Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von Reis, der durch Trocknen der Reiskörner hergestellt wird. Beim Trocknen der Kömer befindet sich dabei zumindest während einer Teilzeitdauer der gesamten Zeitdauer des Trocknungsvorgangs zumindest eine Teiloberfläche der gesamten Oberfläche der Körner in einem viskoelastischen bzw. gummiartigen Zustand jenseits des Glasübergangs der Körner.
