This may be useful in case of coating an object (for example a brick or a ceramic tile), which has to be subjected to thermal treatment at high temperatures during the finalization step.

Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé pour la production à basse température de sols de TiO2/SiO2 et sur son utilisation pour le dépôt de revêtements minces optiquement transparents ayant des propriétés autonettoyantes et antibuée. Le procédé de préparation selon l'invention comprend la préparation d'un sol aqueux acide contenant des nanoparticules de TiO2 photochimiquement actives, l'ajout d'un précurseur de SiO2 suivi par l'hydrolyse/la condensation de SiO2, l'ajout d'hydrolysat de TiO2 amorphe, l'ajout de SiO2 colloïdal, la dilution du sol préparé avec de l'eau et/ou des solvants organiques, le dépôt du sol préparé sur le support, l'évaporation du solvant et des réactions de condensation à température ambiante et l'obtention d'une couche de TiO2/SiO2 mince uniforme ayant des propriétés autonettoyantes.
