Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de contrôle de la circulation, garantissant une plus grande sécurité de circulation et un plus grand respect de l'environnement grâce à l'utilisation d'un système GPS par satellite (1). Un navigateur (2) enregistre le régime du moteur, la vitesse du véhicule et le rapport de transmission adéquats pour la position du véhicule et conseille au conducteur de changer de rapport de vitesse afin de réduire la consommation de carburant. Si aucun changement de rapport de vitesse n'est effectué, la police est informée et une amende est déduite d'un compte en banque. L'invention permet également de surveiller si la vitesse du véhicule dépasse une limite de vitesse fixée et si le véhicule est sur le point d'entrer sur une autoroute dans le mauvais sens et elle permet de suivre des véhicules volés.
