或 MBMS 业务支持能力指示信息, 获取 DRNC控制的小区的可视电话业务能力和 /或 MBMS业务支持能力的信 息。
相应地, 本发明提供一种 DRNC, 由于该 DRNC控制的小区不允许可视 电话业务,或是不支持 MBMS业务而需要向服务无线网络控制器 SRNC返回 失败消息时,该 DRNC用于将失败原因写入所述失败消息中,发送给 SRNC; 和 /或, 该 DRNC用于将该 DRNC控制的小区的可视电话业务能力指示 信息和 /或 MBMS 业务支持能力指示信息写入指示消息或响应消息中, 发送 给 SRNC。
下面将结合附图及实施例对本发明的技术方案进行更详细的说明。
如图 2所示,是 SRNC通过 Iur口的无线链路建立失败消息了解到 DRNC 侧小区可视电话业务或 MBMS业务支持能力的流程, 其中 UE当前业务中包 含有可视电话业务或 MBMS ( PTP )业务:
S201 , UE向 SRNC发送测量报告, 内容是 DRNC的小区 1 ( celll )满足 1A事件的条件;
5202 , SRNC不了解该小区的可视电话业务能力、 MBMS业务支持能力, 尝试把该小区加入激活集, 由于此时 SRNC和 DRNC之间还未建立链路, 所 以向 DRNC发出无线链路建立消息;
5203 , 由于小区 1不允许可视电话业务或不支持 MBMS业务, 所以无 线链路建立失败, DRNC返回 SRNC无线链路建立失败消息, 在该消息中携 带失败原因 (不允许可视电话业务或不支持 MBMS业务) ;
S204 , UE重新向 SRNC发送测量报告, 内容是 DRNC的小区 1 ( celll ) 满足 1A事件的条件; SRNC发现该小区不允许可视电话业务或不支持 MBMS 业务, 不软加该小区。
如图 3所示,是 SRNC通过 Iur口的无线链路增加失败消息了解到 DRNC 侧小区可视电话业务或 MBMS业务支持能力的流程, 其中 UE当前业务中包 含有可视电话业务或 MBMS ( PTP )业务:
S301 , UE向 SRNC发送测量报告, 内容是 DRNC的小区 1 ( celll )满足 1A事件的条件;
5302 , SRNC不了解该小区的可视电话业务能力、 MBMS业务支持能力 , 尝试把该小区加入激活集, 由于此时 SRNC和 DRNC之间已建立链路, 要把 小区 1加入激活集需要增加一条链路,所以向 DRNC发出无线链路增加消息;
5303 , 由于小区 1不允许可视电话业务或不支持 MBMS业务, 所以无 线链路建立失败, DRNC返回 SRNC无线链路增加失败消息, 在该消息中携
带失败原因 (不允许可视电话业务或不支持 MBMS业务) ;
S304 , UE重新向 SRNC发送测量报告, 内容是 DRNC的小区 1 ( celll ) 满足 1A事件的条件; SRNC发现该小区不允许可视电话业务或不支持 MBMS 业务, 不软加该小区。
在上述实施例中, UE当前业务中包含有可视电话业务或 MBMS ( PTP ) 业务, 在实际应用中, UE 当前业务中可以同时有可视电话业务和 MBMS ( PTP )业务, 那么 DRNC返回 SRNC无线链路建立失败消息或无线链路增 加失败消息中的失败原因值为第一个业务的失败原因即可。
如图 4所示,是 SRNC通过 Iur口的无线链路重配失败消息了解到 DRNC 侧小区可视电话业务或 MBMS业务支持能力的流程, 其中 UE当前激活集中 包含 DRNC小区:
5401 , 核心网 ( Core Network, 简称 CN ) 向 RNC发送无线接入承载指 派请求( RAB ASSIGNMENT REQUEST )消息, 要求建立可视电话业务, 或 者 CN向 RNC发送多媒体广播多播会话开始 ( MBMS SESSION START ) 消 息, 要求建立 MBMS业务;
5402, SRNC不了解 DRNC小区的可视电话业务能力、 MBMS业务支持 能力, 决定建立可视电话业务或者 PTP方式的 MBMS业务, 所以向 DRNC 发送无线链路重配准备消息;
S403 , 由于 DRNC侧小区不允许可视电话业务或不支持 MBMS业务, 导致无线链路重配失败, 所以 DRNC向 SRNC发送无线链路重配失败消息, 在该消息中携带失败原因 (不允许可视电话业务或不支持 MBMS业务) ;
