Abstract
L'invention concerne une centrale constituée d'une plateforme ancrée dans le fond marin avec des supports pour paliers qui maintiennent un axe s'étendant sur toute la longueur de la plateforme, une extrémité de l'axe comprenant un volant d'inertie et à l'autre extrémité est installé un générateur d'énergie électrique. L'axe permet d'accoupler des roues libres solidaires de l'axe et assemblées à l'extrémité d'un mât. L'ensemble des roues libres est installé de sorte que les roues impaires présentent une rotation libre dans le sens contraire à celui des roues libres paires. Les mâts sont en position horizontale et présentent à leur extrémité une bouée, qui touche la surface de l'eau. Chacun des mâts présente une longueur différente. Aux extrémités de la longueur de la plateforme sont installés des brise-lames respectifs.
