Abstract

L'invention est relative à une planche à découper comprenant une partie de surface de coupe échangeable (2). Le support (1) comprend une partie intermédiaire qui s'étend entre des parties de fixation (3 a, b) qui sont agencées de manière à recevoir de façon coulissante des dispositifs de fixation (6a, b) sur la partie de surface de coupe. Etant donné que les parties de fixation sont attachées les unes aux autres par l'intermédiaire de la partie intermédiaire, l'agencement dans son ensemble devient stable. La partie de surface de coupe comprend un espace d'air entre la partie principale de la partie de surface de coupe et la surface supérieure de la partie intermédiaire, maintenant ainsi la surface inférieure de la partie de surface de coupe sèche pendant qu'en même temps la stabilité de la planche à découper subsiste. Un support (4) peut être prévu sur la partie intermédiaire du support, et supporte la partie de surface de coupe qui est située contre la partie intermédiaire. En outre, des parties d'arrêt (7) peuvent être prévues sur le support pour empêcher la partie de surface de coupe de glisser au-delà des parties d'arrêt, et le support peut être équipé de dispositifs de verrouillage (11) qui verrouillent la partie de surface de coupe en place dans le support. L'invention est en outre relative à une planche à découper de ce type dans laquelle le support (1) comprend un cadre (5a, b) qui est conçu pour recevoir des pieds (9, 9a, b). La planche à découper peut en outre comprendre une partie de surface de coupe rotative (12).
