  • the most important advantages of the method and drilling apparatus according to the invention may be mentioned simplicity and efficiency of the constructions and operating principles enabled by the same first of all thanks to the fact that use of pressurized air can be totally avoided, and on the other hand thanks to the fact that one and the same water based medium can be used both for the hammering and the flushing.
  • One crucial advantage of the method according to the invention is also the fact that the water based medium being used for flushing packs substance loosened from the soil upward along a narrow channel drilled around the casing part or in other words the casing pipe so that it simultaneously tightens the surrounding soil by aid of operating vibration of the hammering device or in other words the hammer and the loosened ground substance.

  • the first drilling means 4 are coupled with the second drilling means 5 first of all power- transmittedly in order to carry out cooperation thereof at least during a drilling situation with the second drilling means 5 for a rotational motion w4, a feeding motion z4 and the hammering motion t4, and on the other hand removably in order to enable removal thereof from the hole.
  • the casing part 2 is furthermore arranged to be drawn to a hole to be drilled by the drilling unit 3.
  • a hammering device 7 is being used that is operated essentially by a water-based pressure medium, whereby at least a part of the water-based pressure medium is being used furthermore as the flushing medium in the drilling.

  • a reamer is being used as the second drilling means 5 that is rotationally symmetrical and that has an essentially continuing drilling surface radially, when viewed in a cross-section perpendicular to a longitudinal direction s of the drilling unit 3.
  • a reamer is being used as the second drilling means 5 that operates on eccentric principle, being non-symmetrical and that opens radially outwards for drilling.
  • the invention relates also to a drilling apparatus meant for down-the-hole drilling that has a drilling device 1, having a hammering device 7 that operates essentially by a water-based pressure medium, such as water, water-polymer mixture, water-bentonite mixture and/or like, and wherein at least a part of the water- based pressure medium operating the hammering device 7 is arranged furthermore to be utilized as a flushing medium in the drilling.

  • the casing shoe can be placed in an integrated manner at the end of the casing part etc. Furthermore e.g. on the principle shown in figure 1, it is possible to complement the flushing flow arrangement e.g. by a flow pipe connected to the space between the casing part and the drilling unit e.g. in order to keep the space surrounding the drilling unit empty, and/or by a flushing assembly that greases the joint between the drilling means and the casing shoe.

Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé et sur un appareil de forage pour forage en fond de trou, le forage étant effectué par un appareil de forage ayant un dispositif de forage (1) qui comporte une partie tubage (2) comprenant une unité de forage agencée essentiellement à l'intérieur de celle-ci (3) au moins lors d'une situation de forage, l'appareil de forage comportant, à sa tête de forage, au moins des premiers moyens de forage (4) pour forer un trou central, un second moyen de forage (5) pour aléser le trou central pour la partie de boîtier (2), un ensemble d'écoulement de rinçage (6) pour amener les déchets de forage, par influence du milieu de rinçage, à l'extérieur du dispositif de forage, au moins partiellement vers le haut le long de la surface externe du dispositif de forage (1), et un dispositif de battage actionné par un milieu sous pression, pour transmettre un mouvement de battage (t4) aux moyens de forage (4, 5) pour le forage. Les premiers moyens de forage (4) sont couplés au second moyen de forage (5) d'une part par transmission d'énergie dans le but d'établir une coopération entre ceux-ci au moins lors d'une situation de forage avec le second moyen de forage (5) pour un mouvement de rotation (w4), un mouvement d'avance (z4) et le mouvement de battage (t4), et, d'autre part, de manière amovible dans le but de permettre le retrait de ceux-ci du trou. Pour produire le mouvement de battage (t4), un dispositif de battage (7) est utilisé, lequel dispositif de battage (7) est actionné essentiellement par un milieu sous pression à base d'eau, grâce à quoi au moins une partie du milieu sous pression à base d'eau actionnant le dispositif de battage (7) est utilisée en outre dans le forage comme milieu de rinçage.