S404 , SRNC 向 CN 发送失败的无线接入承载指派响应 ( RAB ASSIGNMENT RESPONSE ) 消息, 或者 MBMS 会话开始失败 (MBMS SESSION START FAILURE ) 消息。
如图 5所示,是 SRNC通过 Iur口的上行信令传输指示消息了解到 DRNC 侧小区可视电话业务和 /或 MBMS 业务支持能力的流程, 其中 UE处于非
CELL— DCH态:
5501 , UE从 SRNC的控制区域移动到 DRNC控制下的小区 1 , 由于 UE 处于非 CELL— DCH态, UE向 DRNC发送小区更新( CELL UPDATE )消息;
5502, DRNC向 SRNC发送上行信令传输指示消息, 将 UE的小区变更 信息通知给 SRNC。 在该消息中携带小区 1 的能力信息, 包含所述可视电话 业务能力指示信息和 MBMS业务支持能力指示信息。
如图 6所示,是 SRNC通过 Iur口的无线链路建立响应消息了解到 DRNC 侧小区可视电话业务能力和 /或 MBMS业务支持能力的流程,其中 UE当前业 务中包含有可视电话业务或 MBMS ( PTP )业务:
5601 , UE向 SRNC发送测量报告, 内容是 DRNC的小区 1 ( celll )满足 1A事件的条件, 该小区是 SRNC小区的邻区;
5602, SRNC决定把该小区加入激活集, 向 DRNC发出无线链路建立消 息;
S603 ,若小区 1支持可视电话业务或 MBMS业务, DRNC给 SRNC回无 线链路建立响应消息, 其中会携带小区 1的所有邻小区信息, 在所述邻小区 信息中包含所述邻小区的可视电话业务能力指示信息和 /或 MBMS 业务支持 能力指示信息;
S604, UE向 SRNC发送测量报告, 内容是小区 1的邻区, 小区 2 ( cell2 ) 满足 1A事件的条件; 由于 SRNC已经通过上述无线链路建立响应消息中获 知小区 2的可视电话业务能力指示信息、 MBMS业务支持能力指示信息, 如 果小区 2不允许可视电话业务或不支持 MBMS业务,则 SRNC不软加该小区。
如图 7所示,是 SRNC通过 Iur口的无线链路增加响应消息了解到 DRNC 侧小区可视电话业务、 MBMS业务支持能力的流程, 其中 UE当前业务中包 含有可视电话业务或 MBMS ( PTP )业务:
S701 , UE向 SRNC发送测量报告, 内容是 DRNC的小区 1 ( celll )满足
1A事件的条件, 小区 1是 DRNC第一条无线链路建立时, 通过无线链路建 立响应消息带回来的邻区;
S702, SRNC决定把小区 1加入激活集, 向 DRNC发出无线链路增加消 息;
S703 , 小区 1支持可视电话业务或 MBMS业务, DRNC给 SRNC回无线 链路增加响应, 其中会携带小区 1的所有邻小区信息, 在所述邻小区信息中 包含所述邻小区的可视电话业务能力指示信息和 /或 MBMS 业务支持能力指 示信息;
S704, UE向 SRNC发送测量报告, 内容是小区 1的邻区, 小区 2 ( cell2 ) 满足 1A事件的条件; 由于 SRNC已经通过上述无线链路建立响应消息中获 知小区 2的可视电话业务能力指示信息、 MBMS业务支持能力指示信息, 如 果小区 2不允许可视电话业务或不支持 MBMS业务,则 SRNC不软加该小区。
在上述实施例中, 可以通过指示消息或响应消息中的 Cell Capability Container FDD信元中未使用的 2bit,来分别表示 DRNC控制的小区的可视电 话业务和 MBMS业务支持能力, 1 bit表示一种能力; 当然, 如果 SRNC只需 要获知其中一种能力, 比如可视电话业务的能力, 那么, 可以在指示消息或 响应消息中只携带该能力的信息。
如图 8所示, 是 UE当前业务中包含可视电话业务, 而 UE向 SRNC发 送 DRNC的小区 (该小区不允许可视电话业务) 的测量报告 ( 1D事件)触 发可视电话业务向语音业务回落的流程:
5801 , UE向 SRNC发送测量报告, 内容是 DRNC的小区满足 1D事件 的条件;
5802, SRNC发现该小区不允许可视电话业务, 而 UE 当前业务中包含 可视电话业务, 决定将可视电话业务回落到语音业务, 向 CN发送无线接入
7 载爹改请求( RAB MODIFY REQUEST ) 消息。
一旦回落成功, 就可以将该 DRNC小区加入到激活集中。
