Abstract

L'invention concerne une pâte d'obturation dentaire comprenant des charges et une base de résine polymérisable. Les charges comprennent des particules de zircone métastables en phase cristalline tétragonale et/ou cubique, inférieure à 30% (v/v) en phase monoclinique, et présentent des fonctionnalités de surface représentées par la formule : Zr-O-Zr-O-C(=O)-X-C(R1)(R2)(R3), dans laquelle X = -O-, -NH-, -S-; R1 / R2 = hydrogène, alkyle C1-30 éventuellement substitué, une fraction (meth)acrylate, une fraction (meth)acrylate-alkyle C1-12, alcényle C2-30 éventuellement substitué, alkadiényle C5-30 éventuellement substitué, alkatriényle C8-30 éventuellement substitué, ou lorsque X = -NH-, R1 / R2 = =O; R3 = hydrogène, alkyle C1-6, hydroxy, halogène. L'invention concerne également un procédé de commande du retrait volumétrique de la pâte d'obturation dentaire lors du durcissement, et la pâte d'obturation dentaire utilisée en médecine, en particulier en dentisterie.
