測定対象として規定されているアクセス限定セルにおける無線品質を測定するように構成されている測定部と、
前記測定部によって測定された前記アクセス限定セルの無線品質のうち、前記アクセス権管理部によって管理されている前記アクセス限定グループIDに対応するアクセス限定セルにおける無線品質が報告条件を満たした場合にのみ、前記アクセス限定グループIDに対応するアクセス限定セルにおける無線品質を含む測定報告を送信するように構成されている測定報告送信部とを具備することを特徴とする移動局。 - 前記アクセス権管理部は、管理されている前記アクセス限定グループIDに対応するアクセス限定セルのPCI(Physical Cell ID)及び周波数を保持及び管理することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動局。
- 前記測定報告送信部は、無線品質の良い順に選択した所定数のセルにおける無線品質を含む測定報告を送信するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動局。
- 前記測定報告送信部は、前記測定報告において、どのセルにおける無線品質が、アクセス限定セルにおける無線品質であるかについて示すように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の移動局。
- 前記測定報告送信部は、前記測定報告において、どのセルにおける無線品質が、前記アクセス権管理部によって管理されている前記アクセス限定グループIDに対応するアクセス限定セルにおける無線品質であるかについて示すように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の移動局。
- 前記測定部は、アクセス限定セルにおける無線品質を測定するように指定する測定方法指定情報を受信した場合に、前記測定対象として規定されている前記アクセス限定セルにおける無線品質を測定するように構成されており、
前記測定方法指定情報には、前記アクセス限定グループIDが含まれていないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動局。 - 特定移動局に対してのみアクセスを許可するように設定可能なアクセス限定セルに対してハンドオーバを行うことが可能な移動局であって、
測定間隔要求を送信することによって、測定対象として規定されているアクセス限定セルにおける無線品質を測定するための測定間隔を確保するように構成されている測定間隔要求送信部と、
前記測定間隔において、前記測定対象として規定されているアクセス限定セルにおける無線品質を測定するように構成されている測定部と、
前記測定部によって測定された前記アクセス限定セルの無線品質を含む測定報告を送信するように構成されている測定報告送信部とを具備することを特徴とする移動局。 - 前記測定間隔要求送信部は、前記測定間隔要求に応じて無線基地局によって指示された前記測定間隔を確保するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の移動局。
- 前記測定間隔要求送信部は、無線基地局からの通知に応じて、所定期間、前記測定間隔要求の送信を停止するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の移動局。
- 特定移動局に対してのみアクセスを許可するように設定可能なアクセス限定セルに対してハンドオーバを行うように移動局に対して指示する無線基地局であって、
前記移動局に対して、アクセス限定セルにおいて無線品質を測定するように指定する第1測定方法指定情報或いは特定の測定対象周波数において無線品質を測定するように指定する第2測定方法指定情報を送信するように構成されており、
前記第1測定方法指定情報には、前記アクセス限定セルに対応するセル個別の情報が含まれておらず、
前記第2測定方法指定情報には、少なくとも前記測定対象周波数が含まれていることを特徴とする無線基地局。
