Abstract
Description
(1):使用者の外耳道に挿入した状態で使用される耳栓と、
使用者の外耳道に挿入されている前記耳栓の反挿入側端部に接離自在に接触する接触体と、
前記接触体を振動させる音響振動発生源と、を有し、
前記耳栓の反挿入側端部には、前記耳栓の外耳道への挿入方向外方に突出した突起部が形成されており、
前記接触体には、前記突起部と係脱自在に嵌合する環状若しくは略環状の嵌合部が形成されている、音響装置。
(2):前記突起部に前記嵌合部を嵌合させた状態においても、前記突起部の端面は前記嵌合部の外側から視認可能である、(1)の音響装置。
(3):前記嵌合部は、前記突起部の端面を露出させるべく開口した貫通孔を有する、(2)の音響装置。
(4):前記突起部と前記嵌合部とが互いに完全に嵌合した状態のとき、前記突起部の端面と前記嵌合部の外側面とが互いにほぼ同一面内に位置するように、前記突起部の形状及び寸法と前記嵌合部の形状及び寸法とが各々選定されている、(3)の音響装置。
(5):前記突起部と前記嵌合部とが互いに完全に嵌合した状態のとき、前記突起部の突端部が前記嵌合部の外側面から突出するように、前記突起部の形状及び寸法と前記嵌合部の形状及び寸法が選定されている、(3)の音響装置。
(6):前記嵌合部は、前記突起部を覆うようにして嵌合するように構成され、前記突起部の端面と対面する部分が透視可能部材で形成されている、(2)の音響装置。
(7):前記耳栓は、
円柱形又は挿入側端部が細くなった略円柱形の耳栓部と前記突起部とを一体成型してな

(9):前記耳栓は、
円柱形又は挿入側端部が細くなった略円柱形の耳栓体、又は外耳道の内壁に密着するフランジ部を有する耳栓体を有し、
前記突起部は、前記耳栓体の反挿入側端面に固定された耳栓体よりも硬質の部材からなる、(1)~(6)のいずれかの音響装置。
(10):前記耳栓体は、形状復元性と柔軟性とを併せ持つ発泡材からなる、(9)の音響装置。
(11):前記部材は、プラスチック、エラストマ、金属、ガラス、石、木材、又は竹材のうちのいずれかを材料に用いて製造されたものである、(9)又は(10)の音響装置。
(12):前記突起部の端面に文字、図形、若しくは記号、またはこれらの組み合わせ、またはこれらと色彩との組み合わせが付されている、(1)~(11)のいずれかの音響装置。
(13):前記耳栓を着用しない状態で聴取する第1聴取モードと前記耳栓を着用した状態で聴取する第2聴取モードのうちどちらか一方の聴取モードに選択的に切り替えて聴取可能である、(1)~(12)のいずれかの音響装置。
本願発明の耳栓には、下記(14)~(1)の耳栓が含まれる。
(14):使用者の外耳道に挿入した状態で使用される耳栓であって、
反挿入側端部(外耳道に挿入した状態のときに露出する側の端部)に、外耳道への挿入方向外方に突出した突起部が形成されている、耳栓。
(15):円柱形又は挿入側端部が細くなった略円柱形の耳栓部と前記突起部とを一体成型してなり、
前記突起部は、前記耳栓部の反挿入側端面から突出している、(14)の耳栓。
(16):形状復元性と柔軟性とを併せ持つ発泡材からなる、(15)の耳栓。
(17):円柱形又は挿入側端部が細くなった略円柱形の耳栓体、又は外耳道の内壁に密着するフランジ部を有する耳栓体を有し、
前記突起部は、前記耳栓体の反挿入側端面に固定された耳栓体よりも硬質の部材からなる、(14)の耳栓。
(18):前記耳栓体は、形状復元性と柔軟性とを併せ持つ発泡材からなる、(17)の耳栓。
(19):前記部材は、プラスチック、エラストマ、金属、ガラス、石、木材、又は竹材のうちのいずれかを材料に用いて製造されたものである、(16)又は(17)の耳栓。(20):前記突起部の端面に文字、図形、若しくは記号、またはこれらの組み合わせ、またはこれらと色彩との組み合わせが付されている、(14)~(19)のいずれかの耳栓。
図1~図6は本発明にかかる音響装置の第1の形態例を示す図である。
嵌合部6は、耳栓1の突起部1A(5)の側部(露出端部5の外周部)と嵌合する円筒状の貫通孔6aを有している。
突起部1A(5)の端面5aは、突起部1A(5)に嵌合部6を嵌合させた状態においても、嵌合部6の外側から視認可能である。
突起部1A(5)の形状及び寸法と嵌合部6の形状及び寸法とが各々選定されている。
図7~図9は本発明にかかる音響装置の第2の形態例を示す図である。スピーカユニット2の構成は、第1形態例と同じである。
