Abstract

The bolt socket (1, 6) on the side sunk in the window frame is supported with a bracket (5, 8), advantageously made of metal, its one working face –the face by the bolt (56, 83) adjoins the wall (16, 66) of the bolt recess (13, 66) in the place where on the other side of this wall the handle bolt rests against it, and the opposite working face -the bearing surface (57,84) is resting against the window frame in the place more distant from the window sash than the face by the bolt, so the pressure force of the handle bolt and the reaction force of the window frame against the bracket bearing surface together cause a moment of force leading to a deeper seating of the handle bolt in the bolt recess (13, 62) of the bolt socket.
