Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de détection du mode de fonctionnement d’un système de distribution de boisson comprenant une chambre de pression (10) fermable de façon étanche pouvant être déplacée entre une première position ouverte et une seconde position fermée, un baril pliable (168) pouvant être reçu à l’intérieur de la chambre de pression fermable de façon étanche, une canalisation de soutirage (68), reliée au moins en fonctionnement au baril pliable, et une source de pression fluide (112) reliée à la chambre de pression pour mettre sous pression la chambre de pression. Le système de distribution de boisson comprend en outre un premier détecteur ayant une entrée de pression et une sortie de pression de contrôle et un second détecteur ayant une entrée de pression et une sortie de pression de contrôle. Le procédé comprend l’évaluation sous forme de ET logique des pressions de contrôle aux sorties de pression de contrôle des détecteurs et la détermination du mode de fonctionnement du système de distribution de boisson.