突起部11A(5)の端面5aは、突起部11A(5)に嵌合部6を嵌合させた状態においても、嵌合部6の外側から視認可能である。
突起部11A(5)と嵌合部6とが互いに完全に嵌合した状態のとき、突起部11A(5)の端面5aと嵌合部6の端面(外側面)6bとが互いにほぼ同一面内に位置するように、突起部11A(5)の形状及び寸法と嵌合部6の形状及び寸法とが各々選定されている。
図10及び図11は本発明にかかる音響装置の第3の形態例を示す図である。
第3形態例のスピーカユニット2は、C字形(一部に切欠部3aを有する略環状)の接触部(接触体)3を有している。スピーカユニット2のその他の構成は、第1形態例と同じである。
[第4形態例]
図12及び図13は本発明にかかる音響装置の第4の形態例を示す図である。
第4形態例の耳栓21の装飾部材12は、その突起部11A(5)の基端部に円環状のフランジ部22を有している。フランジ部22は、耳栓体11Bの端面11sに接している。フランジ部22の外径寸法は、耳栓体11Bの外径寸法よりも若干小さめに選定されている。スピーカユニット2の構成は、第1形態例と同じである。
上記の例では、突起部5と嵌合部6とが互いに完全に嵌合した状態のとき、突起部5の端面5aと嵌合部6の端面(外側面)6bとが互いにほぼ同一面内に位置するように、突起部5の形状及び寸法と嵌合部6の形状及び寸法とが各々選定されているが、突起部5と嵌合部6とが互いに完全に嵌合した状態のとき、突起部の突端部が前記嵌合部の外側面から突出するように、突起部5の形状及び寸法と嵌合部6の形状及び寸法を選定してもよい。
また、上記の例では、突起部5に嵌合部6を嵌合させた状態においても、突起部5の端面5aが嵌合部6の外側から視認可能となるように、嵌合部6に貫通孔6aが設けられているが、突起部5が嵌合部6によって覆われるように構成するとともに、嵌合部6の突起部5の端面5aと対面する部分を透視可能部材で形成してもよい。
また、上記の例では、円柱形の耳栓部1Bまたは耳栓体11Bを備えた耳栓1、11について説明したが、耳栓部1Bまたは耳栓体11Bの形状は弾丸形(挿入側端部が細くなった略円柱形)でもよい。
この音響装置は、外耳道に耳栓1、11を装着した状態で、耳栓1、11の突起部5にスピーカユニット2の嵌合部6を嵌合させた状態で使用するように構成されているので、聴取時に耳栓1、11とスピーカユニット2とが常に良好(正常)な接触(連結)状態に保たれ、スピーカユニット2の嵌合部6の振動が高効率に耳栓1、11に伝達される。したがって、この音響装置は、常に良好な聴取性能を発揮し得る。
以下、詳しく説明する。なお、広告システムの説明においても図1~図13を使用する。
[背景技術]
その表面に広告主のシンボルマークやロゴタイプを含む装飾を施すことにより、広告媒体としての機能を持たせた耳栓は公知である。(特許文献1、特許文献2、特許文献3)

[発明の開示]
[発明が解決しようとする課題]
しかし、広告媒体としての機能を持たせた従来の耳栓のうち、その外周面にシンボルマークやロゴタイプを付したものは、耳栓の着用時には、その外周面が見えなくなるため広告媒体として機能しない。また、耳栓の端面にシンボルマークやロゴタイプを付したものであっても、その全体が柔軟に変形する耳栓の場合、着用時にその端面が変形し、そこに付されているシンボルマークやロゴタイプがゆがんだ状態になるため、やはり着用時には広告媒体としての機能が損なわれる。
本発明が解決しようとする課題は、耳栓の端面を広告表示領域に使用して、耳栓の着用時においても有効に広告を行うことができる新規な広告システム及び新規な広告方法を提供することにある。
[課題を解決するための手段]
上記課題を解決するために、本発明の広告システム(広告方法)は、使用者の外耳道に装着される耳栓と、前記耳栓の着用時に耳孔から露出する側の端部(露出端部)に接離自在に接触する接触体と、前記接触体を振動させる音響振動発生源と、を有する音響装置を利用して広告を行う広告システムであって、前記接触体には、前記露出端部と係脱自在に嵌合する環状若しくは略環状の嵌合部が形成されており、前記露出端部の端面は、前記露出端部に前記嵌合部を嵌合させた状態においても、前記嵌合部の外側から視認可能であり、当該端面を広告表示領域に使用する。
