- the body's defense shows fluctuations in the effectiveness of individuals or organisms.
- Reason for this are deviations in the DNA of organisms, which have emerged as a natural process through evolution and are called genetic polymorphisms. If such a deviation is present in a gene of a corresponding enzyme, the effect of the mechanism can be influenced.
- This causes the organism disadvantages that affect the general well-being as well as the performance and concentration and their effects persist into the age of the organism and adversely affect this.
- Appropriate methods of modern diagnostics can specifically detect the deviations in the mechanisms of the body's defense. The invention relates to a cosmetics preparation adapted to an individual and to a process for their preparation according to the features of the preamble of claims 1 and 6.
A variety of cosmetics is used to care for the human body, especially the skin, hair and nails. Substances used in cosmetic products may e.g. Cleansing, protective, calming, revitalizing, stabilizing, regenerating, moisturizing, skin smoothing, deodorizing or perfuming. The protective effect of a cosmetic product in an individual depends strongly on the body's own circumstances. Conventional cosmetic products are not or only insufficiently tailored to the individual needs of individual people.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a cosmetic preparation and a process for their preparation, which are adapted to individual needs of a person. This object is achieved by a cosmetics preparation tailored to an individual with at least one cosmetic product and by a process for producing a cosmetics preparation tailored to an individual according to the features of claims 1 and 6.
Genes contain fundamental information about the body's natural defense mechanisms. These defense mechanisms protect the organism from harmful influences. These include external or internal pollutants or chemicals of all kinds, which, for example, due to natural or industrial processes into the environment of the organism, via food or drugs absorbed by the body or may be produced as by-products of the body's metabolic processes. To counter these pollutants, the body has its own, natural defense mechanisms in the form of proteins or enzymes. The specific structure of these defense mechanisms is defined in the genes of each organism. These are various forms of mechanisms, such as Phase 1 and Phase 2 detoxification, which primarily degrade specific environmental pollutants, but also specific mechanisms that degrade harmful by-products of endogenous metabolic processes such as free radicals, for example, to water. However, the body's defense shows fluctuations in the effectiveness of individuals or organisms. Reason for this are deviations in the DNA of organisms, which have emerged as a natural process through evolution and are called genetic polymorphisms. After diagnosis, natural deficiencies of the organism can be improved by appropriate measures.
According to the invention, a sample of an individual is specifically subjected to a gene analysis. As a sample, e.g. Saliva, urine, blood, hair or other tissues or body fluids. Polymorphisms or structural deviations of these genes (relative to a normal structure) can be detected with the standardized methods used in the gene analysis.
In particular, genes may be considered, of which a causal relationship or a correlation with Under or over functions of the body's defense are known.
In diesem Falle wäre dies Mangan bzw. Kupfer oder Zink.As an aid for determining the capacity of an organism to ward off harmful influences and / or substances, known genetic polymorphisms, on the one hand, and known harmful influences and / or substances, on the other hand, can be contrasted in a matrix or table. Weighting factors or correlation coefficients then provide a quantitative statement about the strength of the respective context. Such weighting factors can be generated empirically, for example, from results of different studies. The result of the test indicates whether and to what extent the body's own defense must be supported in order to neutralize harmful substances and / or influences and thus protect the organism. In addition to suitable exercises, the supporting measures are, above all, other non-medical measures, such as the preparation and use of suitable dietary products and skin care products, which have an influence on the natural defense mechanism. The genetic analysis shows whether and to what extent there is a deviation in the DNA of the enzyme in question. To determine suitable substances to be used and their dosage as a function of the gene polymorphisms detected by the gene analysis or the impairments associated therewith, tables or matrix-like representations can be used as aids, which can also be easily stored and processed electronically. In this way, e.g. values for the recommended daily allowance of different additives based on national food and / or cosmetic rights may also be stored and taken into account to determine the individual dosage of such substances as adjusted by genetic analysis.
Mechanismus zum Abbau freier Sauerstoffradikale) wird die Erfindung nachfolgend genauer erläutert:Mechanism for reducing free oxygen radicals), the invention is explained in more detail below:
Träger dieser Abweichungen können durch einen einfachen genetischen Test bestimmt werden, der nachfolgend kurz beschrieben ist:Free oxygen radicals (ROS) are considered in the literature as the cause of cell damage, which play a significant role in sports but also in the "wellness" and cosmetics and responsible for performance degradation or skin aging and as a cause for initiating degenerative processes of the body , Each organism has developed a mechanism for the degradation of ROS, with the enzyme superoxide dismutase 1 and 2 (SOD 1 & 2) playing an important role in this mechanism by preparing the ROS directly for degradation. The SOD 1 & 2 are genetically coded. It could be shown that individual organisms possess a genetic deviation caused by evolution (genetic polymorphism). Carriers of these deviations can by a simple genetic test, which is briefly described below:

Die Inhalte der Kosmetikprodukte erfordern in diesem Fall keine hohe Konzentration oder spezifische Zusammensetzung zur Unterstützung beim Abbau freierStarting sequences as described in the literature. The result determines the concentration and composition of the cosmetic products. If the test result is negative (both maternal and father alleles show no variance), the resulting enzyme (which may be responsible, for example, for the degradation of free oxygen radicals) has a normal function. The contents of the cosmetic products in this case do not require a high concentration or specific composition to aid in the breakdown of free
A suitable for this finding cosmetic preparation can eg daily supplement with manganese (4mg), acerola juice (up to 30mg), vitamin C (50% of the recommended daily dose), vitamin E (10mg or 100% of the recommended daily dose), L-carnitine (100mg), copper (2mg) , Zinc (7.5mg), magnesium (75mg), coenzyme QlO (7.5mg) and a cream containing manganese (0.0001), coenzyme QlO (0.01), superoxide dismutase (0.01), vitamin C (0.01), daucus carota oil (0.01 ), Tocopherol (0.2) (percentages in% QSP 100).
A positive result of the test in the present example indicates that ROS are not degraded fast enough or not completely by the carrier, so that these ROS attack and damage the body's own cell components. By creating special dietary recommendations or by adding specific minerals or vitamins, however, these weak points of the body's mechanism can be compensated. As examples in this case manganese, copper and zinc are mentioned, which are cofactors of SOD 1 & 2 and ensure the function of these enzymes. In addition, it is also recommended to take Vit. C, Vit. E and ubiquinone, as these are also directly involved in the breakdown of ROS. The minerals, trace elements, vitamins, in addition, but also during the degradation supporting amino acids and proteins, can also be taken as supplements to the food be used, or for the protection of the skin in a suitable dosage as constituents of creams. The following are preferred dosage ranges for some additives. The weight data refer to dietary supplements and the percentage data for externally applicable cosmetic products:
