Abstract

L'invention concerne une agrafeuse tubulaire à dispositif de sécurité et un corps d'agrafeuse associé. L'agrafeuse comprend un ensemble siège de support de clous (10), des clous pour agrafeuse et un corps d'agrafeuse. Le corps d'agrafeuse comprend un ensemble arbre articulé (20), un ensemble levier (30), un ensemble réservoir de clous (40), un ensemble enveloppe (50), une poignée mobile (61), un écrou réglable (71), un bloc de sécurité (81) et un pointeur (91). L'agrafeuse possède une fenêtre d'affichage présentant une zone verte dans laquelle l'aiguille entre lorsqu'en position de sécurité, ladite aiguille fonctionnant en liaison avec l'ouverture automatique du bloc de sécurité. Le clinicien peut alors observer l'aiguille dans la zone verte et entendre le bruit d'impact de l'ouverture automatique du bloc de sécurité; cette double indication signalant que l'agrafeuse est entrée dans la zone d'agrafage, et le clinicien peut continuer à faire de légers réglages de la distance d'agrafage en fonction de l'épaisseur du tissu. Ensuite, le clinicien tire la poignée mobile pour exécuter la fonction de coupe et d'agrafage. L'agrafeuse peut éviter la percussion hors d'une portée prédéfinie et est simple et pratique à utiliser, et assure la sécurité et la fiabilité.
