Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de climatisation conçu pour un bâtiment, comprenant un dissipateur de chaleur (3), une source de chaleur (1) et une pompe à chaleur (2). Selon l'invention, la pompe à chaleur (2) comprend plusieurs éléments creux renfermant en particulier un agent d'adsorption. De plus, un fluide caloporteur échangeant de la chaleur avec la source de chaleur (1) et/ou le dissipateur de chaleur (3) peut être réparti au moyen d'une soupape rotative (2a, 2b, 100) de manière variable dans plusieurs voies d'écoulement associées aux éléments creux, ces éléments creux étant mis en contact thermique avec le fluide à une température variable. En outre, une différence de température entre la source de chaleur (1) et le dissipateur de chaleur (3) permet de climatiser l'air pouvant être admis dans ledit bâtiment au moyen des éléments creux, la pompe à chaleur étant physiquement séparée au moins de la source de chaleur (1) ou du dissipateur de chaleur (3) et étant configurée sous la forme d'une unité structurale disposée en périphérie.