如图 9所示, 是 UE当前激活集中有小区不允许可视电话业务, 核心网 指派建立可视电话业务, SRNC直接回建立失败的流程:
S901 , CN向 SRNC发送无线接入承载指派请求(RAB ASSIGNMENT REQUEST ) 消息, 要求建立可视电话业务;
S902, SRNC发现当前激活集中有小区不允许可视电话, 直接向 CN发 送失败的无线接入承载指派响应 ( RAB ASSIGNMENT RESPONSE ) 消息。
如图 10所示, 是 UE当前激活集中有小区不允许 MBMS业务, 核心网 指派建立 MBMS业务, SRNC直接回建立失败的流程:
S1001 , CN向 SRNC发送多媒体广播多播业务会话开始消息, 要求建立
MBMS业务;
S1002, SRNC发现当前激活集中有小区不允许 MBMS业务, 直接向 CN 发送 MBMS会话开始失败消息。
尽管本发明结合特定实施例进行了描述, 但是对于本领域的技术人员来 说, 可以在不背离本发明的精神或范围的情况下进行修改和变化。 这样的修 改和变化被视作在本发明的范围和附加的权利要求书范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明提供一种跨 Iur口传递小区能力的方法, 通过 DRNC向 SRNC返 回的失败消息携带失败原因, 和 /或, DRNC将小区可视电话业务能力指示信 息和 /或 MBMS业务支持能力指示信息写入消息中发送给 SRNC,实现了跨 Iur 口传递可视电话业务能力、 MBMS业务支持能力,使 SRNC了解到 DRNC小 区的能力后, 做出更符合需求的决策。
Claims
1、 一种跨 Iur口传递小区能力的方法, 其特征在于,
由于漂移无线网络控制器 DRNC控制的小区不允许可视电话业务, 或是 不支持多媒体广播多播业务 MBMS而需要向服务无线网络控制器 SRNC返回 失败消息时, DRNC将失败原因写入所述失败消息中, 发送给 SRNC;
和 /或, DRNC将该 DRNC控制的小区的可视电话业务能力指示信息和 / 或 MBMS业务支持能力指示信息写入指示消息或响应消息中,发送给 SRNC。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, MBMS业务是指: MBMS 的点到点 PTP业务。

7、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, SRNC获知 DRNC控制的 小区的可视电话业务能力指示信息后, 若用户终端 UE 当前业务中包含可视 电话业务, 并向 SRNC发送测量报告, 内容是 DRNC的小区满足 1D事件的 条件, 而所述 DRNC的小区不允许可视电话业务, 则 SRNC发起可视电话业 务向语音业务回落的流程。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, SRNC获知 DRNC控制的 小区的可视电话业务能力指示信息后, 若 UE 当前激活集中有小区不允许可 视电话或 MBMS 业务, 核心网指派建立可视电话业务或 MBMS 业务, 则 SRNC直接向核心网返回建立失败。
9、 一种跨 Iur口传递小区能力的系统, 包括 DRNC和 SRNC, 其特征在 于,
由于 DRNC控制的小区不允许可视电话业务, 或是不支持 MBMS业务 而需要向 SRNC返回失败消息时, 所述 DRNC用于将失败原因写入所述失败 消息中, 发送给 SRNC;
以及,
所述 DRNC用于将该 DRNC控制的小区的可视电话业务能力指示信息和 /或 MBMS 业务支持能力指示信息写入指示消息或响应消息中, 发送给 SRNC;
所述 SRNC用于根据所述失败消息中失败原因, 以及指示消息或响应消 息中的可视电话业务能力指示信息和 /或 MBMS 业务支持能力指示信息, 获 取 DRNC控制的小区的可视电话业务能力和 /或 MBMS业务支持能力的信息。
10、 一种 DRNC, 其特征在于,
由于 DRNC控制的小区不允许可视电话业务, 或是不支持 MBMS业务 而需要向 SRNC返回失败消息时, 所述 DRNC用于将失败原因写入所述失败 消息中, 发送给 SRNC;
以及,
所述 DRNC用于将该 DRNC控制的小区的可视电话业务能力指示信息和 /或 MBMS 业务支持能力指示信息写入指示消息或响应消息中, 发送给 SRNC。