また、上記課題を解決するために、本発明の別の広告システム(広告方法)は、使用者の外耳道に装着される耳栓の着用時に耳孔から露出する側の端面を広告表示領域に使用して広告を行う広告システムであって、前記耳栓は、円柱形又は挿入側端部が細くなった略円柱形の柔軟に変形する耳栓部と、当該耳栓部の反挿入側端部に設けられた円柱形の定形部とを有し、当該定形部の端面を広告表示領域に使用する。この広告システムにおいて、前記耳栓部の内部に、前記耳栓部の外部から印加される振動磁場によって振動させられる振動体が設けられていてもよい。また、この広告システムにおいて、前記耳栓部に、前記耳栓部の外部から供給される電磁エネルギによって発光する発光体が設けられていてもよい。
本発明の広告システム(広告方法)において、前記耳栓の前記端面を装飾するための複数種類の装飾シール(着せ替えシール)を使用者に提供し、使用者が当該複数種類のシールのうちから任意のシールを選んで前記端面に貼着できるようにしてもよい。更に、前記接触体を装飾するための複数種類の装飾シール(着せ替えシール)を使用者に提供し、使用者が当該複数種類のシールのうちから任意のシールを選んで前記接触体の表面に貼着できるようにしてもよい。その際、前記耳栓用の装飾シールと前記接触体用の装飾シールとをセットにしたタックシールを供給することが望ましい。そして、前記装飾シールに、広告を行う企業や店など広告主のシンボルマーク、ロゴタイプ、商標、等が付されていることが望ましい。
[発明の効果]
本発明の広告システム(広告方法)によれば、耳栓の端面を広告表示領域に使用して、耳栓の着用時においても有効に広告を行うことができる。
[発明を実施するための最良の形態]
以下、本発明の広告システムの実施の形態を図面を用いて説明する。
[第1形態例]
第1の形態例の広告システム(広告方法)では図1~図6に示す音響装置を使用する。
この広告システム(広告方法)は、突起部1A(5)の端面5aを広告表示領域に使用して広告を行うものである。突起部1A(5)の端面5aには、広告を行う企業や店など広告主のシンボルマーク、ロゴタイプ、商標、等が付される。この例では、星を表す図柄(シンボルマーク)7が付されている。この図柄7は、印刷、シール貼着、刻印、レーザ印字、等、何らかの方法を用いて付されたものである。
この広告システム(広告方法)によれば、耳栓1の露出端部5の端面5aを広告表示領域に使用して広告を行うので、耳栓1の着用時においても有効に広告を行うことができる。また、スピーカユニット2の嵌合部6を耳栓1に嵌合させた状態においても、耳栓1の露出端部5の端面5aは視認可能であるので、装着体の着用時においても有効に広告を行うことができる。
[第2形態例]
第2の形態例の広告システム(広告方法)では図7~図9に示す音響装置を使用する。スピーカユニット2の構成は、第1形態例と同じである。
この広告システム(広告方法)は、突起部11A(5)の端面5aを広告表示領域に使用して広告を行うものである。突起部11A(5)の端面5aには、広告を行う企業や店など広告主のシンボルマーク、ロゴタイプ、商標、等が付される。この例では、星を表す図柄(シンボルマーク)7が付されている。この図柄7は、印刷、シール貼着、刻印、レーザ印字、等、何らかの方法を用いて付されたものである。
この広告システム(広告方法)によれば、耳栓11の露出端部5の端面5aを広告表示領域に使用して広告を行うので、耳栓11の着用時においても有効に広告を行うことができる。また、スピーカユニット2の嵌合部6を耳栓1に嵌合させた状態においても、耳栓11の露出端部5の端面5aは視認可能であるので、装着体の着用時においても有効に広告を行うことができる。
また、耳栓11の露出端部5がプラスチックや硬質ゴム(エラストマ)など耳栓体11Bよりも硬質の部材で構成されているため、耳栓11の着用時に耳栓体11Bは変形するが、耳栓11の露出端部5の端面5aすなわち広告表示領域は変形しない(変形しにくい)。したがって、耳栓11は、着用時においても、その広告媒体としての機能を発揮する。
[第3形態例]
第3の形態例の広告システム(広告方法)では図10及び図11に示す音響装置を使用する。
第3形態例のスピーカユニット2は、C字形(一部に切欠部3aを有する略環状)の接触部(接触体)3を有している。スピーカユニット2のその他の構成は、第1形態例と同じである。
[第4形態例]
第4の形態例の広告システム(広告方法)では図12及び図13に示す音響装置を使用する。
