Abstract

L'invention concerne une plaque multitrous (1) destinée à un dosage biologique, qui comprend un cadre de plaque (4) fixé à un substrat support (7) par un joint (5), le cadre de plaque (4) définissant les parois latérales d'une pluralité de puits (2) et le joint (5) comprenant une pluralité de trous (6). Les trous (6) du joint (5) sont sensiblement alignés sur les puits (2) définis par le cadre de plaque (4), de sorte que le substrat support (7) forme une base pour les puits (2), les parois latérales des puits (2) comprenant une couche absorbée d'un agent bloquant. Le substrat (7) peut comprendre des groupes amine à surface fonctionnelle qui se lient à une protéine.
