Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à une plaque métallique ultra-mince pour un dispositif à interrupteur utilisée dans des équipements électroniques. La plaque métallique ultra-mince est formée par le traitement à chaud d’une feuille métallique d’une bobine métallique chaude roulée à une température prédéfinie, par le lavage par un acide, par la formation d’une couche de revêtement de nickel ou d’argent sur les surfaces de la feuille métallique par galvanoplastie, et par la découpe de la feuille métallique sur une largeur prédéfinie. Le nickel ou l’argent se fixe fermement aux surfaces de la plaque métallique ultra-mince par galvanoplastie. Par conséquent, la qualité du dispositif à interrupteur est considérablement améliorée parce que le nickel ou l’argent se sépare difficilement de la plaque métallique ultra-mince pendant le pressage de la plaque métallique ultra-mince pour former un dispositif à interrupteur. En outre, on peut éviter l’endommagement d’un moule ou d’une machine de pressage provoqué par la poudre de nickel ou d’argent séparé.