第4形態例の耳栓21の装飾部材12は、その突起部11A(5)の基端部に円環状のフランジ部22を有している。フランジ部22は、耳栓体11Bの端面11sに接している。フランジ部22の外径寸法は、耳栓体11Bの外径寸法よりも若干小さめに選定されている。スピーカユニット2の構成は、第1形態例と同じである。
[その他の形態例]
上記の例では、突起部5の直径が耳栓体11B(耳栓部1B)の直径の約半分の大きさになっているが、図15(a)、(b)に示すように、突起部5の直径が耳栓体11B(耳栓部1B)の直径よりも若干小さくなる程度に両者の寸法を選定してもよい。また、図16(a)に示すように両者の直径寸法を一致させてもよく、図16(b)に示すように突起部5の直径が耳栓体11B(耳栓部1B)の直径よりも若干大きくなる程度に両者の寸法を選定してもよい。図17は、突起部5の直径を耳栓体11B(耳栓部1B)の直径と一致させた場合の使用状態を示している。
また、上記の例では、耳栓1、11の端面5aのみを広告表示領域に使用しているが、耳栓1、11の端面5aとともに、嵌合部6の端面(外側面)6bを広告表示領域に使用してもよい。また、耳栓1、11の端面5a及び嵌合部6の端面(外側面)6bは、広告表示領域としてだけでなく、装飾のための領域としても利用可能である。装飾の方法として、クリスタルガラスや宝石の粒を美しく配列して端面5a、6bに固定する方法を挙げることができる。
また、耳栓1、11の端面5aを装飾するための複数種類のシール(装飾シール、着せ替えシール、裏面に自己粘着層を有するラベル)、さらにはスピーカユニット2の表面を装飾するための複数種類のシールを何らかの方法で使用者に提供するシステムを構築してもよい。このシステムによれば、個々の使用者が自分の好みに合ったデザインのシールを耳栓1、11やスピーカユニット2に貼って装飾を楽しむことができる。
また、耳栓1、11用の装飾シールとスピーカユニット2用の装飾シールをセットにしたシートを使用者に供給するシステムを構築してもよい。図18、図19、図20及び図21にはシートの例が示されている。これらのシートの上側半分の四つのシールは耳栓1、11の端面5aに貼り付けられる装飾シールであり、下側半分の四つのシールはスピーカユニット2(図1)の嵌合部6に貼り付けられる装飾シールである。
なお、図18中に示されているシンボルマーク及びロゴタイプは、ナイキ社(ナイキ インコ-ポレ-テツド)の商標である。図19中に示されているシンボルマーク及びロゴタイプは、スピード社(スピ-ド ホ-ルデイングス ビ- ヴイ)の商標である。図20中に示されているシンボルマーク及びロゴタイプは、美津濃株式会社の登録商標である。図21中に示されているシンボルマーク及びロゴタイプは、アディダス社(アディダス
アーゲー)の登録商標である。
[産業上の利用可能性]
本発明によれば、補聴器を利用した広告システム(広告方法)を実現することも可能である。

- 使用者の外耳道に挿入した状態で使用される耳栓と、
使用者の外耳道に挿入されている前記耳栓の反挿入側端部に接離自在に接触する接触体と、
前記接触体を振動させる音響振動発生源と、を有し、
前記耳栓の反挿入側端部には、前記耳栓の外耳道への挿入方向外方に突出した突起部が形成されており、
前記接触体には、前記突起部と係脱自在に嵌合する環状若しくは略環状の嵌合部が形成されている、音響装置。 - 前記突起部に前記嵌合部を嵌合させた状態においても、前記突起部の端面は前記嵌合部の外側から視認可能である、請求項1の音響装置。
- 前記嵌合部は、前記突起部の端面を露出させるべく開口した貫通孔を有する、請求項2の音響装置。
- 前記突起部と前記嵌合部とが互いに完全に嵌合した状態のとき、前記突起部の端面と前記嵌合部の外側面とが互いにほぼ同一面内に位置するように、前記突起部の形状及び寸法と前記嵌合部の形状及び寸法とが各々選定されている、請求項3の音響装置。
- 前記突起部と前記嵌合部とが互いに完全に嵌合した状態のとき、前記突起部の突端部が前記嵌合部の外側面から突出するように、前記突起部の形状及び寸法と前記嵌合部の形状及び寸法が選定されている、請求項3の音響装置。
- 前記嵌合部は、前記突起部を覆うようにして嵌合するように構成され、前記突起部の端面と対面する部分が透視可能部材で形成されている、請求項2の音響装置。
- 前記耳栓は、

- 前記耳栓を着用しない状態で聴取する第1聴取モードと前記耳栓を着用した状態で聴取する第2聴取モードのうちどちらか一方の聴取モードに選択的に切り替えて聴取可能である、請求項1~12のいずれかの音響装置。
